Nestled in Ono Island, this attractive condo for $492 per night is a great option for your next break. ON THE GULF! Fabulous condo in more private beach area by state park but close to amenities...180 degree totally enviable view of the crystal emerald gulf. The sugar sand beach is within feet of your balcony; you can walk to the beach in 100 or so steps from your door! This condo is pristine and decorated tastefully and lightly to bring the beach inside to you during the moments you aren't on the beach! This condo books early and has many return visitors for multiple years in a row....you WILL enjoy the beach at this lovely place :). If you aren't familiar with Perdido Key, it is one of the loveliest, most pristine beaches along the gulf coast. It is just a few minutes away from the National Seashore--protected, uninhabited, all natural, undeveloped sugar sand beaches--offering miles of walking along beautiful seashore. To the left of this condo--after walking just one or two minutes and passing just one other condo highrise after Seaspray and a handful of private single family homes--you will be walking along the state park of protected and uninhabited beach. This beach is truly for the one who loves beauty, emerald crystal water, and miles and miles of uncrowded sugar sand beaches. It is for the true beach-at-heart! You are only minutes away from the amenities of shopping (including outlets), theatre, recreation facilities, golfing, fishing, boating, and restaurants. The world-famous Blue Angels, who call Pensacola their home, can be found about 15 minutes away at their home base, NAS Pensacola, and during the summer and you will often see them practicing overhead. Many Sunday afternoons you will see them do a "fly-by" along the beach as they salute their hometown on their homecoming from out of town airshows! The second floor location of the condo makes you feel like you are sitting right on the beach with the added privacy of being one level up. The stairs and elevator are right at your back door. You have the added amenity of this condo to cross the street and enjoy the Riverside marina, dock, gazebo and grilling area and fishing pier (see aerial photo.) If you have a boat, you can launch it and even navigate the boat around the pass to the gulf in front of the condo! You have tennis courts, exercise facilities and 3 pools private to this condominium complex only. This condominium will be RARE on the key...because it offers both the gulf and intercoastal amenities. The layout of this condo allows you to fully enjoy views in all the living areas. The gulf side of the condo is lined with floor to ceilling windows. The clean, light tile runs throughout the condo and ensures the cleanliness you deserve. Our favorite part about our stay was the location. We were not piled on top of other guests on the beach. We were right in the middle of all of our favorite restaurants. My girls (7 year old twins) loved having bunk beds, but I loved having the queen in their room because they still have bad dreams sometimes, so I could lay with them. All of the beds were very comfortable. Overall, it was a great stay! We will definitely be looking to stay at Sea Spray again!

This property is truly beautiful. We enjoyed the beach and the quick commute to Gulf Shores. The grocery store across the street is not truly a grocery store but can get you essentials in a pinch. Perdido Key has always been our favorite place to travel and this condo did not disappoint. Thank you Kelly!

My family enjoyed our stay at Seaspray in Perdido Key. It was a relaxing and great get-away. Perdido Key was away from "busy/crazy" spring breakers and was calm and quiet. The condo was as listed. Some of the finishes were a bit dated and the condo was clean, but corners, edges, and walls could use a deep clean. I also appreciated how the common areas of the buildings were maintained - clean pools, sprayed down boardwalk every morning, and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to family and friends.

Beautiful location in Perdido Key. Our week was quiet. The view from condo is stunning, right on the beach. Condo was clean, maintained, nicely styled. Room to move. Second bedroom would be tight if full. Could see dolphins passing by from condo. Beach was clean. Property was clean. Instructions from owner were clear. Communicated well. We hope to come back! Thank you for a great week!

We throughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was perfect for our family of 6. We went in to see the Blue Angel Homecoming show and it was not too far from the base. We were in contact with the owners and Kelly is great to chat with and such a kind host! We will return and look forward to a summer trip…hopefully yearly!!!

This was our second stay at this property and we loved it again. The bedroom setup is a good fit for our large family. Only being one floor up and direct access to the beach and pool is nice when there’s so many little legs walking.

This property was as described. The building is a little dated, but the condo was very well updated! Great balcony for viewing the surf on the beach! It met all our needs. Great restaurants nearby. We had a relaxing vacation, as was our goal!

The location of this condo and the beach itself were absolutely beautiful. We loved the condo being on the second floor, as the close view of and access to the beach were wonderful. That being said, we have never stayed in a condo so misleading from the pictures online. The condo was absolutely filthy and was simply not in condition to be rented out. It needs a lot of work, since you’re not paying to stay in a college dormitory. It seems like the owner doesn’t ever step foot in it. It would be an amazing place to rent, with a deep cleaning, paint jobs throughout and much needed repairs. Our family is not high maintenance or irrational, we have stayed in many condos and have never had this experience with cleanliness before. We spent our whole first day of our “relaxing” vacation, spending money on cleaning supplies and cleaning the place. The sheets had sand in them when we got there, so we washed everything. It was just nasty for lack of a better term. Honestly, if we could have, we would’ve left that first day and stayed somewhere else, but of course with the money being spent and everywhere already being booked, that wasn’t possible so we did make the best of things. The air vent was so nasty and so full of dust, there were huge dust balls on the bed in bedroom and throughout condo, the pans in the kitchen were burnt and looked disgusting, the iron was broken and the ironing board would not stand, my 67 year old mother hurt her foot on a huge piece of broken base board that looked like it had just been propped up in place before we got there, the ceilings had pieces of paint hanging down, the doors and light switches filthy, handle on the master shower was broken, paint was peeling off the drawers on master bathroom cabinets. My four year old nephew hurt his finger on one. Again, there is no way the owner of this condo has seen this place in person lately and felt good about renting it out. We reached out to the owner with pictures of everything as soon as we got there. She insisted her cleaning people were thorough and “very conscientious”, almost like we were lying and she never referenced the many photos we sent. She took no accountability whatsoever until day 3 of our stay. She sent an email stating we could leave that day for a full refund, this is after we’d cleaned everything and made the best of it. We were done with her. She most likely just wanted another tenant in there. I wish I could attach all pics.

We spend several weeks in Florida each winter, and have rented many properties. This was the best! The condo was clean and well stocked. The amenities and grounds were well-maintained. Being on the 2nd floor right on the beach was so ideal. Even though the weather was less than perfect, we could always enjoy the beach while relaxing on the veranda. We loved the fact that the beach was not crowded at this time. Not many spring-breakers had yet arrived. We would definitely rent this unit again, if we have the opportunity to return to Perdido Key.

The property was in a great location beautiful beach but needs updating. The patio furniture was peeling paint and it got on your clothes and tracked in on your shoes and feet. The vent in the spare bedroom had a loud rattle when it was on.

This is a wonderful, cozy, and clean property. We loved how close it is to the water, and sitting in the big comfortable arm chairs looking out the big windows.

This condo has a special place in my heart. This is our second stay and this time we became engaged! Not only that, the condo saved Christmas Dinner! We came down to see my Mother and family at Christmas and her oven went out the night before Christmas so we brought all the food, the family to the condo and had Christmas there. It was beyond special. I can't say enough about how comfortable this condo is and how much it feels like home. The beach is right outside your window and the view cannot be beat. It's quiet and absolutely perfect! We'll be back for our Wedding and Honeymoon!
