Located in Saint Augustine Beach, this lovely house for $274 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Our lovely and completely renovated beach cottage is located in a quiet seaside neighborhood on 9th Street. We are an easy 5 minute stroll to the beach at the end of our street. Close enough to hear the sound of waves morning and night. On this end of 9th Street there is no through way, so it is very private and quiet with no car traffic or people constantly walking by! In addition, the mature Tropical beautifully landscaped backyard is surrounded by an 8’ high privacy fence that makes social distancing a breeze! Little Pearl Beach Cottage is only a few minutes walk from the beautiful, wide, white sand beaches of St. Augustine Beach. This is the "Best" section of beach in town, and one of the few beaches that does not allow cars on the beach. St. Augustine's delectable restaurants, unique gift shops, fishing pier, and local farmers market are all within walking or biking distance from the cottage. In addition, the historic district of St. Augustine, the nation's oldest city, is less than a ten minute drive by car. Little Pearl Beach Cottage is bright and airy with lots of large windows throughout, where bright sunlight fills every room. It is decorated throughout in a beach theme with tranquil seascape colors, and cool tile floors. The large ultra modern, gourmet kitchen features all new cabinets, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There is a combination living/dining area that features cozy, booth style seating that easily accommodates 4 people comfortably. The living area also boasts a reclining (both sides) leather sofa that makes it easy to stretch out and put your feet up. There is a new 40" flat screen Smart TV that features free Netflix, and there is also a Directv stream. And of course high speed wireless internet is also available. Charming shabby chic decor decorate both bedrooms. The master bedroom features a new, ultra comfy king size bed. The second bedroom features a new Queen size bed with gel top mattress. Both bedrooms have walk in closets to provide extra space for all your essentials. We supply, all the high quality bed linens and pillows needed, and offer varying sizes and plushness, (or firmness), that's sure to satisfy everyone's individual comfort level. The private master bath has been totally remodeled and features beautiful new cabinets, tiles, and fixtures, along with a new, extra deep, jacuzzi tub. The jets of which are manually cleaned after each guest leaves. The hall bath has been re-designed to feature an all new, extra large, completely tiled shower with modern fixtures. Directly off the kitchen are French double doors that lead you directly out onto our beautiful patio and private backyard which is filled with mature trees, and delightful tropical plantings. All of which is enclosed by an 8' high privacy fence. The large patio has an outdoor dining table and chairs with a large umbrella for your enjoyment, along with an additional seating area. Little Pearl Beach Cottage is supplied with everything you need to supplement your vacation. There is a separate laundry room directly off of the kitchen equipped with an full sized washer and dryer for your added convenience. And there is an outdoor shower with hot and cold running water. We also supply you with all your beach needs, such as: beach umbrellas, towels, beach chairs, boogie board, and assorted coolers, as well as a bright blue beach wagon to help you cart everything to the beach. If you are looking for a private, comfortable, cozy, and convenient place to call home for either a few days, weeks or longer, a place where you can take time to restore your mind, body and spirit, then you have just found it! Feels bigger that it is. Comfortable, well appointed in a nice neighborhood close to the beach. The fenced back yard was perfect for our dog.

Had a really good time given that the place is so close to the beach as well as plenty of places to eat. The backyard was also a highlight since we could let our small Yorkie out to enjoy the enclosed space with us and soak up the sun. Weather was cold for this time of year but it didn't ruin things. The places I find on VRBO tend to be much better than getting a hotel. I would probably stay again.

Had a wonderful time visiting St Augustine. The property is nestled in a quiet neighborhood just three blocks from the ocean. Plenty to do and see around town allowing you to truly enjoy the amenities and quaint charm of this property. Great outdoor space, upgraded bathroom fixtures include jacuzzi tub in master suite. I enjoyed the kitchen and great room layout. Property owners were super responsive and answered all my questions. This was a great find and I look forward to staying here again when it’s full on beach season.

Upon arrival at this welcoming and luxuriously appointed cottage, I took a very short and peaceful stroll to the beach, which was stunning, pristine, and not overly crowded. Experiencing the natural beauty of this unspoiled and largely uncommercialized beach felt as if I had discovered a secret not known by many! The lovely cottage has a private, lush tropical garden, generous living space, and comfortable beds! Exactly as described, a very close and easy beach access. I am excited to come back for a more extended stay.

There was nothing short of magic with this trip. This place is absolutely perfect! The location couldnt be better. We spent alot of time on the beach and i love how its just a short, easy stroll to get there. This is a small cute quaint beach-town and this has always been my favorite part of st Augustine beach it is centrally located and has easy access to everything. I honestly cannot wait to come again. I love how you can really walk to so many places. Hot showers inside and out and comfy beds! Who could ask for more. Host was great! Quiet neighborhood and a beautiful backyard that was lovely to relax in after a busy day. I wouldnt hesitate to book it.

My husband and I spent a few days at the house while our boys stayed with our niece at her home not too far from Saint Augustine. It was our first time visiting the area and our first time visiting FL in summer! The beach and city were gorgeous. The ocean breeze kept us cool. The house was adorable and clean and the perfect short distance/walk to the beach and beach shops and restaurants. The city of Saint Augustine was a short drive. Plenty of restaurant options within walking distance and close by within driving distance. Really appreciated having all the bath and beach towels as well as beach supplies on hand for us to use. Having the washer and dryer was convenient!

I loved the cottage. Very nicely kept and maintained and very clean. My only issue was that I was told the beach was at the end of the street. That is technically true, but you do have to cross the major highway with all beach equipment to get to the beach. This is my only negative comment. Everything else was fine

Overall very comfortable property. The backyard is so very nice. There are lots of extras available in the kitchen with this property. Thanks for that! Showers would get hot very quickly and good water pressure. Such a relief after a day at the beach.

We stayed at Little Perl the second time already and it was again a great experience. Very clean, quiet, comfortable and convenient. Equipped with everything you need. Short walk to the beach and some restaurants in walking distance as well.

This place was perfect! We loved it and it had every single thing we could need. It’s obvious the owner took great care in providing the amenities that each occupant would need. There were plenty of towels, beach towels, paper towels, toilet paper, and even paper plates, baggies, salt and pepper and condiments! We loved spending the mornings in the backyard with our coffee. It was also super quiet and a quick 5-10 minute walk to the beach. There is also an amazing walking path right by the house too. highly recommend!

The Little Pearl cottage was perfect for us! It was nicely appointed with all we needed to be comfortable and in a great location for a short walk to the beach. In fact, everything we wanted (coffee shops, restaurants, etc.) was only a short walk away. St. Augustine Beach is a pleasant place to be if you are satisfied with the ocean beach itself as the main attraction. We enjoyed it immensely. Thank you for providing ALL the beach accessories! And Little Pearl's backyard garden was a charming place to hang out for morning coffee and evening cocktail. Highly recommend for one or two couples or a family of 4. Agree with another reviewer that one small improvement would be grab bars in the shower stall and jacuzzi to assist your senior guests.

Such a sweet place. A very easy and quick walk to the beautiful beach. Also, a very easy drive into the old city. Property was very clean. The backyard was a great place to hang out with a cocktail in the evening. The host couldn't have been nicer! We will stay here again!

We enjoyed our 5 week stay at the little Pearl . Loved the French doors opening up to a beautiful little oasis. The kitchen was nicely decorated but could use a few more essentials and a few new pieces of furniture would add to the comfort for a longer stay. Over all we enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect close to great restaurants and the beach right down the street, The sunset were just beautiful . Thank you to our host Joan she was very helpful and wanted our stay to be the best and it was . Thanks again Joan . Sincerely Pam

We enjoyed our stay as we did last year at a similiar house on the same street. For the sake of old people, the owner may want to put grab bars and/or a step stool next to the jacuzzi (?) which is off of the front bedroom.

The Little Pearl Beach Cottage was a perfect spot for us. We thoroughly enjoyed the serene backyard and all the birds. The cottage felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was stocked well for food prep and having an ice maker and laundry facilities were a bonus. The living space was quite comfortable. The quiet area just two blocks from the beach, close to walking paths and restaurants could not have been better. It had all we needed. Thank you.

my sister and I (both over the age of 65), really enjoyed your home. The kitchen was well stocked and supplies were plentiful. The beds were very comfortable and having 2 bathrooms is great. The backyard is lovely and a great place to enjoy being outdoors. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the exterior lockboxes for entry. As a Realtor who has been opening lockboxes for 38 years, there are quite a few affordable options. These can get sticky. In particular, putting the key back took us 7 trys..it did not want to cooperate. This is a very minor issue. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed the home, the location and all that St Augustine beached have to offer. It's so much more peaceful than downtown. We went into town, fought the traffic and parking and were delighted to be back at the beach. Thanks for a great stay!
