It was very close to Disney springs. It was close to a lot of shops.
The long elevator waits

Walking distance to Disney Springs. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.
Not being able to use the luggage cart! It’s a part of the valet they take your luggage for a tip/charge. We carried all of our stuff ourselves, which was really an inconvenience. We have stayed here in the past, and this is the first time we ran into this issue. Staff didn’t seem as friendly as they have in past visits. Not very Magical.

The location was fab for Disney springs very convenient and an amazing view of springs from our room including a view of fireworks from parks
They tried to sell us a timeshare as soon as we arrived which was a real downer that they tried to say we were staying in a subpar hotel and trying to upsell us which really put us off
