This luxury complex is situated upon the sugar-white sands of the Gulf Coast, this spectacular 3 bedroom unit offers an open and spacious floor plan, while elegant furnishings and accents give the unit a sophisticated yet comfortable feel. The living area hosts two comfortable sofas, a large LCD television, a separate sitting area with a plush sleeper sofa and most importantly, beachfront balcony access! Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors open to the expansive covered terrace, and with plenty of seating you can enjoy your favorite beverage and even savor a delicious meal while delighting in panoramic vistas of the sparkling Gulf Coast! The kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need to create the perfect meal, including upgraded stainless appliances, granite countertops, a breakfast bar with seating for 3 and all the small appliances and utensils necessary to get cooking! The dining area features a spacious table with seating for 6. The impressive master suite boasts a king bed with luxurious linens and a premium mattress, and a LCD television, not to mention beachfront balcony access. you'll definitely indulge in some much needed relaxation in this master retreat! The second bedroom is elegantly appointed with a queen bed and luxury bedding, an LCD television and an attached bath and the third bedroom boasts two twin bunks and an LCD television. With the sleeper sofa in the living room, this unit sleeps up to 10 comfortably! This luxury unit also features a full size washer and dryer. Stop dreaming about your perfect vacation and finally turn it into reality! Book with us today and experience your best vacation yet. Please note: SeaSpray is currently undergoing an extensive restoration project. There is currently no set schedule in place from the property at this time, but the entire project is anticipated to end sometime in June 2024, schedule permitting. Here is what to expect: • Work will consist of though not limited to; drilling, grinding, concrete work, and painting. • Limited to no parking specifically for the building receiving work at that time. • For safety reasons, intermittent closures of the outdoor pools are taking place now. (WEST POOL, no longer affected by this project!) • Intermittent balcony closures since December 2023. Furniture will be brought inside of unit when this occurs. • Brief access to unit may be required for inspections and punch list items with little notice. Please stay updated, changes may occur.

This was our first time staying in the East building, we have stayed in the West building over a dozen times in 12 years. The condo was clean, comfortable, spacious and perfect for our family. Our only complaint is the TV's. The TV's were so small for the sizes of rooms. They were also very dated with cable as the only option. With rainy days and teenagers, a Smart TV would have been suitable to stream our shows. We would definitely stay again!

Bachelorette Get-A-Way..
Was a great bacholoette weekend for my daughter and her friends. Being the mom in charge, I made sure the girls had a great time without getting too crazy😉. FloraBama is a quick Uber ride. We brought our three boys and two friends down to enjoy the beach and ocean! Our expectations were met and exceeded! Plenty of dishes for cooking in and seating for all. Would have enjoyed another couple days of water weather if the tropical storm hadn’t come in…but that’s life near the ocean I suppose!
Beds were so comfortable. And there were even a couple lingering beach chairs and toys (skim boards) for us to take advantage of!

The property was in great condition. Very clean. Beds were excellent. Sufficient linens. Kitchen needs were met. Great washer and dryer. Plenty of common area seating. Quiet. Pleasant stay for our family. We loved it.

We had a great week stay! The condo was wonderful And pictures really don’t do it justice. It’s beautiful. We cooked at the condo every night and always had everything we needed! Well, crab crackers! But that was an easy fix!
There was a crockpot, blender, vacuum, decent pots and pans, plenty of utensils and silverware. The beds were super comfy. We really couldn’t have asked for anything more!

We really loved and enjoyed living at Sea Spary, Ocean view. Have left behind many good memories and moments and would love to go back to renew those memories and moments !!!!!!

The room was perfect, but the floors felt like they had not been swept and had sand all over them and the key hardly unlocked the door. We fought with the door more than anything.

It was very great.
Me and some friends stayed for a week, it was very clean when we got there. a few of the drawers in the kitchen were broken when we arrived but nothing to bad. It was nice that they provided a fee items to get you started that helped a lot. Overall it was a very nice and quiet place for a vacation.

The condo was beautiful and well furnished.
We loved this property! It was a great place to spend a week on vacation. The only thing I would request is that the cleaning crew do a better job cleaning the floors. Our feet were black moments after walking in :(
