Furniture needs replaced. Afghans covering worn out areas on chairs. Mildew on all the seat cushions around the fire pit. Ventilation fan coming out of the ceiling in one of the bathrooms. Ice maker not working in refrigerator. Fountains in pool not operational. (See photos used for listing on VRBO). Foosball table in garage had no ball to actually use for play. Garage exterior light burned out. Great location and great Clubhouse amenities.....

We absolutely loved this home. The bedrooms were all large and comfortable. The ensuite bathrooms etc with all women staying made it easy. The only negative to this property is the door to the pool has a very loud safety alarm. I understand this if you have small children but to open door you must hit a button first. To come in again hit button and I think you have 15 seconds to get everyone in. On top of that they have a gate you have to open to get to the pool. We were a group of 5 all over the age of 40. Wish this could have been turned off.

Beautiful property and would stay here again if going to Disney properties. Was a little far with traffic for this visit since we had to go the Convention Center each day. Only challenge was we were there during a cold snap and we could not change the thermostat higher than 67 degrees so it was very cold inside. Not all bedrooms had extra blankets unfortunately....but they all were SUPER comfortable!

This house was amazing! It was the perfect place to really escape from the stress of life. Our favorite part beside the size, the amenities, and the pool were the BEDS! The most comfortable beds we had ever slept in! Will definitely stay again!

The house is beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable. This home is an ideal vacation get away for our multigenerational family. There was plenty to do right at the house for all ages…pool, ping pong, pool table, air hockey, fooz ball. The shuttle to the Disney parks was helpful. When not at Disney we also enjoyed the community pool and aqua park. The resort community seems to mostly be vacation rentals with a few full time residents.

The house was very nice and as described. we did have a noisy neighbor for a couple of days. The house could use a deep clean and a few updates. Carpet in upstairs master needs repair. The pool had lots of dirt and was very low when we arrived. Pool company came but never vacuumed pool, got worse after a storm went through. The club house and community pool is in the neighborhood and has lots of activities. One downside was the communication was all different.

Our week was amazing!! The house is gorgeous, clean, spacious, and exactly as described. The back yard, pool and fire pit were amazing and where we spent most of our time. We did pay to have the pool heated since March and it was heavenly & worth every penny! The games in the garage were a hit too. I had a few questions and they were answered immediately. Highly recommend!

You won’t have any regrets renting this house I have rented a lot houses it was well kept and clean and the mattress on the beds was the best we all slept very well. The backyard is beautiful and the location to Disney Parks and stores are great as well. Best vacation to date

While the house was nice the neighborhood was a bit shaky. The house in back played rude and offensive music until late at night and nothing was done. We were told to call the police ourselves. There are no cleaning supplies and the vacuum didn’t work. When I called I was told they would bring another one but that never happened. The place is very spacious and lovely but don’t expect a very quiet backyard or a sponge or anything to keep it clean.

Our family of five fit perfectly in this spacious home. The beds were very comfortable. The heated pool was amazing. The location was perfect as it was close to Universal Studios. We enjoyed eating at the restaurant. The food and service were excellent. We only visited the water park once. The arcade there was a disappointment. My only complaint about the home was that there were some bugs in cabinets under the sink. Other than that our stay was great.

We really enjoy our stay. This place is very big and fit all 10 of us very comfortably. We paid to have the pool heated and I’m glad we did. Beds were comfortable and rooms were plenty big. We would definitely stay again. All six kids loved it and said they wanted to live there. Ha!

The pool was well utilized during our stay. We did pay extra for the pool heat, which was well worth it when the kids were swimming at 8am! The 'Spa' has 3 fountains in it that make it not usable for adults. There was lots to do at the house and the beds were very comfy (a must in our book)! The resort that the house is located in was easy to navigate, the restaurant was enjoyed by both adults and kids, and the community pool was a hit!

We loved the house and the 5 giant bedrooms. The pool was heated which was amazing! The only bad thing was the house behind this rental had a party from Friday to Monday morning and extremely loud music 24/7. Very hard to sleep with this noise. But it was not the house issue. Maybe the security people going around should have ask them to cut the music at 2am. We still would come back again!! Beautiful home!

This house has a roach infestation. I contacted the property management office and they sent an exterminator however that did not solve the problem. It only resulted in more roaches surfacing. The exterminator said the place needs a fumigation treatment I only hope that happens before the next family checks in. This placed an undue burden on our budget for the trip because we could not use the kitchen and had to order prepared food . It was located in a very nice community but I’m sure this issue came up before and was never addressed. VRBO still has not resolved my complaint on this booking.

This house was perfect for our family getaway. We had 4 adults and 4 kids and had plenty of room and plenty to do. The pool was much bigger than others in the neighborhood (definitely worth paying extra for heating) and the fire pit was a great plus. We were disappointed that there was no hot tub as it was listed in the description of the house in a few places. The carpets and rugs could be updated/replaced, but overall the property was clean.
