We enjoyed staying at the property and had a perfect stay. The neighborhood is tranquil, the beds are super comfortable, and easy access to major highways, entertainment, and food. We loved the long walkways around the neighborhood. We would return to the unit when we come back to Houston next time. Excellent host and check-in/chekcout was very simple and quick.

We absolutely loved our stay. Andre is a wonderful host. The bed in the main bedroom was so comfortable. It had everything we needed. This home has the space for a large family to stay comfortably. It was just my husband and I and our dog, so we had plenty of room. The bed linens were also very soft. The washer and dryer worked efficiently. Everything was clean and inviting. We will stay here everytime we come through this area.

My family and I were visiting for a baseball tournament, the location was perfect about a 30 min drive to the Diamond Daily park. The house was as described, nice,clean and very quiet. The host worked with us and even gave us an earlier check in time…however we got caught up in all that Houston has to offer and didn’t actually need it! The city and area are beautiful. The house had very comfortable beds, clean linens, plenty of towels as well as a fully stocked kitchen. There was even a bottle of water waiting in the fridge as someone had previously suggested . Host was very quick to respond back with us handle any issues or questions in which we had. Check out process was very easy. Would definitely love to stay here again next year! Thanks for having myself and family!

The house is conveniently located & within reasonable driving-distance to downtown Houston. It’s also located in a quiet neighborhood with running trails. It looks exactly as pictured in the listing. The check-in was easy & the host provided clear check-out for instructions. Overall, we are happy with the property.

It would have been nice to at least have some bottled water. We arrived about 1 AM and our trip was a disaster. We were tired no car and no food. Bottled water would have been nice. We were glad to have the house it was the only thing that was good about our vacation. So thank you for that. We had no problems with the property or the neighborhood.

To begin, the host was very clear, proactive and responsive in all communications. From our initial communication until checkout they made sure that our needs were met. We, a family of four, arrived late on a Friday after a tiring flight. We were able to quickly drop off luggage, do a quick walk around in the home and then had to rush out for other commitments. By the time we actually got back to sleep for the evening we were all exhausted. Everything in the home was ready for us. The house was just the right temp. (important for SE Texas) and the beds were all comfortable. We had a good night's sleep and plenty of room the next morning for all of us to get ready for a wedding we were in town to attend. The home was conveniently located right around the corner from two sets of friends, the mother and father of the bride to be and another family we are very close to. The location was perfect for our road weary family, especially with all the road construction in the Katy/Richmond area that has popped up since we left four years ago. Overall it was a wonderful stay and being in a home versus a hotel room with two teens made all the difference.

Some of my family members visiting for a wedding stayed here and found it to be a comfortable and nice place. Only feedback is that the hand soap and bath wash all had a medicinal smell and was not good, so I sent my own liquid soaps for my family. Also, would be good, if a steel pot or additional cooking vessels, to boil water for tea or make chai with water and milk was provided. But overall, my family had a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Could not have asked for a better place to stay when we came to Texas for a family reunion. Andre was an excellent host and made sure we had everything we needed. House was clean and bed in master was very comfy. Our dogs enjoyed the nice fenced backyard. Would definitely stay here again!

Finding a property that fits 6 people and 2 dogs in a reasonable price range near family isn't easy. We were pleasantly surprised how central we ended up being to family in Galveston, Brazoria, Harris, and Ft. Bend County. We loved the open concept of the home. The beds were comfortable, and of course, I brought my own pillow. If you have younger children or clumsy children, you might consider bringing plastic or paper plates, bowls, and cups with you. Location is close to HEB for groceries and several restaurants are nearby. Being located close to the toll roads was also convenient, since our state has a partnership where we can use our toll tag on Texas roads. The neighborhood is very quiet which we also enjoyed. The property manager was easy to communicate with. We had no problems during our stay. We're already planning to save for our next trip home so we can book again.

We have now stayed at this home 4 times and its always clean and organized on arrival. It has a nice size back yard for our pets and the location is close to restaurant's and stores. The owner called us after we arrived and made sure we had every thing we needed. We look forward to staying at this home again soon.
