Located in Diamond Beach, this lovely condo for $587 per night is a great option for your next break. Beautifully furnished and decorated 3 bedroom 2 full bath condo located near elevator on the very popular third floor. The master suite includes a king size bed with flat screen TV , Jacuzzi tub, walk in shower with dual shower heads, his and her sinks and a walk in closet. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed. Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed with full size mattresses , and a pull out trundle, flat screen TV. Other Amenities: -The family room has a 55' flat screen and a queen sized sleeper sofa. WiFi -Netflix -Washer/Dryer -Fully Equipped kitchen Step out onto the balcony overlooking the largest swimming pool in Texas to breathtaking views of the Gulf Of Mexico and Galveston beach. Condo is very good. Great location within the block. Had everything you need. Resort is lovely and the pool and lazy river are perfect. Would stay there again in the future.

This owner complained that we left the property "messy" when we even laundered all our own towels before leaving and wiped down counters and left dishes done. They also remarked that we "broke into their locked cabinets". We did absolutely NO such thing. There *were* some cabinets marked "locked" and they did not appear locked to me, but we were not the ones who messed them up or pried them open.
These owners are becoming ridiculously picky and demanding expecting people to pay huge cleaning and service fees yet still leave places so spotless there is basically nothing left to be done. I am sorry but not going to scrub floors and launder bed linens on MY expensive vacation. Apparently even us washing and folding all the towels before we left on our own time and leaving dishes all done was not good enough for this owner, and we were then blamed for cabinets that someone else had broken before we arrived in a *very* rude email I got.
In addition, know that the furniture is flimsy and cheap, absolutely worst and few pillows in this unit, the bathtub does not work in the secondary bathroom (only the shower,) and the toilets barely flush! The shower curtain in the secondary bathroom is so cheap and flimsy it fell down on my son! We weren't going to make a big deal...I even fixed the chain which broke on the master toilet myself, rather than bug the owner, but given their lack of grace shown to us and a sour ending, please be warned this isn't a nice owner to rent from.

Beautiful condo with comfortable furnishings! Great Lazy River, large indoor swimming pool, large 3 tier swimming pool, lots of hot tubs. Movie theater, game room, and fitness center! Stayed a week and it wasn't enough time. Oh yes, great view of the Gulf!

This was our second stay at this unit at the Diamond Beach and I would highly recommend! Great location, pool, lazy river, gym, game room, media room, etc. This unit is well kept and clean and the owners are great to work with!

We have stayed at various condos at Diamond Beach over the years. I am always impressed with the efficiency, professionalism and kindness of the reception and staff. This condo is very well taken care or, thoughtfully equipped, and very clean. And the management was very fast to respond to questions, but there weren't many since they do such a great job of providing info prior to our stay. We had terrible weather during the weekend, but this property has plenty to do indoors and well located for other indoor activities. I would very much recommend #305 at Diamond Beach.

Very nice property. Small minor indecent. Found a cup of old tea in the microwave when we went to use it. Not a big deal. Just thought it should be mentioned. Otherwise, a great stay.

Fantastic Experience in Unit 305
We have stayed at Diamond Beach for the last 6 years. The resort is amazing and has so many amenities to create wonderful family memories. Unit 305 was spotless, well stocked and the view was exceptional. We will be staying again in the future.

Family stay before a Cruise
This property is magnificent. The resort has everything you need plus more. The pools and lazy River both were relaxing and not crowded. Everyone in our group wants to go back and forget about cruising.

We were disappointed in the condo itself. Cracked and broken stemware was actually put away in the cabinets creating a safety concern. Cookie sheets still had cooked, burned pizza bits on them when I pulled them out to use. The bunk beds had dirty sheets with food crumbs and (oddly) glow sticks in them. The biggest disappointment was that the 3rd twin (trundle) in the kids room was actually a BOX SPRING NOT A MATTRESS. The balcony was spacious and nice for our morning coffee with a great location. We will likely stay at Diamond beach again in another unit.

We booked this condo for our Spring Break trip to enjoy nice weather. This condo was everything we had hoped for and had seen on the website. The condo overlooks the beach and is a great view of the pool too. The condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed and wanted. The outdoor pool was very clean and the kids loved it. The hot tubs were relaxing also! We only used he indoor pool once since the weather was nice but it was good also. The location is about mile away from the beach area and where the restaurants start and about 20 minutes from downtown Galveston. Excellent!

Amazing stay! The owner and Connie were very helpful. Beautiful, clean, and spacious condo. Our favorite was the view from the living room and deck! We really enjoyed our stay at Mary and Hank’s beach condo. The location can’t be beat, and the resort had gorgeous pools and other amenities, but had a few issues. The most major, were the lack of fencing on the north side of the resort, and according to my kids, most of the games in the game room didn’t work. Those are small issues, as the pools and proximity to both beach and seawall were our major concerns. The pools are gorgeous, and the heated pool was a definite plus on our one cold afternoon.
The unit is spacious and appointed comfortably. Most kitchen necessities were available, and I really, really appreciated both the water and ice dispenser in the fridge! The chilled beer glasses in the freezer were a thoughtful touch, and actually there are a lot of very thoughtful touches throughout the apartment. Connie was also very lovely, warm and prompt in her responses.
There is a small problem with the guest toilet. The flush only works some of the time. Apparently the bobber in the tank is blocking the mechanism and needs to be jostled to fill. No water in the tank, no flush. With five people sharing the unit, this was a slight problem til we figured it out. An easy fix, and one I hope the owners will do something about.
Be aware that there is no door on the master suite bathroom! If you are a shy bathroom user, this may be an issue for you. Another reason we all used the guest bathroom much of the time. Lots of toilet paper, clean towels, sheets and pillows were available, including pool towels, which was awesome! One less thing to bring! The beds were comfortable for all of us, including my teens in the bunks.
Finally, the one sort of major issue. The condo *looked* clean. But the bathrooms had mold in the shower grout, there were dust and dust bunnies in the corners of the bedrooms, smudges on the kitchen and bathroom counter, kitchen handles and mirrors, and one lonely, dried out contact lense on the counter in the master bath. All had me questioning whether things were getting cleaned properly. These days, you can’t be too careful, especially in the kitchen and bathrooms.
Ultimately, we wiped down the surfaces, and felt it was doable. I’d love to come back to this property, and hope the slight issues we faced are corrected! This is a fabulous place, and we throughly enjoyed our stay! Thanks for having us!

Great place
We loved our stay at the condo. We enjoyed the lay over and beautiful pool and the super easy beach access. We reserved the movie theatre two of our nights - how fun to have a private movie theatre available. There was almost no one at the property in mid October so we felt like we had it almost entirely to ourselves. We would highly recommend this place.

Accommodations terrific. Furnishings etc just perfect - everything you could possibly need. (could add a coffee table in living room - we moved one from balcony inside while there). Property wonderful. Pool, lazy river, movie theatre room, etc all wonderful. Connie was very responsive when we had a little problem with a toilet. Quickly resolved. Definitely hope to be back and stay in this condo again!
