The living room features a large couch, with a queen sleeper sofa, perfect for lounging and watching TV. The well-appointed kitchen boasts gourmet appliances, quartz countertops, and ample supplies for cooking and serving. An oversized rustic table seats eight, and there's extra seating at the kitchen bar. After a day at the beach or exploring local wineries, your cozy suites on the second floor await. Each room is adorned with crisp linens, plush pillows, and luxurious toiletries. The second floor also hosts a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a laundry facility with full size washer and dryer. Now, the grand finale awaits on the third level – a rooftop oasis with stunning mountain and ocean views. Fire up the natural gas BBQ, dine at the spacious teak table, or unwind in one of the six Adirondak chairs that surrounds the fire table. Keep in mind, our condo's layout isn't suitable for guests with limited mobility, but we've got a handy baby gate to keep the little ones safe from the stairs. I had an incredible stay at Endless Summer! The beach location is absolutely superior – just a short walk and your toes are in the sand. The management team absolutely rocked, always responsive and accommodating. The cleanliness was top-notch, a solid 5-star rating. The decor was beach stylish, creating a perfect coastal vibe. I couldn't have asked for a better getaway. Can't wait to come back!

We had such a wonderful stay! We loved having our Thanksgiving feast on the rooftop overlooking the ocean, and the house was set up perfectly. We had plenty of room for the six of us who stayed there plus our 2 kids who joined us every day. The kitchen had everything we needed to help finish the feast that we started elsewhere. The home is lovely and warm, and we enjoyed our several walks to the beach! Would definitely stay there again.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Great location, very clean, well stocked and organized and the rooftop was perfect for whale watching and enjoying wine by the fire pit at sunset. Would definitely rent again and recommend.

We really enjoyed this “Casita”. Very well maintained, great location at a walking distance from the beach and down town. Amazing how they have everything like if you were at home in every corner, bathroom, kitchen, living room. We would love to come back and recommend it 100%.

The condo was beautiful, with plenty of space, clean, rooftop fire pit was the perfect spot for evenings. Walking distance to the beach and plenty of restaurants. I'm giving this lower stars because the company itself is terrible with communication. Three emails and 3 weeks later, they have still not replied to my concern. They are very hard to get a hold of.

Loved our stay there! Sunsets were beautiful and very close to the beach. Set up was good although we were with elderly so stairs got a bit much for them. The sofa bed was not as comfortable as we would have liked. Everything else was great!

We were 3 adult couples celebrating a birthday while visiting kids attending school at Cal Poly. Had a great wine tasting weekend. Condo was minutes from the main road to vineyards in Edna valley, and we managed to hit 5 tastings in 2 days and enjoyed all. The rooftop deck and fire pit were used every night and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Everything in the place was as advertised. It looks like a model home in the photos and is the same in person. We never really used anything in the kitchen to cook, or the laundry, but it is there if you need it. Beds were comfortable, caught a football game on TV and all channels are available. Nice place to just hang out before heading out for the day. All in all a very nice stay.

Great shopping and restaurants within a short walk. The stairs were a challenge for me due to some health problems but not so for the rest of the family. It was a wonderful stay.

Condo was very nice and well-appointed. There were some minor issues but overall we enjoyed it and felt it was a good value. Good customer service but staff not completely trained. Rooftop umbrella was hollow metal construction and was destroyed after a windy afternoon, and while we were not charged, I don't understand why a wooden version wasn't used instead. Some appliances fussy or not functional eg gas stove and AC. But these were minor. Neighbors got upset at our disco music after 10PM and complained twice. So soundproofing not great but again not a dealbreaker. All in all I would give it a B, maybe B+.

These properties are quite nice and conveniently located. We enjoyed very much the unit, amenities, area and our stay.
The daily rate is on the high side and the various fees are quite high.
We are thankful for a 2pm checkin but when one compares the actual use time from checkin to checkout it is very expensive on a 24 hour basis. Eg., 3 days charged but only 45 hours of actual use. Just saying.
I would love to own one of these cash cows, a great investment.
