Situated in Fairhope, this attractive bed and breakfast for $240 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Quaint cottage with one parking space in the center of downtown Fairhope beside Gene's Beans Ice Cream & Coffee and across from Dragonfly restaurant. Walk to the coffee shops, the bars, the restaurants or the grocery store. The house is set up as a studio so queen bed, sleeper sofa and kitchen are in one room. The carriage house rental is allowed one parking space (the driveway holds two cars but the driveway is a shared space.) The cottage is equipped with washer/dryer, refrigerator, microwave, and stove with oven. The house does not have a dishwasher or cable but hopefully it won’t be an issue because you will be in the perfect location beside some of the best restaurants and activities in town. The TV shown in the pictures is a smart TV so you will be able to log in to your Netflix or Amazon account if you have one.

Great town with great people. Little cottage is right amongst the downtown shopping. The photos represent the accommodations. I reached out to the host two separate times and neither time did I receive a reply. No reply when I questioned option to change reservation. And then, after the trip I asked for a receipt and no reply. I can’t imagine what I would’ve done if there would’ve been something that happened during the trip. I was considering staying at this spot once a year but since there’s no communication from the host, I’m not going to follow through on that plan. Will book somewhere else instead. Great town, great shopping.

We were right in the middle of everything. It was so nice to walk out the front door to shopping and dining or just a treat next door with ice cream. Also just a short beautiful walk to the pier. What a perfect place this was.

This was a lovely little place to stay right in the middle of town, with great places to shop and dine just a brief walk away. The town ice cream parlor is right next door! We left something there and had to go back for it, and the owner couldn’t have been nicer. Thank you!

Super close/convenient to everything in town. Since our last stay here you’ve removed the screen at the front door so when we open it everyone can see straight on in. You also added bunk beds right inside the front door… they smack you right in the face as you walk in. We think this size house is more suitable for a couple. Adding the bunks just crowds the room and took away from its quaint feel. More bedding for a small family with kids would work out better with a pull out couch so couples like us don’t have to work around a huge bunk. Otherwise, you can’t beat this location!

This little gem is right in the middle of downtown Fairhope. Perfect for us to stay and walk around town. The owners have thought of everything and made the experience enjoyable. Thank you! We will definitely be back soon.

We enjoyed our stay and loved the convenience of parking right at our door, restaurants, shopping, and even the Mardi Gras parades! There was a slight glitch at check in but our property owner remedied it right away. 😊. Our only complaint was the smart lock on the door. It’s very tricky to use and the slightest movement or breeze causes a little alarm to sound. Perhaps replace it or change battery? Definitely would stay there again!

The location of this cottage is amazing! You really can't beat it. We were able to walk to so many wonderful restaurants and shops! The cottage itself is in desperate need for a deep cleaning and fresh paint. I would recommend bringing house shoes to walk on the floor as they did not feel clean and the grout is black. The towels and linens are also stained and dingy feeling. It has so much potential and really needs renovating/updating.

Nice property. Had everything we could possibly want. The location was perfect. Center of downtown Fairhope Al. Easy walk to about anything you could want and an easy drive to the Gulf Shoresand even New Orleans. Will definitely be back

Door lock problematic; needs metal latch plate. Gulley next to parking spot needs filled in...falling hazard. All light sockets need working bulbs or at very least bulbs to negate shock hazard. Sharp knife and cooking pot needs to provided for preparing and cooking food. Kitchen drain stoppers need cleaning...are covered with black mold. Very unhealthy! Bathroom drain needs cleaned and snaked...sounds like #$%&* down there. Other than that all was great.

The best thing is the location, the reserved parking space, and the lock on the front door. After that? The small porch to sit outside badly needed a pressure washer! The mattress was decent. The amenities were minimal. The place needs a serious cleaning and a little love!
