Located in Rosemary Beach, this attractive house for $780 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Welcome to The Loopy Crab, your neighborhood vacation home away from home. A beautiful Seacrest Beach home, full of color and beachy décor that makes it impossible to forget you are staying in paradise. The main floor's open concept allows for family togetherness and shared experiences. Six adults can all sleep comfortably in king beds while the kids have their own bunk room. The first floor bath features a walk-in shower. The master bath has a walk-in shower, double sinks, and a jetted tub. The guest bathroom on the second floor has separate his and hers sinks with a makeup vanity in between. A third floor tower room with a cozy couch and balcony provides a place to view the sunsets and rooftops. Directly out the back door, you will find a large private pool with plenty of room for the entire family. There is also a poolside table; perfect for family dinners. Plenty of parking is available with room for three cars in the driveway. The Seacrest community features a 12,000 square foot lagoon pool and amphitheater. If you can get the children away from the pool, hop on the complimentary tram for a quick shuttle to the beach. Eat lunch on the Gulf at Crabby Steve’s, one of the few sandy-front restaurants in the area. First on arrival the pool area was a mess beer caps and empty water bottles all over and the pool was dirty. The wash machine was leaking reported it the first day I was told they would send someone out asap they never sent anyone out. There was no iron as stated the floors was dirty inside the utensil drawer the was full of food crumbs or dirt. The property could be a very nice place to stay if they just took the time to CLEAN. The property manager told me the reason the pool area was not picked up was they have been dealing with some flash flooding in the area. I asked do bottle caps float to the top off the tables . I was asked if someone needed to come out to clean up I told them I already cleaned the area and the pool myself and it’s a good thing I did are I would still be waiting like the washer. The stove was dirty the drawer below the oven was filthy. I was very very disappointed in the housekeeping and response to concerns of the property. If they worked for me I would terminate their employment. Nice place with a company just taking advantage of the property owners charging fees and don’t do the work

This is our 5th time staying at the Loopy Crab. The size and location of the home is perfect for my family and friends. We absolutely love the private pool and surrounding area. The neighborhood is perfect for bike riding and walking.

Family time for parents, 2 kids with their spouses, a teenager and 2 year old. Great location, could walk everywhere easily. Resort pool was nice and having our own pool to enjoy was even better. Roomy house, equipped with everything. Parking for 3 cars. Truly enjoyed the visit!

This lovely home was perfect for our mom’s 80th Birthday celebration! This home was clean, family room was comfy for 10 people, the private pool was fantastic! After a hours at the beach, coming back to our own pool was a great way to hang out. We did not see any other houses at SeaCrest Village that had a private pool! 4 bikes included were well used too. Thank you Loopy Crab for a memorable vacation & celebration!

Great beach house. Very close to the resort style pool. Proximity to the beach was not as convenient as I hoped but not terrible. The stairs down to the beach are pretty challenging for young kids and older guests. No handicap ramp available to roll coolers or wagons down. Oversee Management was very professional and responsive. Better than any we have encountered.

This home had everything we needed for a great stay and place to unwind after long days of fun and sun. The rooms are spacious and the three king beds are a nice touch. The large patio area in the back yard and the pool made for nice evenings gathering, swimming, and grilling out. We’ll definitely rent this house again. Oversee property management (Crystal) was courteous and prompt in resolving our maintenance needs and stolen bike issue. Word to the wise...bring your own bike locks because the kids have figured out how to go on YouTube and watch a video on how to pick the bike locks that are provided. A stolen bike will cost you $75.

Home was in a great location, Pool was VERY nice. Home could use some updates. Sofa was VERY uncomfortable and not in good condition, several lights were out, main bath upstairs tub was not functional unless you had all day to fill the tub. Faucet literally trickled.

We stayed 4 nights over Thanksgiving--6 adults, 5 children, and 1 baby. The photos are true to the house. The kitchen is well supplied so cooking for all was good. We had a little problem with the A/C but maintenance came quickly and resolved it. We brought a card table and chairs for the extra seating we needed. We felt that the tile floors needed a good scrubbing. By habit, our grandchildren left their shoes at the front door and were barefooted inside the house. Their bare feet were always very dirty on the bottom.

This house was great. We have three young children 4,7, and 9. My mother and sister also stayed here. There was plenty of room to prepare meals and spread out. The pool and backyard were wonderful. It is not heated a heated pool, but that didn’t bother the children too much, it gets lots of sun. It is a very comfortable house fit for entertaining. We really enjoyed Secreast Beach and the surrounding areas.

This place was so comfortable and had everything we needed for our week long stay. REALLY. Every kitchen utensil you have at home, they have it. All toiletries, bicycles, games, tv's, it's all there. This made our stay so nice, easy and comfortable. The layout of the house was very accommodating to different family situations. We hope to stay here again in the future, and bring more people next time! I didn't even realize there were 5 bedrooms until we got there.

Awesome, loved the house and the addition of the pool in backyard makes this an outstanding destination. Only 2 things we were unhappy with: 1) Wish the grill was not charcoal, it was left full of old charcoal and very dirty, we didn't bother using it, not too much too add a gas grill. 2) the "loft" room is unusable without any shades on the windows-way too hot and exposed.

We planned a family vacation for 6 adults and 2 toddlers. The house overall served our purposes well. It's conveniently located within walking distance to the beach with private access but also had a tram pick up not far from the front door. The best part about this home was the backyard that featured an inground pool, blue tooth speakers, covered patio and plenty of seating. We did wish that the house featured more silverware and essential cooking materials (salt, pepper, olive oil, basic spices, etc.). The home was generally dirty - carpet and rugs were old and dirty, baseboards were dirty, washer had mold inside, walls were aged and scuffed. Many basic touchups have been neglected. We did not ask them to address the dirtiness during our stay or asked about the cleaning fee ($280).

The pictures of Loopy Crab did not match up with what we saw. This house needs updating and the cleanliness was not up to par. The stairway had a mold, mildew smell, the trim was dirty, the chairs and sofa in the living were dirty and the throw pillows-disgusting. The drawers and the cabinets throughout has so much wear and tear on them. The carpets had stains and felt gross on the bottom of your feet. We read reviews about how awesome this house was and how clean.... We were not impressed. The location is good. The pool was nice to have although dirty and very warm. We will consider another house in seacrest for our next vacation.

We really enjoyed our week at the Loopy Crab. The house was exactly as described and as it looked in the pictures. We had 5 adults and 5 kids and had plenty of space for everyone. The backyard pool was a good size, perfectly maintained and was the highlight for all of the kids (and adults)! The tram stop is right across the street and the service was quick to get to the beach and the village. I do wish the tram would run later than 5:30, but otherwise have no complaints from our week.

The house was great for our needs. Nice floor plan and the pool came in handy because it was double red flag for 3 days. Very family friendly and closet all the Seacrest shopping. We stayed during a very busy time of year but the management team was amazing. The I had issues with two things. The gas grill would not light. Pretty sure the propane was out and it was 6:15pm and the on call maintenance person lives 45 minutes away, so we needed up ordering pizza instead of grilling out. The other thing that bothered me is that it was not very clean. The doors in the heavy traffic areas need to wiped down. You can see black hand prints on 3-4 doors. Otherwise it was fine.

Perfect for our summer vacation
The Loopy Crab was perfect for our two families; 4 adults and 5 kids. We actually even had an extra large bed that no one slept in. The littlest child still sleeps in a crib, which the house had. There was even a pack n play in the closet (which we didn’t need.) The layout of the house was nice, and the best feature was the pool. It was so nice to just let the kids jump in to cool off. We would definitely try to stay here again.

This home is beautiful! The open concept, the large couch, the large dining table Etc., was perfect for a large group. The kitchen was well equipped and we loved the pool, it was just the right size. This pool is not heated but was fine with the warm weather. The couch seated all of us comfortably and also had two additional chairs for overflow. There were balconies and bathrooms off of all the bedrooms which was very convenient. The complex itself is beautiful. We have friends that own a home there so we were able to walk over to see them. The pools were large, close and beautiful and if you wanted to go to the beach the tram stops were very close and convenient to get you there. Can’t wait to go back!
