My family and I rented this condo for a week for our destination wedding. Everything was clean and the description was exactly as the condo was. I have stayed in a different condo before at Waterscapes but this condo exceeded my expectations. The location is centralized and there is a lot to do within walking distance. One of the pools is heated as well so the kids were able to swim in November.

This Condo has a great view of the beach and the pools. Very spacious with all the comforts of home. Beds are really comfortable and both bedrooms have private bathrooms with large walk in showers. Kitchen has all you need, although not much cabinet space. I Highly recommend coastal vibes vacations , the entire process with Coastal vibes vacations was so easy and stress free, Mr Jenn responds to any concerns quickly. Looking forward to next years vacation.

I can't say enough good things about this condo. Check in was easy, we even got a text saying our room was ready early which I loved. The room was clean, beautiful views, and great pools! This is probably the smoothest rental experience we've ever had. We'll definitely be staying here again. Thanks for a great trip.

We love coming to Waterscspe, this is our 3rd time. A602 is a beautiful condo with a wonderful view of the ocean & the pools. This is a family friendly resort to come to and we enjoy our stay here each time. We will definitely be back again.

This was our first time as snowbirds and chose to stay at Waterscape A602 for a month. It did not disappoint. The condo was clean, nicely decorated and stocked with about anything we needed. The VIEW was amazing with the sunsets being beautiful. We loved having the option of the beach and pools so close to us and the amenities of the fitness center, hot tubs, shuffleboard and grills to use. The Coastal Vibe Vacations communication was excellent from beginning to end. People were friendly and we took advantage of the many restaurants, golf courses, shopping and pickle ball courts in the area. We are looking forward to returning.

Wonderful place for family vacation. We come every year for a baseball tournament and Waterscape is the perfect place for our families. This unit has beautiful furnishings and an amazing view! We will be back again and again.

We love Waterscape and have vacationed there for the last 12 years. We recently discovered Coastal Vibe Vacations and they are a GREAT!! We loved this particular unit with an updated kitchen and the view! No issues whatsoever and they make checking in a breeze. We will continue booking through them and hope to stay in this unit again this summer.

Amazing resort and condo with a great view of the pool and ocean! The kids and adults all loved it! It's especially nice to have a king bed in each of the main bedrooms!

First, the view and location are outstanding! The beach service was very convenient. The pool area was a nice place for the kids.
There are a few things that need work at this price point. The unit wasn’t particularly clean. There was coffee among other food stuck to the kitchen counters. Both coffee makers were quite dirty.
The bedding was a little lacking and one of the mattresses was absolutely horrible. I slept on the couch three nights because it was hurting my back so badly. That brings be to the couch. It was reasonably comfortable but stained. The ceiling fan in the living room did not operate.
Overall, the condo needs a thorough cleaning and some touch up paint. It could definitely use new bedding and mattresses. We will definitely come back to Waterscape, just not to that unit unless it’s improved.
The location and view brought it up to 3 stars.

We just finished a week long vacation at A602 at Waterscape. I was impressed with the property and all the amenities! The pool and location kept our children occupied and we only left for dinner and fishing.
The only complaint I would give is the master bed was not very comfortable and rather noisy. Luckily, our kids used the bunk beds so after a couple nights we switch over to the guest bed, which slept much better. Again, everything else was so nice and accommodating that I have a hard time mentioning the bed. Management should probably purchase a new bed for that room. Still, 5 stars easily.

Wonderful vacation. Room was nice and the perfect size for our two families. The resort was perfect for our 6 and 3 year old with the beach so close and the fun pool area. We will be back. Thanks!

This Waterscape paradise was a great stay. The amenities were great and proximity to dining was excellent. Place had great decor and was stocked with everything you could need. It was easy to find spots by the beach and pool. The family loved our stay. We are already trying to figure out when we can return.

I can not recommend Costal Vibe Vacations and Waterscape Resorts enough! We had a wonderful trip and really enjoyed everything about our condo and the resort. Great for families! Family paradise
Waterscape has something for everyone! The pools and grounds are very well kept and beautiful. A602 is a beautiful condo and well appointed and decorated. The beds were comfortable and the living room furniture too. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. This is my 3rd year renting with Coastal Vibe Vacations and they are first class. We had a light out in fridge and called and they sent someone right out to replace it.
The view from the balcony in the ample patio furniture was a highlight for me. My husband loves the fact that you park on the floor you are staying do there are no elevators needed when unloading and loading at end of stay. Thanks Coastal Vibe Vacations once again!!

property is well kept and functions well. only real issue was that there appeared to be somewhat of a shortage of cooking utensils (i.e. large spoons, ladles, pots, etc.). There were adequate but would have been better with more available.

We had a wonderful stay at A602 through Coastal Vibe Vacations once again. We chose to book with them again this year due to how amazing they were last year getting us rescheduled during the pandemic, and we love their updated condos with accurate online photos. The condo was clean, fully stocked and had the most amazing view! We also love the fact that a pack n play was included in the unit and doors were on the bunkroom so we could move around the condo in the evenings without disturbing the kids. You can't go wrong choosing Coastal Vibe Vacations or any of their units.

Condo is awesome, great location and gorgeous views! Loved the beach umbrella service, make it so convenient with the kids. If we return we would not hesitate to book this condo again, David was super easy to work with!

We had THE BEST time in A602. Weather was great, and even on the days it did rain there was tons of stuff to do around town. The kids never wanted to leave the pools, and there's so many pool options you could do a different one every day. Food around town is fantastic, and the rental and pool areas were SO clean and well maintained. We would absolutely book again thru coastal vibe.

We love Waterscape A602!
This was our 5th October visit to Waterscape - and by far - this was our favorite unit. The space was clean, the furniture was comfortable and practical, and yet extremely beautiful! The view is stunning! We have stayed on the B side before, and while we love the sunrise view, this sunset view was unbeatable! Such a great view of everything! We will be back and we WILL be back in A602!

My first negative comment is that the unit was not as clean as it should have been. The chandelier above the dining room table was dusty, the Keurig was dusty, and there was hair behind the sink in the master bathroom. Also, the balcony floor was very sticky and we had to call to have someone clean it. In addition, we had issues starting the gas grills. We tried 3 different ones. Fortunately, another guest knew that we had to use a cigarette lighter to start each burner by hand, and he happened to have one. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and had a very good time. It's a very nice property.

The Perfect Spot!
We just got back from A602 and I already miss it. It was the perfect spot for our family! We loved having two master suites. The view from the balcony could not be more perfect. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.
