The location of this property is perfect for anyone who has kids! It is an easy walk to the beach and the pool is nice. Check in was easy! Our main complaint was with the HOA and repairs. We are happy to see that the building is being updated and construction is necessary at times. However, when we arrived, we had notice that they were going to be caulking the building. That process was totally fine. Our issue was that as a bottom floor unit, the workers removed all the caulk which fell to our floor and was not cleaned upon leaving . The next day, new caulk was put in. Globes of caulk fell on to the balcony and was not cleaned. We were left to clean what we could. On the third day, we had no water for about 8-9 hours. This was not communicated to the building as expected. We woke up to no water and it wasn’t until later in the day that it was returned. We are aware that the owner had no control over this. The fourth day, the building was repainting the sidewalks. Information for these events was not posted until after they had began. We were not informed how to get into our room. We had to figure out that you had to go to the third floor, walk over and then go down to our unit. On the last day, we were informed that we needed to move our car before checking out as they were going to be painting the black top. This made check out more difficult as we were not able to park our car near the building and bring our luggage out. When we woke up, the property had not begun.

Easy access to beach, pool, docks were great for a quick vacation with family. Close to restaurants and everything we needed. Loved it

This would be 5 stars but condo needs a deep cleaning. Our group was a female family trip (mothers, aunts, sisters, cousins - ages 60-96) that has been having an annual family girls beach trip since 2000. Until 2021 we had access to a very large condo in Panama City Beach but have rented several times because of hurricane issues and things like that. This was the best we have rented for our group because most condos have several bunk beds and we are just getting too old for that. The location was great for access to the pool and boardwalk to the beach. Layout was really good with a downstairs master BR and bath for our 92 & 96 year olds. They could see the ocean from the LR and master BR windows. Upstairs bedrooms were a great size with ensuite bathrooms. We would stay there again!

The location to the pool, beach and parking lot are perfect especially when you have small children that have to go up to the room to nap or potty.
