Convenient to all the parks, walking distance to Disney Springs! The staff were amazing. Would stay there again.
The fact that they wanted to wash our carpet while we were in the room. I did not want to sleep in a room with a wet carpet.

Super spacious room, large and comfortable bed, helpful staff. The shuttles to the park were also good and efficient.
Nothing in particular.

Breakfast should be included in the room price. Parking should also be included.
Breakfast lacks a wide variety. Parking is free in most of the hotels.

Location
The hotel does not change any of your bedding for 5 days at a time which I think is extremely unhygienic.
The WiFi is very slow,
The tv is outdated
The carpets need cleaning in the bedrooms
The shower curtains need changing
The food from the bar / lounge area is not nice
The beds are uncomfortable
The fridge is the room is extremely noisy
