Situated in West Beach, this attractive condo for $299 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Welcome to the Heard's! Owner managed for a personal experience! We want you to enjoy our wonderful home away from home! This unit is literally steps from the beach! (see first picture) It's almost like sitting on the beach but no sand! Imagine sitting on the balcony, in the living room/dining area or the kitchen and you have such a GREAT view of the Gulf of Mexico with delightful dolphins on to view on an almost a daily basis. And when you want to go to the beach it's steps away! Spacious Gulf Front condo, east corner, fully furnished, 3rd floor unit (1st Floor is a parking garage) with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. King sized bed in each bedroom, pull out sofa bed in good sized living room and day bed on the balcony comfortably sleeps 6. Freshly painted, nicely decorated and inviting with tile and laminate flooring, full kitchen and laundry room. The view is BEAUTIFUL!! There are 3 tv's (2 Smart), 3 DVD players with games, puzzles and books to enjoy! Free WIFI available! Enjoy the Recreation room on the first floor with some older exercise equipment, games, puzzles, and books also with a beach front view. Oceanfront outdoor pool with entrance to the beautiful white sand beach. Convenience stores and restaurants nearby! The unique balcony includes choice to open doors to a beautiful unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico or if it's a bit too hot (or a bit too cold) you can close them and still enjoy a magnificent on the beach experience! You are quoted a price including one parking pass at the rate of $30.00. During high rental season only one vehicle is allowed to park in the GT parking lot due to limited parking spaces available. The high rental season is determined as, March 1st through August 15th, Labor Day Weekend Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Shrimp Festival in October. I send you all the condo information approximately 30 days prior to your arrival. Any dates other than these you can purchase additional passes for $30.00 each directly from Owner. Two brand new elevators and a new Range! The unit isn't completely updated, but it is clean and affordable!

The condo was 50 feet from the beach, wonderful views, great host. Quiet and less crowded than our other trips to Gulf Shore. The weather cooperated for Christmas Day, beautiful sunny day, 70 degrees. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Thank you to Kathi and her family for allowing me to stay in their home away from home. I honestly felt like I was home the minute I walked in the door. I have been to the Gulf Shores area in the summer, but I have now decided in my older age that from now on, I will be going in the winter months. It was quiet and just so peaceful. We watched the Dolphins from the balcony which was my favorite part every morning, the beach has been restored and looks so nice and the shelling was really good too. The condo was very clean and very comfortable. I think I liked their bed better than my own, which says a lot. I have no complaints about their beautiful home except I should’ve stayed longer. I’m hoping to make this an annual trip for myself and will always make their condo my first choice if it’s available. Check-in was simple and I didn’t even have to contact Kathi until I wanted to find out if I could stay one more night, which we accomplished in just minutes. Thank you again for being a wonderful host and allowing folks to stay in your little gem of a place.

Great location. Clean accommodations, comfortable beds. Lots of places to sit (as this was a trip solely meant for de-stressing and relaxation)! Loved the closed in balcony (it was very chilly during our stay). No problem with parking as we went off season. Elevators are great. Communication before the stay was clear and concise. Enjoyed it. Will be back.

We absolutely loved everything this condo! The check in process was so easy, communication was easy and fast, the location was perfect!!! The view was phenomenal! We plan to stay again on the future! We loved it!!!

This is a great condo! Plenty of space for a small group. We loved the large balcony which was enclosed but easily opens up to the ocean. We are very much considering our yearly beach trip to Gulf Shores instead of FL.

The property was easy to find and easy to get to. Right on the beach....so many dolphins! Wonderful stay! Loved the doors on the balcony so we could sit close and watch the dolphins without being in the heat! Definitely will be back.

The owners stayed in constant contact and the property was just as described. Location was perfect on the beach and with a view of pool nearby to the main drag. Loved the closet full of beach items. Will definitely stay here again.

Everything was great. I gave fewer stars on the accuracy of the online listing because the beach photo from the balcony wasnt updated to the current status of the beach. The beach has been washed away and is much smaller. Luckily, we are early risers and were able to get a spot on the beach in front of our condos. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

This condo is obviously used often by the owners for their personal use and not just a rental. While the building is dated the unit is well maintained and very comfortable. Family stayed at another condo in the same building and it was fine but this was much nicer!! Owners were very detailed and great at communicating. Had a great time.

We enjoyed the condo and it was very clean and welcoming. There were a few things that could use some improvements. Parking was an issue there is not enough parking for the number of condos at the facility. The security guard suggested parking somewhere else taking a chance at getting towed. (Not ok with that answered). Some of the outlets in the condo did not work. The bedroom doorknob needs to be changed. It will lock you in the room. (Firecode). The condo wasn't bad just needs some improvements.

We loved the closeness to the ocean. The day bed on the enclosed balcony was the best thing about our vacation. Being able to open both sets of sliding doors and have morning coffee was great. We didn’t even use the inside furniture. Had meals on the balcony, enjoyed everything about the condo. The furniture is vintage : ) , but everything is clean and nice. Would definitely stay again.

Condo is in a great location being only a 5min drive to the main drag. Close enough to food & shopping yet not in the hustle & bustle. The condo has everything you need. Beds are comfortable, kitchen fully stocked, lots of room to move about. Views were gorgeous. Pool was cold (end of Feb) but the kids still swam while the adults basked in the sun. Would def recommend.

This property is great especially for just 2 couples. Loved the 2 king sized beds. What is the best though is the close proximity of the beach, you are basically on it from your window it is so close. We did the beach chair and umbrella rental from Ike’s on the beach, but on the last day opened the closet door at the entrance and found all kinds of goodie’s for the beach, even a couple of boogie boards🤦Oh well, maybe next time! Will definitely rent again.

The condo was clean and comfortable. It was quiet when we were sleeping. There were plenty of kitchen items for our use. Kathi was helpful when we needed it. The views were gorgeous! The beach was clean and not overcrowded. There are plenty of goof restaurants a short drive, and a couple we could walk to.

We loved being on the 2nd floor and end unit! The condo was just as described in the listing. However, I wish the master bedroom was on the Oceanside instead of overlooking the parking lot. The owner was great with communicating with us. Would definitely stay there again!

Only downside is having to keep up with the keys fobs you need to get thru the pool area to and from the beach. We have several family members and teens going up and down and remembering/keeping up with that fob was not pleasant. So many other guests constantly had the same problems and had to ask often for people in the pool area to let you in.

Early check in is always a plus! Kathi is an excellent host. Responded quickly. Beautiful view on the seconded floor perfect for the horizon and wave sounds. Pool was always cleaned every morning we were there (sparkling). Location is further from alot of the action. (great for us) 8 minute slow walk to "The Beach House" west of the condo for an app and drink. Parking was a non-issue. You can always put a piece of masking tape on your pass. This is a private place so there is a need for rules. The beach itself is a nice small area get your tent or umbrella set early so Ike's doesn't get your spot. Overall everything was awesome I can't say enough positives. Fort Morgan (a thirty minute drive) is a must if you like history. 8$ each, there is so much to see. We came back the next day just to walk the beach. The Sloop, The Steamer Baked Oyster, Surfside Pizza and Cherry on top were all 5 star. We loved our stay THANKS KATHI AND JIM!

Overall, the unit was nice and worthy of a repeat stay if we're ever down that way again. Loved the enclosed balcony with the ability to make it wide open. The place hasn't been updated in 20 years, but we also didn't pay updated pricing, so I'm okay with that. Parking was great. The pool was perfect. Immediate access to the pristine beach was priceless. If we ever stay there again, I'll know to bring extra tp and garbage bags.
