Nestled in Ocean Beach, this attractive condo for $250 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Eye-popping views from this 2 bedroom/2 bath ocean front condo, about as close to the water as you can get. Feel like you're sitting on top of the ocean, with forever vistas across the sparkling Pacific, and nothing to obstruct your view except the occasional line of pelicans. Sounds of crashing waves reverberate throughout, and quiet mornings with just you, the fog, and the whitewater will bleed away any stress from the outside world. Later, sit on the balcony with a cocktail and watch the surfers ride the glassy afternoon swells, or relax in your king bed and watch for whales and dolphins. This condo is beautifully furnished, with state of the art kitchen and bathrooms, and very comfortable beds. Enjoy your 55' HDTV with Netflix. Newly purchased (Aug 2019) King sized bed in the oceanfront master bedroom, and queen-sized bed in the second bedroom. Each bedroom has its own bathroom for privacy. The views are to die for--in the evening, watch the orange sun descend over the endless ocean while pelicans fly low over the waves, and the last surfers of the day look for the one perfect ride back to shore. Explore the tidepools below, or if you're feeling brave, head out yourself to the well-known surfing spot immediately below your balcony (note, it's not for beginners). The best advertisement we can make for this beautiful place is to mention the very large numbers of repeat guests that we have--they know that once you discover a good thing, you don't let it go! This home is located in Ocean Beach, San Diego's most unique beach town. OB is a small community of fantastic restaurants, antique stores, and artistic residents. It is also the closest beach community to the heart of San Diego, being only 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from downtown. All restaurants, bars, and shopping are within a 10 minute walk, as well as smaller grocery stores. Park in the underground garage, and don't get in your car again until you leave! My husband and I loved our stay here - this was a working winter for us and the condo was very comfortable, worked very well for us, and the set up of the two bedrooms/two baths was awesome and would be very comfortable for a 4 person stay as well. We cook a lot, and thought the kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, cookware, etc. The quick walk into the heart of OB was wonderful. We walked often to restaurants, Farmer's Market, and just around the neighborhood. The sunsets from our balcony were amazing.

Ocean Beach Condo
We rented this condo from March 10th to March 31st. When we arrived the property manager Greg met us at the garage and explained all the amenities (laundry, parking space, and storage).
He then let us into the condo and explained where everything was and things to do in the area. This place was just as pictured on VRBO. It was neat, clean and well stocked with paper products etc. Being able to open the slider and walk out on the patio to have the ocean right there was wonderful. We also loved leaving the window in the bedroom cracked so we could hear the ocean at night and in the morning. Because of t COVID-19 we felt like we should cut our vacation short and head back home. The owner of this property was very understanding and only charged us for the week that we stayed there. He refunded the money right away. VRBO on the other hand was unwilling to refund their fees. We plan on going back to San Diego in the near future and will definitely rent this condo again.

A Front Row Seat to the Ocean
The place is extremely well located for all of the San Diego attractions. It has underground parking and you can practically dive into the ocean from the balconey! Great for watching surfers as well.

Fabulous beach condo
The fact that we have already stayed at this property four times, and we have future bookings, says it all! The location is perfect for an ocean-front vacation, and the unit is very well-appointed and immaculately maintained. The agent, Greg, is very helpful and responsive to any queries. Loved our stay in this "condo on the sea" We live in the CA desert, so this was a wonderful place to get out of the HEAT! We found some really good restaurants, and our friends downtown San Diego and Coronado were so close to visit! Rented again for next year....

A great apartment in a beautiful spot
This is a quality apartment in a beautiful position. Ocean Beach is a great place to stay when in San Diego. From the moment we arrived and checked in by Greg, the very friendly and helpful manager the stay here was outstanding. The apartment is presented beautifully, is perfectly clean and has ample supplies of all the necessities. The position is great with the Pacific literally outside the window, make sure you are home for some sunsets. A great stay and we loved it.

The location of this property is absolutely amazing!
We've stayed in this building three times before and this was our first stay in this unit. It is in a very quiet, residential area which makes you feel like you are part of the local culture. You are literally hanging over the ocean and the views are amazing. It's hard to get motivated to leave the balcony!
The unit is beautifully upgraded (a nicer kitchen than I have at home!), nicely furnished and well stocked with everything you'd need to prepare awesome meals, as well as beach chairs and beach towels. It is a perfect unit for two couples or a family of four as there are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
We were met at the building by Greg, a local contact who is there to help you. He provided the keys and gave us a great tour of the unit and everything explained. Thank you Greg! It is reassuring to know there is someone you could call if you needed assistance.
We will definitely be back! Thank you Steve and Greg for an awesome location to spend our November break.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was perfect for us and the location couldn't have been better
Total experience was great. Greg met us upon arrival to show us around and provided info about thing's to do in the area. We did get out and about but both of us agree the best part of trip was sitting on balcony enjoying the magnificent views. Would highly recommend this place. Oh, and the floor to ceiling window in the bedroom was great to wake up and see the waves .

A Delight
The first thing I noticed entering the condo was the wonderful light and the great view of the Pacific. The condo is well equipped, clean and comfortable. It was an easy walk to the village (shops, restaurants, and the pier and beach). We enjoyed the Friday night farmers very much.
It was a great place to take a walk or to sit and stare. Watching the surfers especially at sunrise and sunset was great fun. The surrounding area was full of enticing diversions (a ferry ride at sunset to Coronado, the zoo, the tide pools at Cabrillo, Torrey Pines etc).

Perfect place
My husband and I decided to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary with a trip to the West Coast in San Diego. This was the perfect place to do it. This condo was everything we could've possibly dreamed of. I would highly recommend a stay here
The condo was well-kept the view was unbelievable the sound of the ocean was wonderful. I loved laying in bed looking out the window and watching the ocean specially when I woke up in the middle of the night. It Was wonderful
My only complaint which was a complaint in a couple of other reviews was the carpet
It's definitely time to change the carpet I would say it took the experience from 10 to 8 . Since I had read it in previous reviews of the carpet needed to be changed I was hoping by the time I got there they would have addressed that issue. Other than that,this place is a perfect 10 . Everything we wanted to see, every where we wanted to go was within 20 minutes to a half hour drive
which was perfect for us .

Incredible opportunity to sleep right by the ocean
We had never stayed in Ocean Beach before and were pleasantly surprised by this very walkable beach community that is like going back in time to the surfer towns of Southern California of yore. We walked every where and were especially happy to get back to our cozy 2-2 on a cliff over the ocean. The waves crash at the foot of the cliff on which the unit sits, lulling us to sleep at night. The views are spectacular and the unit is very well appointed with everything one needs including beach chairs and a cooler. I would definitely rent it again.

Cliff side beauty
We spent a week here in September. The building is older but very well cared for. I was told it was from the 60's. the condo was very modern though. We found the decor updated and quite appealing. The views are magnificent. I could have lived out there on the balcony. The crashing waves calmed everything and made this a very relaxing vacation even though we were busy. We found the place immaculately clean and the beds were very comfortable. The garage parking was a nice feature as the parking is impossible in Ocean Beach. We actually were able to walk to the downtown to eat at some very good restaurants. This condo is in the perfect location. I did cook in the kitchen and it is stocked with everything I needed. The property manager Greg was wonderful. We could tell that he really likes to care for the guests. This is a great place and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to stay in San Diego. It is not hard to drive to all the attractions. Plus every night you fall asleep to the sound of crashing waves.

We had a wonderful time staying in this property. Everything worked just as expected. The balcony overlooking the ocean was our favorite place to sit in the morning and at sunset. Going to sleep with the sound of waves crashing was so wonderful, we have decided to get a wave machine for our Indiana home--no ocean here! We did encounter one problem. I think that there should be a review of the carpeted surfaces in the condo. They really need a good cleaning or replacement. We wore our slippers and had no problem.
