Our 3rd floor location permits you to park and effortlessly bring your luggage and groceries into the condo. No need for elevators. 4. Hugh balcony has a perfect view of the beach and gulf and pools. 5. Lighthouse Condo offers 2 Hugh pools overlooking the Gulf and and a heated large indoor pool. Of course your vacation will be enhanced by the amenities and décor of Lighthouse 303. It meets the standard for the discriminating guest. The 3rd floor is the ideal location for watching sunsets, dolphins and listening to the waves from the large private balcony. It has a direct view of the white sand and the Gulf of Mexico. Den and master bedroom have panoramic glass doors that give you an amazing direct view of white sand and the green-blue water of the Gulf of Mexico. Tile throughout gives you that clean crisp feel. No musty carpet. I can tell you about my condo, however over 100 my guest comments say it all. I think you will see that we are very proud and aim to please and make your vacation memorable. My siblings and I rented out this condo as a retirement gift for our parents. Overall, they really enjoyed their 3-night stay and were happy with the time spent on the property. Everything seemed pretty clean and well-kept, and they really loved the large balcony with a perfect view of the sunsets. They appreciated being able to park so close to the condo's front door and they also enjoyed being so close to restaurants and other amenities. Some of the check-in instructions were a tad confusing for them (parking pass rate was different than specified, for example, although that may change depending on the season), but Linda was very helpful in answering the questions they did have. All in all they had a wonderful time and would love to come back one day soon!

We had an amazing time staying here. Property was exactly as described, very well decorated and stocked with everything we needed to spend time and relax. 3rd floor is perfect with almost front door parking. Had an amazing view of the ocean from the Balcony-which is huge by the way. To lounge chairs and a table for 4! Facility had 2 outdoor pools and 2 hot tubs. We never looked at the indoor pool. Entire grounds were well kept and beautiful. Will gladly stay here again if we can.

This was an amazing pick for our first time the the GS area. The condo was perfect for my husband and I. We have a 9 year old and while the bunk room was small it was enough for her. It felt like home because of how clean it was! I wish they would of said there was beach chairs there for use, we found them accidentally on our last day. We are already planning on when we can return!!

The 3rd floor was great for easy access to parking and climbing stairs when the elevator lines were long/slow moving. Overall, I would recommend this condo to others.

We loved everything about this condo. The location was great and building amenities (pools, parking, access to beach) are plentiful. The condo was well-stocked with everything we needed and very clean. The check in and out process were simple and communication along the way was great, especially the tip about parking on the 3rd level for easy access and loading. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay however had a few issues. The bed in the master was rock hard and sunk in the middle due to possibly the box spring. The box spring was making all kinds of noises and sounded broken possibly. The master bathroom was not very clean between shower and tub specifically as well as tub jets had a little sand and/or rust water possibly coming out. Tub was not clean on outside either. The pack and play was broken and would not assemble and we know this one specifically and it has known issues for assembly over time. Could not get it back in bag to put away either. The shock on the main door to enter the rental is gone amd several time a serious accident could have haplened by how forceful it slams especially if any wind. This is something that should definitely be fixed because a finger or hand can easily get vrushed on an adult and a kid could get crushed. Overall though we had fun and joked our time while there. Just wanted to share some feedback and don't want you to think we are being to harsh.

Relaxing time at the beach to just chill out. Awesome location, great view and we saw dolphins our fist night. The sunsets were beautiful.

Parked right at the condo door, so no problem carrying luggage. Elevator was always available the 2 stories we had to go down to the beach. I have nothing bad to say about this condo.
