About this campground/ rv resort rental

Located in Surfside Beach, this attractive campground/ rv resort for $465 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Large house, with plenty of room to spread out. Two Master Queen Suites, each with an adjoining bath with tub/shower combo. There is one BR with a full bed, and another with 1 full & 1 twin bed. The third bath has a tub shower combo as well. There are TV's in every bedroom, and both living rooms. The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to stay in and cook.The large screened in porch is great for reading, gathering and relaxing and has a picnic table that will seat 8. A large island separates the kitchen and spacious dining room. The living room has 2 recliners, love seat, and a queen size sofa sleeper There is plenty of room for watching TV, playing games and spending time with your family. The house is easily accessible from the South Gate. The house is on a quiet dead end street which makes it safer for the kids to play and we have a wonderful view of Magnolia Lake. There is plenty of decking for grilling and sunning or just hanging out. You will need to furnish your own linens(sheets and towels), bath soaps, clothes detergent, and paper products. I do have some kitchen towels and wash cloths. Dish detergent, and all cleaning supplies are furnished. All guests must abide by Ocean Lakes rules and regulations. No graduation parties, spring breakers or other non-family groups. We have a no smoking and no pets policy. Minimum age of primary renter is 25. Express Check-in passes will help you avoid the lines at the office. Ocean Lakes charges $15.00 per day per vehicle to enter the resort. WE DO NOT PROVIDE A GOLF CART. They are available for rent through Ocean Lakes. Rental is Saturday to Saturday during peak season and nightly off season with a two night minimum . The only reason for the 4 stars is 3 of the mattresses were very uncomfortable on the hips. And this was people of all different ages that had the challenges. Otherwise it was very lovely. Great location and fully stocked

I loved it personally, it had alot of room. Spacious. Screened in porch was a blessing for me. It was a straight stretch to the beach. Property Manager was very nice and helpful.

There was a few issues when we first arrived. I was able to get in contact with the owner in under an hour and she did what she could to fix it that night. The next more they drove 4 hours just to make sure we had everything we needed. We were super happy with the property. We have 4 kids, 2 younger adults and myself and my husband. The space was great. No one was fighting for a bathroom or stepping on anyone’s toes. We will definitely stay again! Don’t pass this one up. You will love it!

The host was quick to answer every question! The place was layed out where your not on top of each other! Absolutely would recommend this to friends and family. Only thing that would have made the stay better would be a golf cart added with the rental.

We were very pleased with the property. It was smaller than some of the places we've stayed in the past but it was very roomy and laid out well. I missed having a dishwasher and an actual door on the master bathroom but we all enjoyed staying here and it was very family friendly.

Very clean which was great. There was every accessory we could have hoped for, and more. Good drawer and closet storage. Convenient location for short walk to beach, or pavillion or water park. Inside was decorated for a cozy beach feel. Plenty of room to sit together, or apart for quiet time. Had a sweet screened in porch that was a hit with everyone. No dishwasher, but that was of no issue for us. We had a great time, and was sorry when it was time to go. First time we have rented a week at Ocean Lakes near a lake, usually being located closer to ocean front/view, but this site was less crowded and we found the view of the lake to be quite pleasant, and liked the little short dead end road we were on, especially for the little kids to ride their bikes on. We would recommend this to others, or stay again if we return to Ocean Lakes. The owner was extremely accessible.

The entire process of renting was easy and our stay was amazing. The home was welcoming and getting in was easy. The host was easy to get in touch with from the moment we found the house on the site to the moment we left the house. The home was beautiful inside and out as well as very accommodating for the adults and toddlers! The screened in porch and outside porch were clean and well taken care of. I look forward to coming back soon or next summer!
