Nestled in George Town, this lovely condo for $581 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Location, location, location! There are thousands of hotel rooms and condos but this condo on Seven Mile Beach is one of a kind. This is a perfect 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo for the discerning guests who want the luxury of a spacious and fully renovated condo for their family or for vacationing with another couple. Are you paying for a room with a garden view or view of the parking lot, switch to this condo with the views you deserve on vacation. Views of the beautiful Caribbean Sea, swimming pool, hot tub, and spectacular sunsets from our balcony make this condo special. It’s centrally located within the complex and within walking distance (1.2 mi) to Georgetown and (1 mi) Camana Bay for great dining and shopping. Within a 10 -15 minute walk, there are lots of fabulous restaurants along West Bay Road. This is a perfect condo and location for your vacation rental! When you walk into this newly & fully renovated condo, you see the Caribbean Sea and swimming pools. Owners fell in love with this second floor ocean view/poolside condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. No elevator. Lovely balcony to watch the spectacular sunsets. Steps away from swimming pool with waterfall, kiddie pool, hot tub. In fact, you can sit on the balcony and talk with your family members while they are in the pool or hot tub. The beach is beautiful and wide with umbrellas and loungers. The two bathrooms have been recently renovated with a new Kohler bathtub and larger sized walk-in shower. Quartz countertop with double sinks and a custom-built vanity. Master bedroom floor has been replaced and a pocket door separating the bedroom from the bathroom. Kitchen has new cabinets, new appliances (fridge with ice maker, stove, microwave and dishwasher and granite counter tops), Cuisinart blender, Keurig, just for the days when you want to cook and eat in. Full size washer and dryer in the condo. Large dining room cum living room. High end furniture, and oh so comfortable mattresses on the king, queen, and twin beds, two flat screen tvs, Blu ray/DVD player, and fiber optic WiFi. Compare the total rental cost with the hotel's total costs as they charge a daily resort fee as well as a service fee. We are happy to share our family vacation home with you. We enjoyed our stay at Sunset Cove. The unit is well-equipped and organized. The hosts have thought of everything you might need. The complex is peaceful, and we made frequent use of the hot tub. Tip to renters: our favorite restaurants were Casanova’s and Pane & Pasta—best Italian food we ever ate (definitely better than what we got in Italy).

My wife and I had a fantastic week in this unit. Spacious, functional, clean and updated. From the moment we booked our trip several months ago, the communication with the owners was fantastic. With all the information they provided us regarding the Condo and Island, I felt like we had a personal Concierge. The pool and beach are excellent and very close to the Condo, kid friendly. The Island itself is fantastic. The restaurants (all owner recommended) that we ate at were great. If you enjoy walking, it probably doesn't make sense to rent a car. Aside from airport transfers, we used a cab once during the trip. We walked about 5 - 7 miles a day. I would highly recommend staying in this Condo.

This was the most perfect condo to stay in. The owner gave every attention to detail possible making this day even better. The condo is situated in such a way that you can enjoy the beautiful view of the ocean and the pool at the same time. All of the recommendations made were spot on. We will return to this condo and not look any further for lodging after this stay!

This lovely condo was perfect for our week diving. Light-filled and a balcony with pool AND beach view, close to our Georgetown dive dock, the grocery stores and great restaurants. Great mattresses, too! Our hosts made everything easy and answered all our questions. Can't wait to go back!

This was by far one of the best vacations we have ever had. Kheng and Grant’s place met all of our needs and by far exceeded our expectations They have thought of every single detail to make your stay an amazing one. The grounds were kept so clean and having the pool close was a blessing for my teenager. The cove was an excellent place to snorkel and swim. We are looking forwarded to booking our next stay at Sunset Cove!

Our vacation to the Cayman Islands did not disappoint! We returned to the island after spending our honeymoon here 25 years ago, and this time was just as special primarily due to this fantastic rental condo and its caring owners. The location is perfect and the owners provided so much info about what to do, and where to go. They were always responsive to every question we had which made our planning easy and fun. The condo was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed each day. We enjoyed the view and all of the activities. A truly wonderful vacation. Do not hesitate to stay here; it was perfect!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect for us. We loved the location for its walkability to shops and restaurants. In the week we stayed there we ate at a different restaurant every night, and each time we walked there, except for one. The swim up bar was perfect for our post diving lunch and beers. I hope to be back some day soon!

This is a wonderful condo at the south end of 7 mile beach.The pool is huge and the cove in front is amazing with the calm water. The condo is very comfortable, including the beds and the owner is very responsive and quick to answer any questions. Kheng sent out a list of suggestions right after I booked, which includes activities, restaurants and tips. It made the planning of the trip so easy! I highly recommend this unit!

Our experience was amazing from booking. The host sent over communications not long after and proceeded to provide so much great info about planning our trip on the island.
The location is amazing, so close to many great snorkeling spots and places to eat. We loved Smith’s Cove, which was just a short drive. We ate at Peppers, XQ, and also The Wharf, all very close.
The condo was immaculate and stocked with everything we could possibly think of, from a coffee pod machine, to a blender, to fun board games and family movies! And everything around the kitchen was labeled, making for such ease of use.
Our son loved the huge pool and that we had a great beach with our own cove. 100x better than a hotel room!! We are already discussing dates to come back!

Excellent property with a great geographical location within the West Bay area. Easy access north or south to all restaurants, beaches, etc. The condo itself is also situated perfectly within the complex. with a nice view of the beach and the pool. Very easy walk to each. It is very comfortable inside with everything you need for the stay. Large balcony for enjoying a morning coffee and breakfast before heading out for the day. The owner is extremely thorough and ensures that you have all the information you need for an easy check in and stay. Excellent experience overall.

Our family had an amazing time at sunset cove! This property is exceptional. We enjoyed having our breakfast every morning on the deck looking out at the ocean. The beach was beautiful with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. The pool was refreshing with a waterfall and swim up bar / restaurant. We snorkeled, went to stingray city and took a boat tour to bioluminescence bay. We loved swimming with the turtles at the Cayman Turtle Center. There was so much to do, fabulous restaurants to choose from and time to relax. My teenage boys said it was their best vacation ever. We would love to return here!

It was my first time staying at Sunset Cove after coming to Cayman for many years. I’ve stayed in both condos and hotels. Sunset Cove gives you it all - the privacy, comfort and convenience of staying with a condo with great amenities like a huge pool, pool bar with full food and drink menus, a beautiful coved beach and plenty of chairs at both the pool and beach. Add in a convenient location and it has all the makings of a great Seven Mile Beach stay.
Our hosts - Kheng and Grant - made the stay even more enjoyable. A beautifully appointed condo with everything you could need was a delight. Kheng and Grant are generous with their preparations and insights for a great stay.

We just returned from an amazing vacation in Grand Cayman. Kheng and Grant's condo was awesome - it felt like home from the time we arrived! The property looked exactly like the pictures I had seen online - gorgeous sunset view from the balcony. They truly have thought of everything to make your vacation perfect and stress-free. The communication with the owners from initial inquiry to emails with lots of helpful trip advice a few weeks before arrival was so greatly appreciated. They even sent a friendly email to check in the day after we arrived to ensure all was good. Our condo was freshened up mid-week while we were on a day tour - thanks for the wonderful service! The location was excellent - we could walk to many restaurants (amazing food!), the liquor/beer store, grocery stores, shopping, and Georgetown. I wish we could give this property and our experience with Kheng and Grant more than 5 stars - it truly is an exceptional property and made our vacation one that will not be forgotten! :)

We really enjoyed our stay at Sunset Cove and Kheng was a very responsive host. The unit had everything it said it did and was very comfortable. The beach is lovely and the water very calm, would be a great place to bring young kids (which many families there did). Definately snorkle out past the rock wall, keep swimming around if you don't find the reef at first. There are many restaurants within walking or bus distance. The beaches near by on Seven Mile are pretty much washed away until you get 8-10 blocks up and you must walk on the sidewalk to reach the next open beach. I would recommend unit and the location.

The property was fantastic. The condo was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. The hot tub and pool were enjoyable. The cove was wonderful for our wives who don’t like to swim where they can’t touch the bottom. There was great snorkeling 200 yards out. A good amount of fish and we even had a turtle swim by us. Lots of nice restaurants within walking distance. The large grocery store was a 15 minute walk. The hosts sent us a ton of great information before our trip and were very responsive with any questions. Will stay again!!

The owners of this vacation property and the property itself is amazing. The owners were available immediately with any concern and quickly responded to the one problem I had (which was me not looking hard enough for a fan remote). It’s a great location and compared to some of the other condos I saw it was renovated just a short time ago and fit our needs exceptionally.

We are a family of 5 with three teenagers. We wanted to go on a trip this year with plenty of adventure and exploration. Grand Cayman offered exactly what we were looking for - between Stingray City, the Bioluminescent Bay and all the snorkel spots. Our experience at this property could not have been any better. The McGuire's have put a lot of thought and care into their condo. Everything that you need is provided here including a great pool, hot tub and swim up bar. We also looked forward to returning here between adventures to recharge and relax. The property - Sunset Cove - has a large sand beach, protected swim area and kayaks and paddle boards to use. There is snorkeling right off of the beach as well as a shipwreck (the Gamma) within easy walking distance. We were able to walk easily to restaurants and Kirk's grocery. It is also possible to walk to Georgetown from the property. We highly recommend this condo to future travelers to Grand Cayman.

It’s beautifully renovated, has a great layout, the views are incredible and the location on Seven Mile Beach is top notch. We loved swimming in the cove as well as in the pool, and of course the swim up bar was a hit.
The food onsite and nearby was excellent. We ended up renting a car and were glad we did because it's a large island and there are many activities that are not within walking distance.
We loved everything about the condo and would stay there again in a heartbeat. Kheng is incredibly communicative and provided the most comprehensive list of activities and helpful information I've ever received from a VRBO host. Book this place! You won't be sorry.

Amazing beachfront condo!
From the moment we booked this condo, we had a wonderful experience! The owners promptly sent us tons of great infomation, including suggested restaurants & activities, as well as tips/recommendations for the condo & island. Any questions we sent to Kheng were immediately responded to with helpful information. When we arrived at the condo, we were so pleased with the cleanliness, beautiful decor, and all the extra things available for us at the condo. The kitchen was well stocked with every appliance we could need, along with all other necessities like pots, pans, dishes, glasses, knives, spices, coffee, tea, etc! They even provided insulated glasses to use at the beach/pool, along with a couple of small coolers. There were also pool floats & rafts along with lots of snorkeling equipment that we used to snorkle right behing the rock barrier in front of the condo - and saw lots of fish & coral! The pool & beach area were perfect, with ample chairs and space to relax & enjoy. We appreciated how everything was labeled &/or had directions for use in the condo - made it very easy to find & use things! There was even a drawer labeled "forgot something" stocked with all kinds of things that might be needed. We were pleasantly suprised to find the property cleaned & refreshed halfway through our weeklong stay. It was very warm in the condo the first few nights, but when I asked Kheng about lowering the temp on the automatic thermostat, she immediately responded & granted our request! I would highly recommend this condo to anyone wanting to stay on the beautiful 7 mile beach & we hope to return again one day!

We were so pleased with the condo. It was clean, well-appointed and close to some great restaurants. Getting around is easy on the Cayman public bus or taxis. Kheng (property owner) was easy to contact during our stay for any questions. We used Ryan's Taxi and Tour service (listed at the property) for a tour of Grand Cayman so we could get an idea of the area as well as to get a ride to the airport. He was so knowledgeable and helpful.
