Located in Ono Island, this charming condo for $668 per night is a great choice for your next trip. CLEAN! We are following the CDC guidelines to make sure the unit is cleaned and disinfected after each guest. We take our cleaning process very seriously. Phoenix X, #407 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Gulf Front Unit. The master bedroom and great room do have blackout curtains to block the morning sun if someone is trying to sleep. The Master bedroom has a king bed; the first bedroom has a queen bed; and, the third bedroom has two queen beds. The Phoenix X building has an indoor pool, outdoor pool, sauna, fitness room, tennis courts, hot tub and so much more. Walk down the short walkway to the white sandy beaches. Phoenix 10 is located on the state line in Alabama, next-door to the Flora Bama. The unit has just been upgraded. It's a must see. Have fun in Orange Beach. Parking is $60 per vehicle (max 2) and that fee is paid to the condo association upon arrival.

The Unit itself was fine, but really wasn’t as clean as we had expected. There were shrimp tails and food bits out on the balcony. However, the location was ideal!

great communication and check-in. Unit is very spacious with easy direct access from parking deck. Phoenix X is a very well maintained, clean property. This particular unit could use some updating and the wifi is not always reliable. That being said, it was very comfortable and I would definitely stay again.

The bathrooms were not clean when we arrived. The tubs had sand in them and hair on the floor. The size of the unit we great and accommodated our needs.

The property overall was great! Some of our beds had some sand in them but it's hard to keep get rid of all the sand. The pool was great, they have carts to help with your luggage, and an air compressor on site to blow up any floaties needed. They also have a great grill area with a prep space and sinks. This area is not as busy as Gulf Shores or the busiest part of Orange Beach which is what we wanted.

Perfect property. It wasn’t too high up where you had to take a long elevator ride but high enough for great beach views. Right out on the beach are chairs to rent. Pool inside and out were also fun.

Our group of 8 teachers stayed here for an end-of-school-year getaway. The location is perfect! The parking garage is a great perk. We parked on the same floor as our condo, so loading and unloading luggage and groceries was much easier than if we would have had to park at ground level. Easy access to grocery stores and restaurants. The dishwasher smelled like rotten fish when we opened it, but we ran it with detergent and that seemed to solve the problem. The only real issue was the sand. It was all over the floor in most of the condo - like it hadn't been swept between tenants. We notified the owner that she was probably being charged for cleaning services she wasn't receiving. Overall, this was a great condo. Do recommend!

We had 5 adults and a child. Condo was exactly as described. Very nice furniture on the balcony! Christy was very easy to work with in all aspects of vacation. Will try to get this rental on next vacation.

Couldn’t have asked for anything more with this place. Perfect location, and the condo had everything we needed. Definitely take advantage of the grilling area by the pool during your stay. It’s recently renovated with plenty of grills/room to cook out overlooking the beach.

We loved your condo. This was our grand babies first family vacation. We had about 40 family members stay at the Phoenix X at the same time. We loved the view from our balcony. Plenty of room for a big family breakfast each morning. Comfy beds. Will definitely stay here again! ❤️

Three moms took 5 high school graduates to stay here. It was a great time and the condo and facilities were very nice. Right next to to Florabama so the kids could walk next door. The condo was just big enough for all of us. The only thing is they do not supply enough bath towels for a condo that sleeps 10. That is petty of me though to even mention because other than that no complaints!!
