Nestled in George Town, this lovely condo for $491 per night is a great option for your next trip. Welcome to Condo Number 203 @caymanislands_vacation_rentals Relax on the patio and enjoy Stunning Ocean Views and Serene Sunsets in this beautiful 2 bedroom/2 full size bathroom waterfront condo located in the sought after area of South Sound. Direct ocean access from the complex for great snorkeling along the ironshore or shore dive. Take a short 10minute walk to George Town, where you will find shops, restaurants, bars and a fish market. Smith Cove beach is also a 10minute walk in the opposite direction where there is also great snorkeling. An option of taking two small flights of stairs up to the condo or an elevator that opens up by the front door. High ceilings, upgraded open plan kitchen with new appliances, large jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom, jet tub in second bathroom. This condo is equipped with everythig that will feel like your home away from home. People from all backgrounds welcome. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (breakdown of how the condo can accommodate up to 6 people): -King bed in primary bedroom that can sleep up to 2 people -King bed in second bedroom that can sleep up to 2 people -Queen blow up mattress for livingroom sleeps up to 2 people ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE: I try to accommodate all guests during the "purgatory period" between 11am-4pm when the condo is being cleaned. Flights may land earlier than checkin time and depart later than checkout time. That said, the bedrooms are cleaned first and utilized as holding rooms for the luggage. Note that there is never an additional charge for an early checkin/late checkout in hopes that everyone can understand and work together on a stress free vacation arrival/departure. I do need a heads up please in case an early checkin/late checkout is in fact needed, so I can communicate with guests arriving/departing so everyone can be on the same page . ***PLEASE NOTE*** On February 6th 2024, the Cayman Islands experienced a Nor’wester with high seas and near gale force winds. Unfortunately many coastal properties, across the islands suffered damage as a result, with environmental, financial and personal consequences. Kisha pool and jacuzzi was damaged and out of operation for the time being. There was no damage to the condo or patio that continues to offer stunning views of the Caribbean Sea and Sunsets.

From the moment we walked in the door, it was obvious that we were in good hands. Every little detail from the complimentary snacks, to the doggie bed and blankie for our beloved fur baby, made us feel well taken care of. Our host went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of spectacular. The property is immaculate. We were pleasantly surprised with how big and spacious the unit is. The view from our balcony and master suite was absolutely breathtaking. The location was perfect! Walking distance to one of our favourite beaches on island; Smith’s Cove. Also walking distance to a couple of delicious restaurants (which we took full advantage of!) Needless to say, we would HIGHLY recommend others to book their next stay in Grand Cayman at this location. Livia Kwong made this family trip a dream come true. We will gladly book with her again and again.

A beautiful condo and building, just minutes away from downtown Georgetown. We rented a car and got to all of our weeks activities in under 30 minutes all up and down 7 Mile Beach from West Bay. It is a very comfortable, restful place to spend evenings or entire days, and just about the perfect location to get to the airport, Seven Mile Beach, West Bay, Grand Harbor, Bodden Town... Basically the whole west half of the island. The condo was wonderfully appointed with everything we needed in the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms, and the patio deck overlooking the ocean has to be seen to be believed! Livia was extremely attentive and quick to reply about everything from trip details to silly questions. :). She offered great suggestions for those that are unfamiliar with the island, and made the check-in and use of the condo effortless.

Wonderful Condo! Great location on the island and one of the best snorkeling locations right behind the property. Condo was super clean and kitchen was well appointed. Only disappointment was the spa was not heated. Highly recommend!

The rental is on a corner of the second floor with a balcony facing the ocean. We were able to see the nicest sunsets. There is a short ladder at the waters edge and you can snorkeling there. WE also feed the small fish that came up close to shore. The property was quiet and peaceful, just the right distance from the port.

We got held up and arrived 2 days late on our trip. The property manager couldn't work with us on the 2 days we missed unfortunately but they did offer us an additional 2 days to tack onto the end of our trip at a discount, so that was nice. The property was more beautiful than the pictures depict and we had a ton of room. As one of the other reviewers mentioned, the snorkeling right off the end of the walkway was awesome and we went a couple times and enjoyed the view up and down the coast a few hundred yards in both directions. The hot tub wasn't working when we were there, but it wasn't a major problem. We wanted to be in the ocean most of the time anyway. The bed was a bit uncomfortable for me too, but you're on a small island and you kind of get what you get. I would stay here again, unequivocally. It was luxurious compared to most other properties I have stayed at and I have zero regrets.

We went to Caymen on a couples trip with lifelong friends. We could not been more pleased with the condo. The house was well equipped. Every time we realized we forgot to pack an item, we were able to open up a cabinet or a drawer and find exactly what we were looking for. You can tell the owner takes pride in the tiny luxuries they provide. Rooms were spacious and the two King masters with adjoining bathrooms made both couples feel we had our own space. Condo was in a perfect location! Close enough to all of the activities on 7 mile beach but far enough away to feel like a quiet oasis. Snorkeling off the backside of the condo was a plus! Would stay here a again without hesitation.

As first time guests we could not have been more delighted with this beautiful unit! Upon arrival we knew we had made the right decision! The location was convenient, private and quiet. The views are breathtaking and we enjoyed the balcony every evening for sunset! The snorkeling right off the pool deck was some of the best we experienced on the island. Eden Rock and Sunset Dive Center are just minuets away. The unit itself is truly more beautiful and roomy than the photos show. It is tastefully decorated and has all the amenities to make your stay enjoyable. The owner was very responsive and has thoughtfully considered the needs of guests. From beach towels, chairs and umbrella to laundry soap, basic condiments and coffee, if we needed it, it was there! We did explore the entire island over our weeklong vacation and concluded that there would be no reason to stay elsewhere!

Booked this VRBO when it had zero reviews and was honestly a bid worried. However, when we walked in we were blown away! It is MUCH bigger than the pictures show. So much space for my wife and 3 children. You are just a minute south of downtown and 10 minutes from the beaches of 7 Mile. It is PERFECTLY located and the place had everything we could have needed or wanted. We didn't want to leave!!!

Really nice and clean property with good furnishings. Beach chairs were a nice touch! The ocean front views of the sunset are spectacular from the patio. We also snorkelled right off the pool deck. Would be a great stay for 2 couples with the huge bedrooms and separate bathrooms. Was tons of space for just the two of us.

Had a quick trip on a short notice. Booked and had to make a change. Property manager was very helpful and understanding. She made the process and overall stay memorable. Quiet location close to dining, shopping, dive shop and the Beach. Enjoyed snorkeling behind the property. Will stay again

We booked this condo with zero notice after experiencing a family emergency and needing to move to somewhere different same-day. The property manager got us booked and into the unit within hours. I wasn't expecting to be wowed as this was such a last minute decision that had no research on my part, but was pleasantly surprised! The beds are comfy, bathrooms spacious, condo is nice and cool with some beach supplies, beach towels, laundry machines in the unit. We sat on the balcony each morning and viewed the lovely ocean view while having breakfast. My son and I even enjoyed the grassy stretch next to the condo daily, where we could throw around a baseball. Was perfect for my husband, son, and mother-in-law.

You know when an owner and property manager get it. They had the little things covered, extra blankets, soap, Laundry detergent, coffee etc... the place was well equipped and clean. Great location as we went scuba diving at Sunset Dive center. Convenient location and a fantastic view. Thanks for you attention to detail we had a great time!
