Our OceanView/Poolside Condo is located in the Sunset Cove Complex on the south end of Seven Mile Beach. It is 3 miles from the Airport, 1 mile from Georgetown, and within walking distance of many restaurants, shopping & nightlife. This ground floor unit is bright, airy, and tastefully decorated in tropical island decor. It is fully equipped with all the amenities and conveniences of home. This Condo provides the perfect balance between your privacy & the amenities of a top-rated resort. Being poolside, you are just steps away from a large pool with tropical waterfalls, a swim-up pool bar and restaurant. Your private patio faces west with a direct view of the beautiful Caribbean Sea. You are just 30 yards from the beach and protective Cove. Great for small children. Soak up the rays, take a refreshing swim in the warm crystal clear water, snorkel directly out from shore at a marine park reef where you'll find beautiful coral and tropical fish, or just sit back with a cocktail and enjoy a spectacular sunset. We are very proud of our vacation home and have taken great effort to decorate and outfit this unit for our pleasure and that of our guests. We have wireless Internet service within the unit as well as at the pool and beach . It is truly one of the most inviting and well kept condos in the complex. The location was great on 7-mile and the condo was perfectly situated between beach and pool. Loved that it was a condo and we could cook, but also had a swim-up pool/tiki bar with great drinks and good bar food. Loved the spicy margaritas! The information that the host provided us before arrival made it a smooth and easy trip. Would stay there again for sure!

We loved our stay in these condos. Excellent location, especially for families with young children. Pool and beach literally steps from the door. The pool area is large with separate children's pool, full sized pool (with depths of 5 feet), and hot tub. The beach is protected by a rocky cove, so no large waves to disturb the children. We saw lots of fish just snorkeling around in the cove. I actually wish I did less excursions away from the condo during the day, so that I could have utilized the beach more often. The room itself is clean and organized. We cooked breakfast every morning in the fully-stocked kitchen. Two bedrooms each with separate bathrooms made it a comfortable stay for the two families that traveled together on my trip. Parking was close by, available, but unsecured. Not an issue given the low crime rate in Grand Cayman. Perfect base to explore Seven Mile Beach. Cannot wait to come back!

Everything in the unit was super clean and very comfortable. Very well equipped kitchen and the property has one of the best and most amazing beaches. This was a perfect stay for watching sunsets and relaxing on the beach. Highly recommend and will stay here again. I’ve been coming down to stay at Sunset Cove for 20 years but my first time in this unit. The hosts were amazing with great communication and super friendly/accommodating. 5 Stars all day!

This condo was perfect for our girls trip! Not a far walk to the beautiful beach! We felt safe with the security walking around. Pat and Mike gave us so much information before arriving we knew exactly what we wanted to and eat! Recommend this condo for anyone!!!

What an amazing condo! We will definitely be back. From booking to departure our entire experience was wonderful. The location was perfect- 10 steps to the pool and 30 steps to the beach. The fact that it was on the first floor made everything really convenient. The beach was by far the nicest beach on Seven Mile. There were other condos we considered booking and I’m so grateful we didn’t. The beach was non existent elsewhere because of how eroded it is. Be careful of the pictures from the other condos- they are deceiving and not accurate. The pictures from this condo are 100% accurate, in fact it doesn’t showcase just how gorgeous the beach and the cove are. The snorkelling was pretty amazing just outside the cove too. We saw fish that we didn’t see elsewhere around the island. It was quiet and clean and felt like we our own private beach! We also loved that there is an amazing pool with swim up bar and a beach grill. The food was quite good. We just loved it here and can’t wait to go back.

Loved this condo! Hosts have thoughtfully included many extras to make your vacation perfect. Clean, beautifully decorated unit with lots of beach and bath towels, well stocked kitchen, plenty of drawer space for clothing and lots of counter space/drawers and mirrors in master bath. Loved the keyless entry. Patio feels very private even though it’s on the first floor. Hosts were very helpful in providing lots of info about the condo and Cayman itself. They always responded quickly to my emails both before and during our stay. Counting the days until we can return!

This condo was absolutely perfect! Clean, convenient and equipped with everything you might need. The quiet beach and private cove area is literally steps away! Perfect for snorkeling and just relaxing! We really didn’t use the pool since the beach was so close, but it was equally as beautiful. We would definitely stay again!

The condo was immaculate and equipped with everything we needed. The unit is ideally located, close to beach and pools. Loved that it was never crowded. Always plenty of chairs/umbrella at both beach and pool. Grounds, beach and pool are well maintained. Mike and Pat were very helpful. Check in is super easy.

We absolutely loved our stay at Patricia's and Mike's condo. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect location - right by the pool/grills and a short walk to the beach. We had two small children with us, and because of the proximity to the pool and beach, we never had to carry much besides the necessities. If we forgot something (or should I say the kids needed a different color mask/goggles or their special shovel :-) the unit was only a few steps away. Communication with the hosts was phenomenal and the unit was impeccably clean (and well equipped). There are two grocery stores (20 min walk) and plenty of restaurants in walking distance as well. To us, the location was fantastic and the unit/resort had the perfect combination of "home" and resort amenities. We look forward to our next visit. Thank you Mike and Patricia!

What a wonderful trip to Grand Cayman… we will be back!! Our family of four (two adults and 16/18 yr old girls) spent a quick 4 night stay in Grand Cayman as a graduation gift for our oldest. Pat and Mike were beyond helpful and provided everything we needed - both ahead of time with extensive documents and suggestions and while we were there with all the things we needed to feel at home. The condo is EXACTLY as presented online. Location was great- beach and pool right outside the door, and we loved that we were in a great spot to explore different resorts, restaurants and Caymana Bay, but could always just chill at our spot or hit up the Lazy Lizard for a bite or yummy drink. Don’t hesitate to book … and don’t miss the sting rays and the turtles on your trip!! Thanks again Pat and Mike!

The condo feels like home away from home. Very clean, beds are comfortable, and it is quiet. The beach and pool are not crowded and we loved the cove for swimming. It’s nice to be close to many restaurants, stores, and Georgetown. We rented a car from Andy’s for our entire stay and that gave us the flexibility to travel and see many attractions. We will always treasure this wonderful vacation and will miss the condo and Grand Cayman.

We had an amazing vacation!!! Pat and Mike's condo is so well-appointed. They helped us a lot with making reservations in advance for a rental car and Stingray City, etc. We spent happy days relaxing at the beach and pool. The grocery store was close by and the bar snacks were delightful. The beds are comfortable; the kitchen is easy to use. There was plenty for the grown-ups to do and so much for our young child; we all had a wonderful time as a family. Can't say enough good about this condo and our time there! Don't miss out! Perfect for family relaxation time. And from the condo, it's so easy to get to all the wonderful Cayman sea creature adventures. Thank you so much, Pat and Mike!!! Your home is beautiful.

A very friendly complex, unit was located on the ground floor pool side, view of the beach. We enjoyed the restaurant and the swim up bar, which was very convenient when we didn't want to leave the complex. Location was great, easy access to walk to several restaurant options, liquor store, grocery store. Condo was clean and had ample supply of dishes, cooler, beach towels, etc. The owners of the condo were great, very communicative before our trip on what to expect, things to do when on the island, etc. We will definitely book again.

Couldn't have asked for a better property (2 kids aged 9). The amenities are great, the location is accessible to a good portion of lower 7 mile beach area. The property owners provided abundant information to make our visit a success. Would recommend the property, and will use again if have the opportunity to return.

If your looking for a two bedroom and two bathroom condo in a great location look no further. We very much enjoyed the first level condo next to the pool and short walk to the beach. The beach is protected by large coral boulders which allowed us to enjoy the sandy beach even with rough waters. We ate breakfast and lunch at the condo which saved us a ton of money. We used the grill for lovely dinners. Tikki bar was open til 10 pm which was nice. We traveled on the rental scouters which were a blast. All aspects were 5/5 star rating and would recommend without hesitation.

This is the perfect beach for a family, protected by the cove and has plenty of sand area to play and lounge, sand in the water and no rocks! Was able to snorkel outside the cove and saw amazing fish, used the kayaks and paddle boards that were available daily! The condo is steps away from pool and less then a 1min walk to the beach! Perfect size for a family, spacious! Any issues we had, owners were available to help instantly! Will stay here again! Restaurants in walking distance!

I really couldn’t speak more highly of our stay. We chose to stay here over a hotel and it was definitely the right choice. You get all the amenities of home but still get hotel benefits like the pool, hot tub, swim up bar, and private beach! The hosts give you tons of valuable information to make your stay as easy as possible. The island is paradise and we will definitely be back.

The condo is large, has a well-equipped kitchen, and provided beach towels and an ocean view! The location is perfect - close to shopping and stores. The beach has chairs and paddleboards available for use. The pool is HUGE, has a swim-up bar, and serves lunch and dinner. Highly recommended!
