About this condo rental

Situated in Ono Island, this attractive condo for $478 per night is a great option for your next break. Beautiful 1 bedroom (with king bed), 1.5 bath ground floor condo. Also, has two sleeper sofas to accommodate children or other guests (will sleep 6). Fully stocked kitchen for cooking in, but also within walking distance to some great restaurants. We have a washer and dryer in the condo so that you can wash clothes if you'd like. There are so many amenities to enjoy at the condo such as indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool, hot tubs, sauna, racquetball court (basketball goal in racquetball court area) and fitness room. Of course, you also have a beautiful view of the water from the condo and you are within just steps of being on the sandy beach. The unit is located on the ground floor right between the swimming pool and tennis courts so there is a grassy area that your children can also play in. Within steps of the patio is the BBQ pits that are located right next to the pool. If you choose to sit outside by the pool and grills to eat there are several tables to do so. We think you'll definitely enjoy the convenience of this condo with being close to stores, restaurants, night life and of course being on the beach! Also, enjoy all the many events next door at the Flora-bama! ** 3 night minimum rental preferred ** NO PETS ** NO SMOKING. There is a $250 fine if you are smoking in non smoking areas. The only place you are allowed to smoke is in the designated area in parking garage. Please respect the building and our neighbors by obeying this rule **MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD TO RENT THIS PROPERTY **SOME RATES MAY BE HIGHER DUE TO EVENTS BEING HELD AT FLORABAMA **PARKING PASSES MUST BE PURCHASED AT THE FRONT DESK UPON ARRIVAL AND ARE NOT INCLUDED IN RENTAL TOTAL. PLEASE CHECK AT FRONT DESK FOR CURRENT COST OF PARKING PASSES. 16% lodging tax as well as $150 cleaning fee will be added in to each reservation.

We stayed here to plan our wedding and the condo was the only thing we didn’t have to stress about! It’s right on the ground level and very easy to find and access since it’s such a big building. We will definitely stay here again.

The unit was very clean and the updates were impressive. It is definitely the nicest unit that we have ever had at Phoenix X over the years. Perfect for two or a family with small kids with easy access to the pool and beach.

We had the best little getaway. We love being on the bottom floor and the condo was so clean and beautiful! The bed was very comfortable and the updates are great! Definitely will be back!

This was our second year renting this particular condo and it was wonderful! Having a ground level right near the pool was great for our girls and not having to deal with elevator rides is always a plus! Definitely plan on visiting again!

Clean. Nicely decorated and unit had been updated. Loved the wood floors throughout. Easy to maintain given environment we were in. Great location within building. 1st floor walk out unit. 10 seconds to the pool and 2 minutes to the beach. Common areas were clean and security was excellent. We were there during Easter week so a lot of families and made for a great atmosphere. Michelle is a great communicator. Was always very prompt on questions I had. No surprises...just as the listing was described. Helped us with some food/entertainment options off resort property but we did use the kitchen every day and 3/4 x during evening Definitely a repeat visit. Our 10 days were wonderful. Wonderful condo, beautifully decorated & very clean. Had everything we needed for our stay. We visited for spring break and the area was not crowded, so relaxing. Loved the ground floor. It was so convenient for coming & going to beach & pool. Wish the outdoor pool was heated-too cold to get in but it was such a pretty pool! We will definitely be saving this unit for future rentals. Flora Bama Yacht Club is our favorite dinner spot. We walked over twice during our stay. Great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beach is wonderful in January! The place was perfect for my hubby and I to spend our 33rd Anniversary! We were in walking distance to Flora Bama and had easy access to to beach. We would love to stay here again in the future. Maybe next Anniversary!

Owner very responsive, condo as described. We had 4 sets of friends renting different condos on property. We are all football fanatics and looking forward to bowl games and being together. Only negative impact was Dish TV. Weather wasn’t great so the service was out a lot during bowl games.

This condo worked beautifully for us. Right on the beach, pool, few doors down from a relatives condo, next door to Flora-Bama. Condo was so quiet, hubs commented on how we heard no traffic. We will be back. Thank you!

Me and my husband absolutely loved this condo! It’s in a perfect location being on the first floor. Close to the pools, beach, and the best part, walking distance to Flora-bama! It was clean and had all the amenities we were looking for with plenty of room to relax! The owners are very kind and easy to communicate with. Michelle answered every question I had in a matter of minutes. Definitely recommend this unit to other guest, and plan to return in the future!
