The most beautiful OCEANFRONT CONDO I have ever stayed at!!!
This place is immaculate, spacious, and beautifully decorated! Communication with Host/Staff was incredible. This is a great place for adults as well as families with small children.
Been coming to Ocean City since I was child. Now in my 50’s, this is my new favorite place to stay, hands down.
Will definitely be back!

We were a group of 3 ladies, 2 sisters who's father passed away early this year, and myself who buried a son in August. We wanted to get away and relax and enjoy the soothing sound of the waves crashing against the shore. It was a refreshing time for all of us. The weather was unseasonably pleasant for late Oct, we watched the dolphins each morning, and enjoyed multiple sightings of a fox in the area.
The view from the unit, balcony and bedrooms was amazing! The kitchen was adequately appointed and the living area and bedrooms were comfortably furnished as well. It was obviously routinely cleaned, but could use a deep cleaning. I must add that as a whole the place was free of sand.
If one would change anything, it would be to replace some blankets as one had big holes in it, and to be sure the one toilet is firmly anchored to the floor as it rocked when in use. We took our own bath linens after reading the reviews previously posted, so I didn't really examine what was provided.
All in all we had a wonderful time. The property manager/ host was a pleasure to relate to, and stated that the toilet issue would be taken care of upon our vacating the unit.

The property is in an excellent location and has some very nice finishes but could use some love. A deep cleaning for one thing. Ceiling fans were filthy and closets were so piled w linen that you couldn’t hang much. The screen door is busted so we couldn’t use it. The tv in the second bedroom does not work. Overall it was worth what we paid. Thank you

This place has the best view! You can see so far down the beach both ways and the dolphins were spotted every day! The location was great and we all agreed we'd be back for another trip here!

The condo smelled clean like bleach and there was no sand on the floor of the unit. There was sand on the balcony along with chocolate fingerprints on the thermostat and the blender. There was also hair and left over soap residue from the guests that were there previously. There also weren’t any wash cloths. We went to roses to get some, gave them a good wash, and left them behind for the next guests to use. All in all, it wasn’t horrible, but if I have to clean on vacation instead of relaxing, it’s not the best sign.

Location was perfect, steps from the beach, minutes from everything OCM has to offer! The property check-in was a breeze. The communication with the property management was excellent. That view, that view, that view! Every morning a beautiful sunrise and awesome large balcony with space for four grown men to chill. I would definitely book again. Nicely renovated and adequately appointed.

This was the perfect unit for our family of 4. Our host’s contact, Bob at OC Beachfront Rentals could NOT have been more perfect. Any question I had, was answered in minutes regardless of when I sent it. When I needed an item, it was on the doorstep within 20 minutes. When I gave feedback on how things in the unit might be tweaked, he was receptive to my suggestions. We were so very, very pleased. Can’t wait to get back!!!

The bathroom was not clean
They do not give you wash cloths and no dish cloths or dish towels. Who ever heard of no wash cloths
Also - the picture showed a coffee pot and there was only a keurig

We loved our stay here! Property was clean and as advertised. Perfect location, steps away from the beach and in a spot where the beach was noticeably less crowded than on nearby streets with big condos or hotels. Will definitely be back!
Only recommendation would be to bring a Roku or something similar because the TV only gets a few channels

Do not be fooled by the reviews like I was. I learned the hard way that they are not accurate. I immediately noticed that this place was not clean or updated in any way. The couch, and the other chairs had stains all over them, as well as burn holes from what looked like cigarettes. The bedding had brown stains on them, which was horrifying to see. There was no wash cloths. So we were forced to buy our own bedding, cleaning supplies and wash cloths. The dishes were dirty and had to be re-washed. There was sand all over the floor, our feet were black from how dirty the floor was. There were at least 10 flies in there because of ripped screens. The washer and dryer was filthy and smelled of mold. The shower curtain had brown stains and the shower liner was so filthy we couldnt even shower in that bathroom. The tv only had 5 channels which was awful. The ceiling fans had so much dust on them they were black. We couldn't even turn them on. I rent every year in Ocean City and this was by far the worst rental I stayed in, so much so, that we left an entire day early. This is truly the bottom of the barrel, and the owners refuse to compensate, so if you experience any discomfort or issues, they will not refund you. I find that despicable given the price they charge. They claim they have a team that cleans and inspects which can't be true given all the dirty, nasty things we encountered. Please save your money and rent elsewhere! DO NOT STAY HERE!

Met my college roommate in Ocean City to catch up. Perfect place for the two of us to relax, catch up, walk on the beach and hang out. Very relaxing condo with a very nice feel. Great view from the living room. Very bright and well appointed. Comfortable beds. Convenient location.

One thing that did disappoint us was with the tv as there were only 13 channels available, which if you are renting out a unit you should have access to all cable stations; this is our second issue with a rental property with this. the tv in the bedroom did not work either. overall the manager was very accommodating otherwise and the place was very clean. the couch was not comfortable at all though so maybe get some more comfortable furniture. View was amazing so would most likely stay here again. Very quite as well.

Place was well maintained and clean. No walking necessary to get right on to the sand. Nice balcony overlooking the ocean. Quiet neighbors. Kitchen has modern conveniences. Owner was very supportive. Would highly recommend this one.

Kids room fits 3 or 4 kids easily with a twin at top, a large full under and another pull out twin. Soft foam beds no annoying springs.. Master has a huge king with a view. Kids room is away from living room which keeps it quiet for parents staying up later. Quiet location. Didn't hear anyone above us! We will be back!

Perfect little family getaway
Wonderful little apartment, nice, spacious and could not be any closer to the beach or it would be a cabana. Stunning views in all direction, soothing sound of crashing waves from the balcony which magically disappears when you close the balcony door. Extremely toddler and family friendly apartment that we did not have to worry about our toddler running around. Safe and quiet and very responsive owners - Samantha! Thank you for a nice getaway. especially in this COVID age.
