Kiawah Island is bordered by both the Kiawah River on one side where and the vast Atlantic Ocean on the other. Take a walk outside and get a taste of the various wildlife such as brown pelicans, egrets, ospreys, dolphin and alligators. Activities such as kayaking, paddle boarding, bicycling, parks are also available. The lovely city of Charleston is approximately a half hour drive and is great to visit both day and night. The entire Charleston area offers beautiful scenery, nature, food and, nightlife and fun. Kiawah is a wonderful place for friends, a pair of couples or the family to get away from your daily life, get in touch with nature, relax and have some fun. After spending three nights, we were stripping the sheets off the bed as requested and there was a live roach between fitted sheet and mattress pad. Which means we were sleeping with bugs in the bed for three nights! Yuck! Unacceptable. I have not heard back from Host or Vrbo as of yet. Also the living room TV had four remotes and a stack of manuals, to use, none of which worked TV. Finally got a picture on second day but never was able to get sound bar to work. I asked local property manager how to work it when she called to check on things, she told me she didn't know either. Who wants to read a bunch of manuals while on vacation. If it had just been the TV issue I would have given four stars as it is a great location and a nice place, but bugs in the bed are too much.It's hard to recommend this place or Vrbo because of the roaches.

This place was perfect for our kiawah stay! It was just my husband and me but could have easily fit another 2 adults and some kids! Very spacious and everything was pristine and clean. The master bed was so comfy. Brian went out of his way to communicate and make sure getting into the place was easy and smooth. The location is perfect for the beach and bike/walking path. The provided beach chairs were a perk and the bathrooms are great. Highly recommend staying here- we will be back!

The condo worked very well for my wife and myself, and another couple. We all came up to participate in the Kiawah Island Marathon. The property was clean and in great condition, well-equipped, and exceeded our expectations. Great place and great service by property manager! The cleaner even checked in with us to make sure everything was right! I will definitely look up this property in the future should our travels take us back to Kiawah Island.

I stayed here for 6 weeks. The villa served me well. The master bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was perfect for my needs and the main TV and sound bar were excellent!! I must say the second bedroom bed was not comfortable, especially for anyone who may be overweight. Brenda, the manager was very attentive, although I really didn't need her for much. I would certainly stay here again should the need arise.

What a wonderful, cozy place this is, I was very happy with all aspects of this home. The kitchen had everything I needed, every room was sparkling clean and it was a perfect distance from the beach, as it was a lovely walk I did twice a day with my dog. Along the way, we saw an alligator, a great egret, herds of dear, a black racer snake and numerous tiny frogs. Wild kingdom! The resort as a whole is lovely, neighbors were nice and I couldn't have been happier - and I'm usually very picky.

Great unit that is close to beach and many other of Kiawah's finest amenities (tennis courts, Turtle Point golf, Night Heron Park and the Market) Unit was clean, beds were comfortable, and the screened in porch was relaxing for reading. Thank you!

A very clean condo near the beach. Eclectic color and furnishings in an older condo. New refrigerator and washer dryer. New paint (poorly painted) and carpet which was lush. Odd color scheme, but overall a good value.

Great unit and location. Comfortable beds and clean baths. Sleeper sofa very comfortable but other is difficult to get off of. Screened porch was a complete joy, clean, comfortable and quiet. Kitchen supplies could use come upgrading; i.e., some wooden spoons or stirring items, larger turner for pancakes and such, something sharp to cut with. Overall a nice location for Kiawah activities.

This was the first vacay we had in several years. It was such a great stay. The location is incredible, giving us access to pretty much everything in a short drive or walk. The cleanliness was spot on, and we enjoyed the condo itself very much. There were also wildlife roaming the community at night. It was so great to not have anything go wrong on a much needed vacay.

Great location. Condo is a little dated. Had an issue with the ice maker in the refrigerator. Property manager responded quickly but I did not want the interruption to fix it during our short stay. Carpet needs to be replaced due to multiple pee stains from previous rentals. Great condo for 4 people or less. My only real complaint is you can hear everything in the condo above, especially someone who walks heavy. We were awoken every morning at 1 AM due to the noise above. I would stay here again provided no one stayed above this condo.
