About this house rental
Welcome home to our roomy and comfortable 3 bed, 2 bath home on a double lot with fenced in yard. We provide a fully stocked modern kitchen with stainless appliances, granite and every tool you need. We have bikes for the whole family and a trailer for your little ones as well as a wagon and ride on toys! The king master with adjoining bath on the first floor is perfect for those who don't want to deal with stairs making the house ideal for multi generational vacation families. Upstairs you will find two more HUGE bedrooms: a king bedroom, a queen plus 2 x twin bedroom and a hall bath. In the fully fenced and totally private yard you will find a hammock, fire pit, propane gas grill, picnic table, chairs, umbrella on the deck and patio. Grab the bags game (in garage) or ladder toss-there is SO much space on the double lot, all fenced in for your privacy! Your well behaved pet is welcome too (notify at time of booking, with pet fee).
Saturday to Saturday in peak season, 7 night minimum rental.

This place was lovely. Well appointed. It is close to the Van Buren bike trail and Kal Haven. We were there to bike. I had 2 electric bikes and my friends rented 2 electric bikes from rocks and ride downtown South Haven. The kitchen had everything you need so we grilled instead of spending money put to eat. The host was very prompt when asked questions. We will visit again!

We had a great time staying at Shannon's place. It was clean, inviting and plenty of room for all of us. The air condition worked great, big comfortable beds, and plenty of room in the backyard. There was some miscommunication on both our parts, I should have told Shannon about my large family coming for one night which I usually do when visiting South Haven. Shannon was surprised and not happy we had so many people over but once we communication with each other all was good. We would stay here again and hoping to plan a visit next year!

This is an absolutely gorgeous rental and the property manager is lovely and so easy to work with! We have already made plans to return. Beautiful inside and out; great location. Web loved our time here!
