Extrêmement déçue par le manque de propreté !!!

Emplacement génial.

Service RIEN. Un seul passage en 9 nuits, uniquement pour changer les draps et les serviettes. Moquette salle, de la nourriture sur les canapés, poussière sur les meubles, traces de chiffon gras sur les meubles.

Great location - Close to everything you need

We have stayed here before and would definitely stay again. The location is perfect and the rooms are great too. It had everything we needed for our stay.

You have to time the carpark right. We had a couple of instances where there were no carparks at all. That was the most inconvenient part of the trip.

Spacious clean apartment, great location as shopping mall and casino all walking distance

Lots to like! The apartment was really clean and felt like it was recently refurbished. Washrooms were really clean, even the grouting was clean. Partial view of the ocean, full views of Gold Coast and hinterland. Apartment is really spacious. Was impressed how quiet it was on our floor and in the building. Free parking onsite.

The cutlery wasn't washed well. When it's a busy holiday period, can be tough to get the free parking under in the building.

Would stay again definitely

Easy to find, great location, parking, room sizes were great, facilities excellent, friendly staff, priced right for the location

Being picky I would say lounges were uncomfortable and old, outdoor furniture was rusting and looked ordinary for that level accom.

Fantastic location! Easy walk to the beach, supermarket and many eateries. Fabulous view from the 25th floor.

The televisions weren’t smart TVs.

Bel appartement mais accueil à revoir.....

La 1e nuit arrivée avec un bébé de 9 mois à 23h et pas de lit bébé installé dans la chambre malgré notre demande 15 jours avant. Pas très sympa ni professionnel. Check out à 10h et refus de prolonger jusqu'à 15h30 malgré un paiement proposé avec un bébé de 9 mois. Notre navette nous prenant qu'à 15h30 nous avons dû payer une nuit complète supplémentaire pour pouvoir rester dans l'appartement jusqu'à 15h30.....pas très commercial....

Great location in Broadbeach!

Fantastic location and amazing views facing the beach in Broadbeach. Check in process was easy and walking distance to everything needed in broadbeach

The friendly, no trouble welcome was a delight. Location was wonderful. A large selection of restaurants to choose from in walking distance.

Parking is a little tight but thankful there was undercover on-site parking.

Nice views of sunset

The view from the outdoor balcony at sunset. Watching the changing colours over the distant mountains was specular.

Minor point Didn't realise we had to take recycling to 3rd floor for disposal!

Location was perfect. Staff are okay. Amenities were great. Rooms are adequate & spacious.

I mostly enjoyed the location. It was within walking distance to all the restaurants along Surf Parade. The rooms were adequate & spacious. The living room & kitchen area was spacious also.

The view. I kept the curtains closed the whole time due to the construction opposite the building. Can't be helped but it was a real eye sore. Not having toilet paper topped up or towels was a little disappointing but it's all written on the service sheet. It's available at an extra cost for people who're staying short term.

Single beds were too thin. Bad bed. Bad pillows no blankets Iron destroyed my shorts iron board was broken. No complimentary coffee/tea

Broadbeach is always beautiful. But will never stay at this apartment ever again.

Awesome location. Close to all the amenities.

After 11am there was no sun at the pool. And they forgot to mention kids under 12 weren’t allowed to use the Spa . Our TV had no apps and had Foxtel with only the basic channels. And you can just imagine travelling with two children.How much of a nightmare that is. Did speak to that manager and was promised the following day to pop around and sort everything out. Nobody showed I called twice after that. And once again nobody showed up. The carpet in the room had cigarette burns all over it. And stains.

Extremely unpleasant experience

Location was the only good thing about this hotel.

Staff are extremely rude & racist. The hotel is disgusting, infested with bed bugs and cockroaches everywhere. When you inform staff they are useless and not sympathetic. Pathetic staff and manager.

Close to Gold Coast tram stop - Broadbeach North. Walking distance to restaurants and beach. Close to the casino, if that is your thing.

Booked room for three people. Had to move furniture around in order to fit camp bed in.

Only downsides were the pool lost the sun from lunchtime which would be great in the height of summer but not so great on cooler days. The bed was abit hard

Lovely resort but bed not big enough and just a sheet no doona , why?

The bed was way too small , it was a double bed size for a main bedroom. Everything else was great. I think you just assume you get a queen bed when you book a new hotel and oh yeah there was no Doona just a sheet never seen that before 🤷‍♀️.

Super clean, close to everything! Construction close by.

Location was great, clean and well maintained.

On arrival and other interactions with the front desk staff was simply awful. Check in and simple questions were met with frowns and absolute disgust. I understand the building is serviced apartments, but there was no basic friendliness or warmth which was super disappointing when you're on holidays. There is construction going on close by and a building coming up next door which will affect the relaxation around the pool.

Not really enjoyable.

The location, the staff are amazing.

Unclean, too much dusts, we have to clean so we can enjoy ourselves, we were at the last lever (40th floor) we can hear the wind noise throughout the night, and there was a loud noise from the rooftop on top of our apartment, we couldn’t sleep all night, no toilet paper in the toilets until we have to called and asked for the complimentary toilet papers. Mark on the carpet.

There were maintenance works going on and power tools being used at 7am in the morning on our level! This woke us up every morning when we were there for holidays, it was our time to relax and sleep in but we couldn’t. It sounded like a plane was going to crash through the windows it was so loud. We were not told about the maintenance works, weren’t offered a cheaper rate because of this. If we had’ve been told we would’ve asked to either be moved or for a refund and gone somewhere else it was so loud and wasn’t what we wanted on our holiday.

Good stay. Probably worth the extra money to stay on the beach side, away from freeway noise.

Lovely staff at reception. Easy check-in. Lovely pool environment. Close to restaurants and supermarket - great location.

Traffic noise from freeway meant couldn’t have balcony door open much. Walls were a little dirty and strangely small fridge that didn’t fit the gap, but not a big problem. An extra set of plates and bowls would have been handy.
