Our condo was thoughtfully arranged, clean and recently upgrades on the furniture were appreciated. Building staff were both friendly and quickly responded to any needs. Upkeep of all public areas very good. Appreciated the new/reworked locks on gates to and from property, not a problem at all like last year!

Good experience and a nice unit but it lacked VERY basic household items you would not thing of bringing such as napkins, paper towels, surface cleaner, dishwasher liquid, garbage bags, etc. I understand the management firm is only required to provide certain items so my review is for the owner's notes. Both bath tubs backed up probably due to sand build up in pipes. Otherwise, we would come back if price reflected the differences in quality between units. (Been to 4 different ones so far)

Rented a beautiful, clean and updated unit. Original unit had an electrical fire so we were placed in another unit that was dirty, outdated and just in gross and deplorable condition. Expected a full refund but only received a partial. Have been renting through Intracoastal for 19 years, will not anymore. Wrote to CEO and received a 'brush off' reply email back. My family, friends and business associates that I have recommended to use Intracoastal in the past will now look elsewhere additionally. There are other ways to rent which I will fully explore- Bryant Realty, VRBO, HomeAway, AirBNB etc.

This condo has great views and the common areas of the building, such as the pool, are great. The check in area for parking with the luggage racks and shopping carts is ingenious!! What a GREAT idea. Overall the condo was okay. Love having a tile floor to keep up with the sand. However it really needs a deep cleaning, it was decent enough but the cabinets all needed a good scrubbing, they were sticky. Also there should be a mop so you can clean up the floor yourself, I went and got a Swiffer. All little things, I did not call management to complain about. The furniture in the living room needs to be replaced, when you sit down you almost hit the floor. Both couches have seen better days. The cookware in the kitchen and the small appliances need to be upgraded, the dishes were fine and plenty of glasses of all types. However the coffee pot should be a Keurig and the blender is small and plastic. However they both do work. Loved having extra ice packs in the freezer! The second bathroom is great, awesome shower with great water pressure! The master bathroom setup is very nice, but the actual bathroom is very dark and the hot water does not work. Again, I didn't want plumbers in while I was on vacation so I reported it at the end of our stay, we just used the second shower all week. The only thing that really sort of grossed me out was the blankets and spreads. Not single use. Gross. I took them off and put them in the closet all week and just used the sheets. The beds themselves were VERY comfortable however the mattress in the master is stained and should have a cover or mattress pad on it and it does not. There should also be a few fans as the sun makes the condo a little warm in the afternoons. A few small upgrades and this condo would be PREMIER. The view is unparalleled and it is quite large. The complex should upgrade the key system as they stick often (it can't be helped with the salty air)and we struggled many times to open the common locks

Again, DO NOT RENT THIS UNIT. Stayed there for a week, 07/08/2017-07/15/2017. After we checked in and got into the room, it had obviously not been cleaned. There was dirty underwear on the floor of the bedroom and clothes in the dresser from a previous guest. As we started to unload groceries, we opened the refrigerator and it was disgusting. Some brownish fluid had spilled on the top shelf and had formed a sticky film..nasty...there was also a raw onion in a bowl towards the back of the refrigerator. WTH? The floors were disgusting..our feet turned black after walking on them. After visits to the Intercoastal office, we were offered another Unit, which they then backed off of. They finally sent a cleaning crew after repeated visits/calls..cleaning crew came in, removed dirty underwear and clothes, but did not clean a thing. More calls/visits to the Intercoastal office..finally got another crew out that night to clean while we were at dinner. Was a little better, but floors were still gross and there was a gigantic cockroach in the bathroom. We tried to ask them to move us to another unit, as they suggested, but they refused. We must have called them 10-15 times the first 2-3 days of our visit to let them know how frustrated we were...did they make it right with a partial refund or anything??? A $25 gift card to a local lame when you pay $2500 for a week. I like Station One because of the location, but would NEVER rent this unit or use Intercoastal again.

We have always been impressed with Intracoastal's management! Our Family has stayed at this property for decades, enjoying our Summer Vacation! We will definitely stay at Station One again, just not in the condo we rented this year! Very outdated and the refrigerator barely cooled our food and drinks!

Biggest problem was that it took extreme effort to open the sliding glasses door to the balcony- very difficult as it seemed to be off track, rusted, and broken lock. Beautiful balcony and view but so much effort to use it! Reported this to management but nothing done to remedy this. The bedrooms were comfortable and adequate but the bathrooms and kitchen were long past overdue for an update. Stove needs replaced and kitchen needs a good scrubbing and better/more utensils, pots, pans. Bathrooms need to be cleaned better, painted and caulked.

The room is,outdated needs major upgrades. DVD player did not work . Shower door was loose, they did repair it after I reported it.Sliding door difficult to open because of wear. The Tile floor was dirty. two dead roaches were found , one in bedroom closet and other under the sink. They did come and spray it. Overall for,what we paid for, I was very disappointed in this unit. Family who also booked units said the same thing about floors being dirty. View was nice, most positive thing I could say. Keys very difficult to work in pool area .

We have vacationed at station one for 8 years. This was our first time we were disappointed. Our condo was not nearly worth the money asked. (Again, we have rented many different ones before.) Also, 2 times maintenance came to do misc work. Not cool. Why should we be inconvenienced when we are paying? All maintenance should be handed on Saturdays between check out/check in.

It is obvious this building was constructed in the last century. The beds and TV's were great and the location is fantastic. On the downside, it "felt" like the floor had been mopped with a dirty mop and the location lacked basics (that we had to supply) like more than 1 garbage bag. While I wish we could say we plan to come back... that is just simply not the case.
