Well designed and decorated, helpful and responsive hostess, “easy to use” comforts. However, for 2 of the 3 nights we stayed, the loud base thumping music, from a night club a block away, definitely disturbed our sleep from 10:30pm to 1:30am. It shook the windows and you could feel the vibrations especially in the front bedroom. It seems as if there should be a noise ordinance or a means to prevent such disturbances. I’m not sure if that’s a typical weekend occurrence as we were there Thursday through Sunday. (Thursday and Saturday were the LOUD nights). Other than that, we would have loved it.

The Property was immaculate, it was perfect for my son and I who spent 10 days there for a baseball tournament. Needed more space than a Hotel and this was much more than I could have asked for, if in town would pick this place again.

Every photo on the is exactly as the home was, it was the clean, decorated perfectly... very spacious. great parking. this will be my to go to place when were back in the area... close to everything University of Birmingham, Sanford University... shopping at the Summitt. I highly recommend this property. Great Location

We had a girl get away to Birmingham and this was a wonderful place to stay. Plenty of room in the den and kitchen to spend time together and the beds were comfortable. The owner was very quick to respond to questions. Highly recommend.

Perfect townhouse for a weekend in Birmingham! Very spacious and well equipped townhouse in a cute neighborhood. Very central to the restaurants in Five Points. We will definitely stay here again.

Smooth from beginning to end. Clear instructions for check in and check out. Convenient area to stay for a visit with our daughter at nearby Samford University. Clean, beautifully designed and roomy townhome. We loved everything about it!

This is my first time staying in this specific unit but my second time staying at this location. I've stayed in the unit next door, which is lovely! We had an issue at check-in which Susan quickly resolved. The unit is modern, spacious and bright thanks to all the windows. Off-street parking and being about a 5 minute drive to UAB, restaurants in Five Points, and Vulcan Park are bonuses. I would definitely recommend this property to my family and friends and will continue to book this property each time I return to Birmingham. This property easily accomodates a family of 4. If you are 2 families traveling together but want your own space, I recommend booking this unit and the one next door from the same property owner. That unit easily accomodates a family of 5.

I've reviewed this property before. And, because my wife and I continue to return to this property, I probably don't need to say more. But, I will. The property is consistently maintained, always clean, and has everything we need from kitchen kit to parking and easy access to all of Birmingham where we need to go. Communication with Susan is fantastic, and she's very responsive. We will continue to come back to this property in Five Points.

My husband and I rented this condo along with another couple for a 5-night stay during my daughter's wedding weekend. We had 3 cars, including a 1950's classic car, used as the getaway car after the reception. It was GREAT having ample parking spaces on the street in front of the condo, PLUS secure parking off back door of condo with security gate operated by a remote. The condo was new, spacious, and clean, with new appliances and great air conditioning via 2 separate thermostats on main level and 2nd story. We stayed cool inside while outdoor highs were near 100 degrees. Susan and her son were great communicators and quick to answer questions. This location (near Zydeco) was very safe and allowed for easy access to the airport, downtown Birmingham, Homewood, Mountain Brook, and Vestavia. Highly recommend!
