My husband, son and I stayed for a quick trip to Disney. Love that we were able to walk to Disney Springs! The only complaint was that the shower head was very low in the shower. I had to bend over to use it & the floor felt soft.

Average "motel" type room from the outside but inside the room looked decently upkept. Was it a high end hotel? No, but the room was modern, clean and housekeeping did a great job each day. Super close to Disney Springs which is a huge plus if you dont have a car but still want to go shopping or get a bite to eat. Shuttles to and from the parks were on time and drivers were pleasant.

Very friendly. I arrived around 300 pm and room wasn’t ready but the called me when it was. The had a shuttle to all the parks and walking distance to Disney Springs.

Check in was easy but parking was expensive. We liked the store in the lobby for buying snacks and coffee. The problem with the stay was the loudness of outside noise coming into the room as well as a really loud noise coming from the AC. It wasn’t easy to sleep with.

Overall nice and location was perfect! Friendly staff. Ac just wasn’t working properly, low water pressure and the bathtub was either bubbling or was coming up because the floor is it was spongy to stand on

We are proffesional driver's, always on our semi , but security was awesome to acomódate with parking . Everyone else was from checking in to pool service ., were very nice and helpful! Loved he remodel !!

The only good thing about this hotel is the convenience for disney springs and disney. The hotel itself is run down. Theres barely walkroom in the hotel room. The tub was over flowing. Theres no desk in the room either. Not to mention you have to pay 22.00 for parking. I definitely will be staying elsewhere next time.

Wyndham Garden Lake was fantastic. The room was clean, the facilities were easy to navigate, the location was the best, and the staff was helpful and top notch. All of our needs were met. The breakfastwas the best that we have ever had at a hotel. We'll be back soon.

I have stayed here many times and have always enjoyed it, but this time the water never got but luke warm. The maintenance people came and told us to run the sink water and shower water 3 minutes before entering …we did it but still took cold

My husband was highly upset and will not likely ever stay there again . I tried to tell him it was never like this before but he was not happy

The hotel was wonderful. My husband and I are huge Disney fans and made a pit stop for one night on our way to St.Pete's. The minute you walked in, it just smelled like Disney! The staff was overly nice and accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a Disney feel without spending Disney money.

Stayed for 5 nights solo, great location, 2 minute walk to Disney springs, very clean rooms and other areas. Service at restaurants and Bars leave much to be desired.

Love how close it was to Disney Springs! Amenities were great. Parking was pricey but other than that we were happy with our stay.

The bathroom was dirty and I felt like the whole room was dirty after that. I didn’t like that there were all these secret fees I booked and paid on hotels and when I got to the check in they charged me $125 with resort fees and parking fees.

Fridge was not working and bathroom door would not lock/shut but called front desk and issues were taken care of right away. AC was a little noisy but overall a nice stay

A perfectly average hotel that serves its purpose as close access to the magic. Room was plain with bathroom features that were a bit outdated. Some small bugs and ants, but not to the scale that we were bothered.
Lobby and the pool were bright spots. Highly recommend putting some time aside for a splash and a sip from the pool bar.

The room was clean and tidy. The bed was also comfortable. However, the shower did not drain well. We also did not love the “welcome package” experience we got upon checking in. As two females, it was weird to us that the people explaining the welcome package (essentially a pack of coupons that could have been in our room) asked our ages and then asked to see our IDs when we said yes to being over 28. After that, we felt very uncomfortable and avoided the front desk area for the rest of the trip.

Stayed here a couple times. This last time wasn’t the best. Customer service was great it was the rooms especially the bathroom that was the problem. It wasn’t the cleanest and the bathroom shower never seemed to fully drain. It was pretty gross.

Two night stay. On the second night, there was a banging noise, which I'm sure was heard by multiple rooms on multiple floors, that started at 8PM and continued till 5AM. It woulf start and go for about 15 minutes, stop for a few minutes, then start up again.
Called the front desk 5x and nothing. They said they were aware and received multiple complaints.
Went to check out in the morning and mentioned it again, along with my calls. They conveniently have no record that I called a single time and just said "sorry for the inconvenience."
2nd time in 5 weeks that I've had bad service at this hotel.

The lobby and grounds are beautiful. The rooms are dated and musty.
The valet and bell staff were awesome! (Even tried to give me change from a tip)
After you check in they try to give you a “welcome packet” with some crappy coupons in order to pitch a time share to you.

Arrive at 11am and were told we were in a que for a room. I didn’t expect our room to be ready yet so we left to eat lunch and shop. Returned at 4 and room still not ready. Check in is at 4. Were told we were waiting for a housekeeping supervisor to inspect room after I explained there were no rooms being cleans that I could see. Staff was very rude and stated check in was at 4 or anytime after when the room is ready. Never heard of such a policy. It was 5:30 before housekeeping finally peeked into the room and decided it was ready. Water in shower wasn’t hot.

It's clear this was an older hotel built in the late 70s/early 80s. The bathroom was TINY, and not just in the sense of square footage....I'm 6'2" tall, and standing to shower I felt like I had to duck, as the ceiling was only barely taller than myself.
If your goal is to just get to Disney and all you need is a place to nap between park visits, you really can't go wrong here. Just be prepared to wait a while for an elevator, then possibly share said elevator with the housekeeping carts.
Overall, this hotel needs a big upgrade and modernization.

This is a very good hotel. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The convenience mart and the bar/restaurant were very nice as well. I probably would not stay at this hotel again because the rooms seem to have no soundproofing whatsoever. Very noisy family next to us. If you can take noisy, you would probably love this hotel!

This property was inaccurately depicted. Our room was not as pictured in the photos. It was a makeover of a very old property. The management did not keep our original reservation and we were transferred to another room. The manager was quite rude. We will not stay there again.

closeness to disney springs i was surprised at check in that i owed 22 dollars to self park and another 34 dollars for resort amenities.

This is a 3rd year repeat trip. This is an outstanding hotel.
The only thing that would make it any better is a full time restaurant. But the hamburgers at the pool bar are awesome.

The hot water didn't work when we checked in at 7. Maintenance came in at 9 and couldn't fix it. No available rooms to move to until the second night, but was not refunded the cost of that night only 2 resort fees. It took several trips to the front desk and talking to 6 people over 2 days. $30 resort fees and $22 to self park! $27 for breakfast! Way overpriced!
