Nestled in Ono Island, this lovely condo for $652 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Phoenix X 1506 Keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!! Phoenix X is one of the most popular condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach. Great location directly next door to the Flora-Bama and across the street from restaurants. There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix X. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while your bbqing. This is a Premium unit. Come relax on the spacious penthouse floor balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master with balcony access! A Queen in the 2nd bedroom and two double beds in the 3rd bedroom. This unit has been upgraded to included new furniture, granite countertops, and new floors! We have new SMART TVs in all the bedrooms and living room. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls. Don't forget we are right next door to the Flora-Bama! We also have a 3BR and 4BR unit on the same floor for guests needing more than one condo. SNOWBIRDS WELCOME Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle.

Good to Average. It was exactly as described, great location and view. However, there was zero extra. I think we had 4 washcloths in the unit, exactly 8 towels, 2 can openers that did not work, and a refigerator freezer that struggled to keep up. The A/c, washer dryer did work very good. Clean condition, we slept 8 in the nit comfortably. I did not complain, I did not call the management company to address the fridge issues, my fault for not addressing issues. Property is as described, I would stay here again, if they fixed the refrigerator/freezer, I would just bring more towels.

The location of this property is excellent. The views are excellent. his is a very large condo with 3 bedrooms.It could have been cleaner. On the service, it appears very cleazn, but don't look under vanities or beds, etc. We had to re-wash all the glasses and coffee mugs, etc, as they were stained.This poperty could make use of a handyman for a day or two to repiar things here and there. We needed to purchase replacement batteries for two of the remotes as they were dead. The remotes for the TVs themselves (not the cable boxes) were no where to be found so we had to use our smartphones to control them.Beds were comfortable and air conditioing worked well.

The location was perfect with restaurants and Flora Bama within walking distance. However, the unit was not clean. The floors were dirty and the dishes in the cabinet were also not clean. The counters and table were not clean in the kitchen and the bathrooms were also not clean. The shower in the master bedroom seemed to not have been cleaned for quite some time. If you are looking for the best location in Orange Beach, this building is great.

Great location, great view, good parking, nice pool, elevators were quick. However the room was dirty. Master toilet had mold stain in bowl, had to buy bleach to clean the master shower before using it due to mold in grooves. Everyone used the master shower after cleaning because the second bathroom shower curtain was so nasty. Fridge was not clean. Had food stain/residue on shelving. Dishwasher stunk, opened it and it also had food stain/residue in it. Dead bugs/flies all along kitchen counter tops. You expect some grit on the floor due to being at beach, however these floors were filthy. All ceiling fans were incredibly dirty. Not sure sheets were changed because they were so wrinkled. All looked clean except for 1 had suspicious stain. Could be a very nice place, it does need some TLC.

enjoyed the beach and my trip but there several issues with the condo. When my family arrived the dishwasher wasn’t working, lightbulbs were missing out of the lamps, and there was clogged sink in the primary bathroom. We reached out on the app and the owner contacted maintenance and those issues were corrected. We also discovered the batteries in most of the remotes were missing and the TV’s in the secondary bedrooms weren’t connected to the cable boxes in the room. The smoke alarm previously had issues (possibly shorted out), there was black all around it and looks like it was “fixed” using duct tape which was concerning. The mirror in the living room clearly wasn’t clean and still had tape on it from where someone had something taped up. The dining chairs needed to be wiped out and were scattered in the open living area. There was a small broken side table next to the tv, and the patio furniture was rusted and in poor shape. The kitchen utensils could use an upgrade and there weren’t a lot of options for cook/bakeware. Overall the condo could have done with a really good cleaning and some upgrades. I give it 2.5 out 5 stars

Just wish the dishwasher worked and the dryer didn’t take 5 rounds to get one load dry. Overall though, we had a great time and enjoyed ourselves and the room!

Though the room was nice and served it’s purpose for our vacation, the owner of the room never contacted us or reached out to us. The room was beautiful, but it could’ve been cleaned. The smoke detector made a constant buzzing noise and we didn’t notice it until the black electrical tape fell off. We contacted the front desk to see if it could be fixed but since they don’t own the room they couldn’t help. The water dispenser did not work. The shower in the master bedroom did not have water pressure. I believe if we could’ve been able to reach the owner and addressed our concerns, the stay would’ve been more pleasant.

We had a wonderful stay with our family of 6 and our 3 yr old grand baby!! This condo was great for us! Just steps from the beach and close to everything you need!! Loved sitting on the balcony drinking coffee and looking out at the ocean watching the dolphins!! Everyone there was super nice and helpful!!

Great unit-- well furnished!
This is a great unit that has been nicely remodeled with attractive furnishings. Like I've found many other units to be lately, this one could've been a lot cleaner, but we will still book this unit again.

We had such a great time! The location and views were perfect! Wish that there was more Tupperware for food storage while there and the patio furniture really should be replaced! Would stay there again in a heartbeat!! Charlie was very helpful with any/all questions that we had.

Communication with the rental company was also seamless when getting info on beach chairs and parking passes.
My only con is the grumpy security guard that was checking wristbands on Saturday. While I understand the use of wristbands to ensure safety of guests, there was no one checking the entire week and the security guard who was working onSaturday was rude when he asked.

The master bathroom shower wasn’t clean…. There was sand on the tile floor when we first walked in… had a terrible sewage smell that they tried to resolve the whole 5 days we were there and were not successful at finding the issue. The building is very outdated.

We have stay at this place before but a different condo. It was great so we wanted to come back. This condo was not the best. The room smelled like sewage and one of the bedrooms didn’t have electricity for 3 days. Will book in another condo next time at the Phoenix X.
