We stayed here for my son’s 21st birthday trip with a group of friends. It was a great house, in a very convenient location. Easy freeway access when we wanted to drive or a $10 Uber ride to downtown. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time at this house. It was just as described and pictured. It was fully equipped in the kitchen, perfect for cooking breakfast. Comfy beds, lots of sitting space. Would definitely recommend.

Very clean, spacious, great bedrooms and well stocked kitchen. Would have been nice to have a bit of coffee to get us started... Very secure. Conveniently located so that you could leave car parked at home since parking in town is so expensive. Would definitely go back.

Great location and within walking distance to the Farmers Market, grocery stores, restaurants, and museum. You could walk to Broadway, but it would be a longer walk and you’d have to cross a few busy highways.
The house was in a very quiet neighborhood with a private parking area for two vehicles behind. House was beautifully decorated and stocked with plenty of soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, trash bags, toilet paper, bath towels and wash clothes, and cooking utensils/cookware.
We loved the screened in porch!!! Got to enjoy some fireworks downtown from the porch, too!

Great space for indoor and outdoor activities. Little issues with not knowing ahead of time that we needed sponges and other cleaning supplies. Definitely recommend moving the carpet upstairs in the master as everyone kept tripping on it or the door kept getting caught.

Overall this was a good place to stay. There was ample common space and sleeping space. Some parts of the house weren’t in the best condition (shower door was broken, a/c vents were rusty). We also had a couple issues while walking to and from the nearby grocery store where people on the street became aggressive.

My girlfriends and I loved our stay in Nashville at this house. There was plenty of room for all of us and we especially loved the screened in porch. The Farmers Market was a short walk and we had breakfast there a couple of times. Downtown Nashville was a short Uber ride or about a half hour walk which we did during the day with no problems. We also found a grocery store close by that we could all walk to also. Area was safe and would definitely stay here again!!

The house worked well for our girls trip and they did a nice job of remodeling. Loved sitting on the screened in porch. It was a short Uber ride to town which was great. Management was easy to to contact and responsive to questions or needs. The neighborhood is in transition so we didn’t walk at night. Walk towards town and not the other direction. If you are a light sleeper an eye mask is helpful as it is bright in the master bedroom in the morning and maybe ear plugs because of the train and helicopters. Also, the master shower water will turn off if someone else is taking a shower so beware.

Stayed here for my sister’s bachelorette party. This house was perfect and just what we were looking for. It’s located in a cute little neighborhood with quick Uber/Lyft rides to downtown. Listing as described. Our only complaint was the water pressure in the master bedroom was touch and go if the adjacent shower was being used at the same time.

Property was exactly as advertised. Bedding was comfortable and plenty of clean linens were provided. Easy walk to Bicentennial State Capital Park for "Nashville's Big Bash" concert. Ubers were quick and easy to get downtown to the Honky Tonks Broadway. (even walkable if you have a nice day and enjoy walks) Owners were responsive to questions and graciously accommodated our needs. We loved our visit to Nashville and the property perfectly was a perfect fit for what we needed.

There were 5 of us on a girls trip to Nashville and this house was perfect! The house was decorated so cute and uncluttered. It was spacious, comfortable and lovely. There was plenty of room for us and it was nice and clean. The location was great! We were in walking distance of the farmers market, (eateries, crafts and a stop for the hop on hop off tour, some stores and restaurants, and a short uber ride to Broadway St, and the airport, and 20 minutes to the Grand Ole Opry and the Gaylord hotel. Management was very helpful and responsive with any questions we had. We all highly recommend this place and if we come back to Nashville will stay here again!

Great property. Perfect for our group. Spacious and clean. We did not do a lot of cooking, but enjoyed being able to have coffee and breakfast together before heading out on adventures. Our only concerns were when wanting to watch morning news or a Sunday night football game, we could not keep the wifi connected. Otherwise, perfect house for a perfect weekend.

The house was the perfect size for our group - 7 adults but only two couples. House was more spacious than expected and decorated perfectly. The screened in porch was awesome and was larger than we imagined and the place where we spent the most time. Short Uber ride ($10) to downtown made getting where we wanted quick and easy and eliminated any concern we had with walking due to the surrounding neighborhood. Also used the back deck multiple times especially for the grille. We had absolutely no complaints about the house and the property exceeded our expectations. Having two parking spots off the back alley was also very convenient and kept our vehicles off the street. Highly recommend this property.

Good communication via email leading up to the trip. Got early check-in and late check-out for our party of 5 girls. There is 1 bunk bed near the largest bed room (FYI). Didn't look too comfy but we never used it given our party size. Had issues getting into the home because the login code was invalid. Waited ~30 minutes and had issues contacting the direct owner; had to go through Vrbo customer service who were very helpful. Finally got a response and we were able to get inside. The house was beautiful; fully stocked kitchen, sufficient towels, good bathroom/showers. Great location to downtown (if you use a car., can't say about walking since we rented a car).

Overall, our stay in this home was very nice. It was clean, well furnished and fairly well equipped. We were surprised to find that there is no closet (or even an armoire) in the master bedroom, so there was no place to hang clothes. There was also no pantry or cupboard available for storing food, if if it wasn’t refrigerated, it sat on the counter. The neighborhood is “transitional” with some homes, like ours, nicely renovated and others not as well cared for.

The house was the perfect mixture of Nashville charm and modern elegance. Walking into the home was impressive, the size of the rooms was unbelievable, the pictures do not do it justice. The kitchen was a dream and the living room with the fireplace was a perfect hang out room for all the girls. The 3 bedrooms was perfect for a group of young woman that love mirrors and of course having all those bedrooms made the trip a pleasurable experience, everyone having their own room.

The Downtown Hideaway really suited our needs. Loved how spacious it was for or group. Had all the needed amenities. Really appreciated the hand soap and toiletries there until we could get supplies from the store. Groceries and liquor store close by. Walk to downtown was 30 minutes. Weather wasn't great while there so we didn't walk but the Uber/Lyft XL's were about $12-15 per ride. Only suggestion would be a fresh paint job. Walls/trim need a refresh. Would stay again!
