'Portobello I complex is a second row complex located on South Ocean Blvd. at 3rd Avenue South in Surfside Beach. This complex offers a Shared Swimming Pool w/outside shower and landscaped grounds. Easy access over to the ocean. Home 312 accommodates 12 people and the interior features include 5 smart TVs, 1 DVD player and stereo. Outside you will find a large shared pool, covered porches. Beach access is right across the street.

We had an enjoyable stay.Positives-short walk to the beach-a lot of balcony space to relax-big house for 2 families. Plenty of room for privacy times.-easy parking.-close to restaurants and Surfside pier.-everything worked properly (washer,dryer, stove, fridge, etc)Negatives-no linens included. Extra 180.-master bath on 2nd floor…toilet seat needs replaced-several of the lower baloney spindles need replaced. Not safe for little ones.-more kitchen utensils would be niceWe give it a 9/10 for sure and hope to be back.

We enjoyed our stay at the blue crab! The location is so convenient and right across the street from the beach and close to the Surfside pier. It is nice to have access to a shared pool as well. The hosts were responsive and helpful. It is awesome that each bedroom has its own bathroom, makes it easier to have multiple different family units in one house. The house was clean and comfortable. The check out process was easy. It’s directly on ocean blvd which makes for a lot of street noise late at night in the master bedroom but it’s very entertaining to watch everyone from the porches! There were a few issues that stood out for future reference:-the process for reserving linen service was confusing, the instructions sent out weren’t up to date and I was given conflicting information. -the Vrbo listing was taken down so I couldn’t access any property info after I made the reservation-the kitchen cookware is not in good shape (old scratched up teflon, stained plastic dishes/Tupperware) and not very much variety. -the bottom bedroom closet is not insulated from the outside and the room faces west which makes that bedroom incredibly warm in the afternoon/evening (like almost 80 degrees in there on our baby monitor thermometer). -A few other minor inconveniences like the stove light not working, the stove burners not fitting properly, the downstairs shower doors not fitted properly, the middle bedroom upstairs sink not draining properly should probably be noted/addressed.

You can't really see the beach, but if you look in between the houses , you can see the a little ocean. The beach is just right out the front door and the pool is right out the back! You couldn't all for more! The place was clean and kitchen full of everything you need of your gonna cook! The ONLY problem was, when we checked in, the message I received said"code for door is on the door facing the street".. Didn't see it but the issue was resolved quickly. Will DEFINITELY consider this for next year! Thank you!
