YOU WILL ALSO PURCHASE YOUR LIFT TICKETS THERE. MOUNTAIN SKIER NUMBERS WILL BE LIMITED! WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU SECURE YOUR LIFT TICKETS BEFOR BOOKING WITH US THIS YEAR. THANK YOU! This is our family's 1BR luxury ski condo at River Run, the center of skiing activities at Keystone, and located in the Silver Mill building. Our Summit County STR permit number is BCA-46221. We are approved for maximum occupancy of 6 people and maximum parking of 1 space in the parking garage. We don't have multiple units, so we have time to make this one as perfect as we can for your vacation. It's a great location, just a short walk through the village to the gondola lift, the hub for day and night skiing-it's the largest night skiing operation in North America. The state of the art gondola system is about 75 yards from our unit, and the skier bridge makes it easy to get back on the gondola from the slopes. There's nothing like rolling out of bed in the morning and having a very short walk to the lifts. You can enjoy the terrain at Keystone until 8PM most winter nights. River Run is also headquarters for summer activities-see Keystone's website for listings. Shops, restaurants and village life are literally right outside your door. Great for winter or summer vacations. This unit has a private balcony with mountain views and partial views of ski runs and features heated underground parking. Silver Mill also has wireless internet that is now free for all guests, and we have recently added a new king size bed to go with the American Leather queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Hot tubs, outdoor heated pool, sauna, and game room are available for your enjoyment and our building is also home to an Italian Restaurant and a Starbucks. Everything you need for a great ski trip or summer vacation is right here. Our family rented for years and have enjoyed owning and sharing for 13 years. We're genuinely interested in making your vacation an enjoyable experience. We're now booking thru April 2019 ski season and also thru the 2019 summer season. Nicely appointed unit, and great location. FYI, were there in mid-July and it got pretty warm without any ac, although there were several fans which helped. We also had some issues with the keyless entry, but Steve solved them.

Right in the village, partial slope views and can walk to the Gondola for Skiing. Having 3 hot tubs is great. Steve is a great host and was always available for any questions.

Its all the little things like a fully stocked kitchen (pots/pans/ketchup/salt/pepper) and high quality bath towels, a humidifier that were reminiscent of pre pandemic vrbo listings. Will look for an opportunity to come back. Owner was super responsive when I forgot the room keys he mailed me ahead of the stay.

Property was as advertised and in a great location with easy access to the slopes for skiing. Property owner, Steve was great - though he probably thinks I lost my mind. Somehow I forgot to pick up the envelope with keys etc. before I left home, and didn't remember until arriving in Colorado. - Steve made sure we could get in and all went smoothly. Then upon leaving the property, I forgot a remote for my firestick (remembered the firestick, just forgot the remote) - Again Steve helped me retrieve it the following day. Steve - Thanks again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is very conveniently located in the Silver Mill building in the centre of River Run village, a short flat walk to the gondola, and is comfortable with an exceptionally well-equipped kitchen. And Steve was very helpful and responsive in providing clear and detailed directions and access information for the condo, as well as lots of other useful information.

Nice quiet place with a short walk to the slopes. The property managers were in constant contact before and during the stay. The bathroom was recently upgraded to a very well-done walk-in shower, which was nice after a day on the slopes. The lodge has three great hot tubs right next to the elevator that opens into a dry Sauna which helps the walk back to the room. The room is very quiet and cozy. We had one issue where the electronic locks ran out of batteries, but the owner was able to help us get in with a quick phone call. The issue I can think of is that the room is a decent walk from the elevator, which is a blessing because it's quiet, but a little extra distance. However, this is just a lazy skier who did not want to walk too far to my room talking.

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated that we were able to find a reasonably priced rental close to the Keystone Gondola and with easy access to all the amenities of the village! Enough room for our family of four, nice bathroom and kitchen. Close access to hot tubs. The owners were great with sending thorough details and instructions about the property.

We had a lovely Anniversary/Christmas ski trip in this condo. The condo faces out of the village, which offered beautiful views and was quieter than other silver mill condo we had stayed in. Condo was well stocked, nicely decorated, and the owners were pleasant to work with.

Just about the best vacation rental experience I've ever had. The listing reflected the reality on the ground perfectly. The condo was clean, everything worked as expected. Kitchen was well stocked, all the furnishings were super comfortable and in good condition. I never expected to make a point of this in a review, but the parking here is really great. The parking spot is in an underground garage, and I have never parked in an underground garage that has such generous spacing between spots. Communication with hosts was outstanding. Very fast responses to every question I had, and I felt that they went all out to make sure everything was smooth for me. Highly recommended.

The condo was very nice; great updated bathroom, shower. We had a great time. The only downside was being right across from Warren Station. Bright lights shine all night and lots of noise before 7 am with the maintenance crews there.

Our family had a wonderful time staying at this perfect little condo right at the base do the gondola, and all the summer fun Keystone has to offer! The hot tubs and pool were great, the balcony was awesome, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the pullout couch was the most comfortable one I have ever slept on. Thanks again for a wonderful place for us to stay on our vacation in the mountains!

Could not have asked for better communication with the owner. Several things about the facilities left much to be desired. None of the dryers in the laundry rooms di functioned all month. The management never disclosed this to the renters. Two days we were without water in the entire building for up to 12 hours. The owner of our condo did his best to compensate for poor management.

Excellent stay in River Run. Very well stocked unit and great location to go back for lunch during the day. We enjoyed the updated bathroom/shower which had as hot as water as you could ever want after the slopes and super soft towels. The pull out couch without the typical springs and the bar in the back was very comfortable as well as the king bed with ceiling fan in the room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay over Christmas and would highly recommend renting here to anyone. Thanks for a great trip!
