Property was very clean with comfortable beds, a spacious living room/kitchen/dining area and nice balcony. Perfect for our four person family with adult sons. Great location near the university and plenty of nice restaurants nearby. An added bonus was the wonderful aroma of fresh baked bread from the nearby bakery.

We stayed for a game weekend, this condo is a very easy walk to the stadium! The unit looks exactly like the pictures. All communication with the owner is very clear and check in was easy!

This condo was a great option for my extended family. Clean and comfortable. Only minor issues were that the icemaker is not working and the A/C seemed to not quite keep up with the really hot temperatures.

Great place for families… One room was a room with 3 beds and it’s own bathroom. The other was a master bedroom with a king size bed with its own bathroom. Perfect place for a family to spend the weekend in Tuscaloosa! Andy was awesome and very responsive.

We stayed here for our daughter and her friend’s orientation at UA. The condo was perfect for all 5 of us, and so close and convenient to the college. It was clean and we loved all of the UA memorabilia. The owner was very helpful and we will definitely stay here again when we come back to visit our daughter.

Condo was completely Bama and owner was super responsive. Walked to campus (easy walk). We were there for Admitted Student Days and was great for our family of four. Room to hang out in between touring and meals. Will definitely be back when we r back in town.

Condo is a terrific location. It is decorated so cute with all BAMA! Amenities were as stated. Elevator was really nice to have. My husband even used the pool which was a nice extra. The condo worked out great for taking 2 teenage girls with us. Plenty of space for everyone.

The condo is decorated very cute in Alabama theme decor. The kids loved it. It was clean other than the front of the stainless refrigerator needing wiping. It was perfect for my family’s trip to basketball camp and we would definitely stay here again.

Really good selection of memorabilia! The wall art (photos and//or paintings) depict famous 'Bama games. And, I'm ancient enough to recall them! Good times, good accomodations, easy access to campus. Can't give you a reason not to reach out to the owners and request a time slot. One thing to add to their suggestions for places to eat: The Waysider for breakfast. Really neat to see it still in business some 41 years later.

The check in process was very complicated. I had to wait for the property to be cleaned after I arrived. When we did get inside everything was clean, comfortable, and nice! The were plenty of shopping areas and restaurants to choose from. Unfortunately the pool was closed, which I didn’t know in advance and was one of the reasons that I booked.

We made a 3 hour detour from our trip to Florida for our family vacay to take our daughter to see the University of Alabama campus. She is special needs and just loves Alabama. Her dream is to go there for college. I'm not sure if she will be able to attend however she literally would mention wanting to see the campus almost every day. So for a little late birthday surprise off we went and the best thing about the trip was her saying "This is my dream come true". So in a nut shell thank you for helping us complete the best day by staying in a fully decked out Alabama-Crimson-Roll Tide condo that was right up her alley! Beautiful campus and a wonderful time was had! Also your suggestion for the Depalma's Italian Cafe was fantastic!
