Molokai Villas has 14 stand-alone villas with only 4 direct beachfront cottages like this you have private covered parking and a huge Gulf-front balcony to relax, listen to the waves kiss the shore or watch the sun set over the Gulf of Mexico. Relax on the beach, enjoy lazy days in the pool or dock your boat at Molokai Villas docks across the street. This cottage has all the modern conveniences. The spacious kitchen has great Gulf views, new stainless appliances (including induction cooktop), full pantry (very convenient!) and is stocked full of fabulous kitchenware sure to please the most discerning cook. Sleeps 10 people with 3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms upstairs and sleeper sofa and 1/2 bath downstairs. Brand new, super comfortable pillow-top mattresses. New smart TVs in every bedroom. We’ve stayed at Molokai for over 25 years, but never A4. It was perfection. The decor, view, comfort and ease of access was wonderful. We can’t wait to come back and make many more family memories. Thanks to the hostesses for a wonderful family getaway.

Views were very nice along with the beach. Rental definitely needs some updates. The furniture in living room was pretty worn along with the area rugs which both needed cleaned. There was some kind of mold around vents in bathrooms. Walkway to beach needs some work. They had a hurricane a couple years ago so maybe it has to do with that. Pictures online do not totally reflect the inside.

Great view of ocean from living area and deck. Good location.Everything you need is provided, beach towels, beach chairs. Kitchen is well equipped; however has an induction stovetop and a lot of pots and pans will not work. Need to provide instructions on how to operate the stovetop. Short easy walk to beach. Construction going on next door. Cannot park under house as shown, due to being roughed in. Parking was the only negative due to construction.

This property is amazing! The view from the patio as well as the beach access was top notch. The beach was never crowded and the access to beach chairs, etc. made all the difference. The property was clean and the beds were soft and comfortable. The communication with the host was easy. The check-in and check-out information was well displayed and not overly complicated. The only comment I can make is that the parking under the unit was not available and given the limited parking available it did make the parking situation a bit of a challenge.

This property was the perfect location and size for what we needed. The checkin process was extremely easy and the hosts were very attentive to our needs, responding quickly when we reached out and were very accommodating. The rooms are very spacious and had all of the amenities needed to make our stay comfortable. We will definitely be returning to this location again in the future.

We loved this location along Perdido Key. Even during the busy Thanksgiving break, the location is quiet and close to the national seashore and a few state parks. The unit offers a fantastic balcony view to watch the sunset each evening, or you can walk a short distance to enjoy the beach. We’d come back.

This house was wonderful. The Location is fantastic. If you have never stayed in perdido Key I highly suggest it. You are close to every thing but far enough away that it is very nice.

This was our first time in Perdido Key and it’s now officially a family favorite. The cottage was amazing! The owners have provided everything needed to make the space feel just like home. Direct beach access is perfect for families with little ones. The home is exactly as described and does NOT disappoint. Can’t wait to book for next year!

This is exactly as pictured! Breakfast on the patio is the best spot in the house. The upstairs is well laid out and it is great that both big beds and big TV's are in every bedroom. Loved the decor but overall loved the welcoming feel you get when you walk in.

This cottage had plenty of space, was wonderfully stocked, very clean, with a fresh beachy decor. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the layout was great for our family. We were right on the beach, the area around the Villas is a quieter part of Perdido Key, so it was very relaxing. But we still had quick access to everything we needed. We would highly recommend, as Steve and Brigette were great owners to work with, and we will definitely be coming back!

The cottage is awesome ! We had ages from 11 months to 65 years and we all had a wonderful time ! Being on the beach away from the crowds was great. The convenience of already having beach chairs, beach toys for the kids was one of my favorite things. Kitchen is well stocked with all cooking utensils, the beds are comfy, the view from the living area and deck are divine ! The owners were super nice and easy to communicate with . We look forward to returning !

Great place to stay! This is our second time staying in the Molokai villas, this time directly on the beach. Views were great, house was well furnished and clean. Very comfortable stay! One great thing about this property is the pool and boat dock on the bay side that makes it unique. Provides opportunities for many activities. Highly recommend!

This was our first time going in the first of May for my family! Being at the beach with very few people in the there was wonderful! The added bonus was the awesome access to the beach from the property! We certainly will be coming back! Spied handy to have beach equipment there for our use! Just an A plus property! The only thing we would change was the decking! The red cage like thing was a little bit of a disappointment! But understandable the owners are dealing with insurance and such! Hopefully in our next visit that will be replaced with an awesome new deck!!!

We loved our stay! Our family of 6 was looking to spend a relaxing week at the beach, and this was perfect! The access to the beach was ideal and the beach chairs and toys that were available were so convenient! The amenities in the unit were very nice, and we appreciated the fact that it didn’t share any walls with another unit for added privacy. The owners were fantastic to deal with, and we hope to be back soon!
