About this condo rental
Situated in Orange Beach, this lovely condo for $923 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. This condo is outfitted with top quality amenities and features. The comfortable living area features floor to ceiling windows with an unprecedented view of the Gulf- perfect to enjoy the sunset! The upgraded kitchen features quartz counter tops and cabinets filled with all supplies you would need to cook and serve a delicious family meal. The refrigerator was upgraded to give your family ample space to store food and beverages. The adjoining wet bar is stocked with a variety of glasses as well as a built in ice maker and beverage fridge. The dining area features a table to seat eight and the spacious living room is outfitted so you can be comfortable visiting or watching tv . The large, private balcony (approx. 700 sq. ft) features multiple seating areas and is our favorite place to relax and enjoy the priceless view. The nearly 2600 sq ft. 17th floor unit hosts four bedrooms, each with their own private full bathroom along with a half guest bathroom next to a laundry room. Each bedroom has floor to ceiling windows and narrow balconies with breathtaking views of the Gulf. The master bedroom features a king size bed and the adjoining bath features a double vanity, whirlpool, and tiled shower. The second and third bedrooms each feature a king bed, while the fourth bedroom is fitted with a queen size bed and a triple bunk bed for children! All bedrooms have private, attached bathrooms. As owners, we have high standards and strive to keep this unit in the best condition possible. Each year we invest time and money to upgrade the condo as our goal is to have our guests make this their repeat vacation home for years to come! Newly renovated in 2024, the condo features fresh paint, cabinets and countertops, upgraded lighting and features throughout. Each year we evaluate and upgrade furniture and electronics as needed. If you are looking for a spacious unit with attention to detail and cleanliness, this is the unit for you! The Oasis at Orange Beach (formerly Phoenix West II) is one of the BEST condominiums along the Alabama Gulf Coast and was designed to be the ultimate vacation location. The building's amenities include: -Ocean Front Lazy River -Outdoor Water Slide -Outdoor Pool -Outdoor Splash Pad -Large, Indoor Pool -Hot Tubs -Multi-Level Fitness Center with Sauna -Tennis Courts -Grilling area -Free Wireless Internet Access -Covered Parking -Climate Controlled Floors -24 Hr Security This condo is conveniently located near the heart of Orange Beach, Alabama and just minutes away from Gulf Shores, Alabama. Nearby you will find grocery stores, restaurants, history, night-life, the Tanger Outlet Mall and the OWA amusement park. Of course the beautiful, white sand beach is just an elevator ride away where you will find beach service available for purchase including chair and umbrella rental. Please respect that this is a no pet, non-smoking unit. Please understand that the triple bunk bed is for the use of children only. A Ring Video Doorbell Camera is installed and monitoring the property to ensure guest safety and to maintain the security of our investment. No audio is being recorded. Do not hesitate to contact us regarding our unit to ensure that your family will have the most luxurious, relaxing vacation ever! 2024 Guests - Please note that the HOA will begin a construction project at the complex in the Fall of 2023 with completion scheduled for Spring/Summer 2024. This project will be on the ground level of the building on the east side (opposite side of the building from our unit) and will include an additional pool for the use of adults, a splash pad upgrade and relocation, a pavilion over the grilling area, additional restrooms, a souvenir shop area and a bar/cafe. We are looking forward to these additions but cannot be held liable for any interruptions during the construction. *NOTE*: Our renovation is complete! The pictures you see are current for 2024. *2023 Prior note: Concurrently, we will be renovating our unit beginning in December 2023 and not serving guests until February 2024. Guests wanting to book in 2024 need to be aware that the layout and sleeping arrangements for the condo will remain the same. However, we are updating the kitchen and bathrooms and painting throughout the unit. It will look different than pictured!

We had a wonderful stay in Orange Beach. The corner unit at Phoenix West II was beautiful. We initially had some issues with cleanliness of the unit but the owner responded right away and had everything taken care of immediately. We can’t wait until our next trip!

This stunning corner unit was perfect for our annual family beach trip. The views on all sides are amazing from the ocean to the state park! Each bedroom has its own private patio. The furnishing are beautiful and comfortable. We had 7 adults and a toddler and we were all extremely spaced out and comfy. The kitchen is the best well stocked kitchen of any vacation home we have ever stayed in. Beds were all comfortable! The property came with amazing amenities from the lazy river and water slide to shuffleboard, putting green and ping pong!! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Just as the pictures and listing describe. Had a fantastic week with family. There were 10 of us and it never felt crowded. The elevators were only an issue on check in day. Every other day they were quick. Can’t say enough about Rebecca and the communication. My sister and her husband were with us and they are planning on renting in the spring!

Only negative is elevator service. Especially on change over day. However, with a little planning and patience, that too can be handled.

Spent a fantastic week at beautiful Orange Beach with our kids and grandkids. This is our 5th year and we all look forward to quality time together. The lazy river and water slide was a hit with our 3 1/2 year old grandson. Our condo was huge and beautifully decorated. Our host Rebecca was very attentive to any needs we had but we had none! Would recommend this location to everyone. We went in May so crowds were a minimum.

What a beautiful place! Pictures don't lie. Perfect corner location on 17th floor. Clean w/ lots of amenities. Huge outdoor patio with lots of seating. We cooked numerous meals in the kitchen and it was well equipped with all we needed. Loved having a blender also to make smoothies for breakfast as well as an ice maker. The kids loved the bunks. Well managed condo building. Beautiful pool, lazy river, splash pad and tennis courts. You can check out gear from front desk for tennis, ping pong, basketball and shuffle board. We did all these things with the kids. The beach access was easy with lots of space to spread out. There is even a donut/ice cream shop (Pete's) across the street (we loved the donuts so much we went twice! All homemade) and a restaurant (Flying Harpoon) which had decent food (great shrimp po boy!) that we walked to. Gulf State Park is right down the road for some hiking and checking out the Pier. We did a dolphin cruise with the kids (highly recommend Surf's Up for this. We saw an entire pod of dolphins including 2 babies!) and tried out some of the local restaurants (loved Tacky Jack's and Lulu's). Condo is super close to Adventure Island Arcade/mini gulf for rainy afternoons. Mostly, we just enjoyed out family time by the beach and pool. I am already dreaming of a return trip and would not hesitate to stay at this property again. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Condo. Everything was as stated. The sunsets from the balcony were gorgeous! The picture of the bedroom with the bunkbeds was a little deceiving. There was no way we could open door to balcony as beds covered the whole wall except for about a foot on one end. No way would that deter us from staying here again. Check in and out was smooth. The place could not have been cleaner and had everything we needed. Would definitely return!

This is an amazing place. The huge patio and all the windows in the living room are great. Plenty of space with 4 big bedrooms all with their own bathroom. And the host was always very helpful.

The condo absolutely exceeded all expectations! Beautiful views from all areas of the condo but especially from the huge balcony. There were 4 couples in our group and there was plenty of room. Never felt crowded. The communication was exceptional from check-in to check out. Would highly recommend. Will definitely return.

Overall experience was very good. The positive things were the amenities. Lots of things to keep us busy. Unit was very clean and everything worked the way they are supposed to.
The negative thing’s are:
1. Elevators were terrible during prime times. Only 3-4 working most of the week. Especially bad during 4pm check in. Sometimes took 15-20 minutes to get an elevator.
2. I have rented properties for 40 years and this was the first time I ever had to pay for parking. When you pay over $5000 for a weeks stay you shouldn’t get fleeced on parking. I would add the parking cost to the rental fee. Nobody would complain about another $100.
3.Beach was too crowded
4. Complex is better suited for people with young children. Probably will not return

This condo unit has amazing views! Sipping coffee and watching the dolphins play every morning from the balcony was magical. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfy. I enjoyed every minute of my vacation in Orange Beach. A huge “thank you” to our host Rebecca for ensuring everything was ready for our stay and keeping the lines of communication open.

The grounds of the condo are decent. The pool is quite small and pretty dirty as the day goes on…
Elevators can take a bit but it wasn’t awful. It also has the factor that people don’t want to share the elevator…I have no idea why

Fantastic Property
The owner, Rebecca, was very responsive and helpful. My family had plenty of room to move around and had the best time together. Exactly as described in the description and pictures. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. Everything you need to have a weekly stay. We would certainly stay in this rental again if the need arises.
I would say to housekeeping though, clean the microwave please.
The elevators in the building, however, were horrible.

Spectacular
This was a much anticipated trip. We were all so excited to go to the beach and to experience a first time vacation through the eyes of a 3 year old.
The pictures of the condo are spot on, it is as big and beautiful as the pictures show. The bedrooms are large and comfortable, each with floor to ceiling windows and each with its own bathroom. The living area has ample seating. The kitchen has everything you need and there is a large dining table.
The beach is gorgeous with white sands. The pools were clean. The property is clean and the people at the front desk and the guard shack are all very friendly.
Rebecca communicated with us from beginning to end. If I had a question or concern, which I didn't have many because the welcome pack covered so much, Rebecca was very responsive and quick with the responses.
We couldn't be happier with experience.
