My friend and I stayed at the property for the Nurse Practitioner Symposium and this was a perfect place. We we very close to everything we needed, the condo was clean, and the owner responsive when we couldn't find the parking ramp. No issues what so ever.

We've enjoyed Keystone Resort for several summers now and always enjoy the amenities for our girls - especially the pools & spas ;). John's place didn't disappoint and put us right in the center of the Resort with easy access to everything. While we generally do a lot of day trips around the area or even venture out further - it's always nice to come back to a peaceful and pleasant place. We were only here for a short stay this time as we're meeting extended family but we'll definitely be back for a longer stay next summer.

A very cozy, comfortable space in a great location. Check in was super easy, all instructions/directions were spot on. The condo had everything we needed and a great view of the river run plaza. All the amenities are easy to find and access. Parking in a covered, heated garage was a huge plus since it snowed quite a bit! We will definitely stay here again!

Ski in ski out, pool, hot tub, restaurants, grocery store, shopping in the building itself. Once you park you don’t have to ever leave. Just brilliant! Loved it.

property location was great and as advertised. River run is a wonderful ski location. condo is nice layout and location with good parking and amenities. Way too many maintenance issues though. Really too many broken items: towel bar in bath hanging on one nail, shower tiling molding, bathroom wall paint blistering, etc. and who provides a guest a broken locker key??

Great location in the Keystone resort area. Easiest review. Have already booked second stay in the winter season. Detailed review. Underground parking fantastic. Elevator, hot tub, washer dryer and pool all worked as advertised. The condo is on the 3rd floor with a deck overlooking the center of the village. Condo is well lite and enough room for 3. The location is a real feature, walking distance to many adventures.

It would have been perfect, but the shower knob fell off. It was clearly off before we ever arrived. Unfortunately we had booked this trip to go to my son’s wedding. We called to have the shower fixed and after waiting over an hour we called back . It seemed a “ticket” for the job hadn’t been filled out on the first contact and I told them again we needed to shower before the wedding festivities. Within a couple of hours help arrived. Unfortunately, they worked for several hours and it wasn’t fixed in time. I ended up using the bathroom at the pool to shower which was quite challenging. My husband missed the first hour due to this. It was obviously a huge inconvenience and ruined the second day of our stay as we had to stay at the condo. After it was fixed we never heard anything more from property management. The owner did check to make sure it was fixed. It was disappointing to have this happen and not even be offered a credit of any sort for the huge inconvenience.

Perfect cozy River Run Village getaway. Whether you love skiing, or just want that mountain and cozy feel up in the mountains this place fits the bill perfect. My girlfriend and I went skiing, enjoyed breakfast burritos and coffee the next building over, and the steamy hottubs each night. We will definitely be planning a trip back, no complaints! Easy check in, great indoor heated parking, ski lockers in the lobby, and very reasonably priced. Well worth it, you will not be disappointed!!!

Great location

The rental process was so easy from checking to check out. Easy to find and straightforward directions to the unit. Heated underground parking, on-site small grocery, dinner and shopping in the village that is right outside the building. Easy walk to the gondola for slopes access, nice scenery of the slopes at the heated pool and spas, were an amazing experience. The unit has everything you need to cook in. Very cozy feeling and added bonus of a very comfortable bed. I’d recommend to my friends and family as well as anyone wanting to experience the Village in winter or summer. Great skiing and boarding on mountain as well. Loved everything about it.

The location and convenience are outstanding. Keystone is beautiful. From this condo, you can walk everywhere. The manager, John, was very helpful. He gave us great service and was so friendly. The condo is lovely. The ski locker downstairs was perfect. No lugging skis and boots up and down to the room. The only negative was the sleeper sofa. The bars were unbearable! However, if you are like us, we threw the mattress on the floor and were perfectly comfortable. We will definitely be back! Thanks John Melanie, Louisiana
