Remodeled One Bedroom unit in the heart of inner southeast Portland. The unit has a walkscore of 93 which is a walker's paradise and bike score of 98. It is less than one mile to downtown and there is lots of public transportation within one block. There are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance making it possible to not have a vehicle if you would like. The unit is very modern with new hardwoods, tile, granite, and stainless steel. The beds are very comfortable and the unit should have everything you would need if you were coming from out of town. There is one queen bed in the bedroom but for an additional charge we can accommodate additional guests with some air mattresses.

We loved our stay here. Everything was neatly remodeled, clean, and the unit had all the towels and kitchen items you'd ever need. The location is perfect, near tons of breweries and a block away from a nice grocery store. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to. We will most definitely stay here again - THANK YOU!

The apartment is the perfect size for two people and in a great location. We walked to go eat and hang out. It was quiet, clean, and overall just a nice place to stay. The only issue we had was running out of hot water.

Place was as advertised. The kitchen living room and bedroom was all nicely well put together. I stayed on a weekend where the weather was in the 90’s (F) so the AC unit was a major plus! Would definitely stay there again.

Stayed for 4 nts for a conference at the convention center. The apartment was a great way to get out of the convention center area and see a bit more. It is well-located near a great (but expensive) market and several breweries, and the size/configuration worked for the two of us. The portable AC unit worked surprisingly well for the 95+ temperatures! Thanks for a great visit.

The location is great, and the apartment is clean and well stocked. I would stay again. Caution using the laundry facilities, ate my money. The location is close to some great breweries and restaurants and is very walkable. The building is clean and secure and well situated. Slept great all nights we were here, and were able to cook dinner there as well. Would recommend and stay again.

Birthday trip for the boyfriend, perfect neighborhood for eats and drinks close by and cheap Uber rides to some really cool neighborhoods! Would stay here again!

We loved the market of choice down the street. The house is spacious clean and updated. Awesome vrbo.

All in all the experience was good. A few areas could use some improving to make things calmer for your guests...
1. Is there really an extra charge for an air mattress when you advertise the place to sleep 4?
2. Better instructions for opening the door the first time
3. Info about the washer and dryer....We found an unmarked key that we eventually determied went to the basement, where the washer is located
4. Some general info about the area would be nice for that first day, when every one is jet lagged.
5. Better communication with guests when they request it..we asked for a cell number in case we ran into trouble getting into the unit...but never receive a response. And yes, my husband couldn't get in with your instructions. Yes he eventually reached you but this stress could have easily been avoided

About a 95%. Place was great. But we could not access the wifi and host never responded to phone calls asking for help. Also there were no hand towels, washcloths or bath mat, and only one kitchen towel. Otherwise good.
