The house was perfect for our group of 3 moms and 6 teenage girls. With 6 bikes provide the teens could easily ride to the shops and restaurants. The beach was a short 5 minute walk. My only negative for the beach is they require beach chair rentals for every person unless it’s a small child so we spent a LOT on beach chair rentals so be prepared. House layout was perfect for our group, everything was clean and communication with Royal was quick

This property is ideal for being in the middle of the action of Rosemary but having a quiet little street to come home to. The house is very nice. Just a few steps to the beach access. We plan to stay here again!

We were very happy with our rental choice. It was clean and fit our 12 family members comfortably. It is close to shops and restaurants and the bikes made it easy to get around. And the beach was close by with private access. Any questions we had were answered in a timely manner. We would recommend this place to our friends and would stay here again!

We had a group of 9 adults for six nights the week before Christmas, and we all loved the house. With the exception of a few minor things that needed to be fixed by a repairman (who came quickly and was very friendly and helpful), the house was beautiful, the main "hang out" area with open kitchen nearby was perfect for cooking meals together, playing games, etc. And, the gorgeous beach was just steps away in this 11-home, gated neighborhood. The "perch" up on the top/4th floor has views of the ocean where we enjoyed our morning coffee and evening cocktails while watching sunset. We'd definitely come here again - was a very special visit for our family!

Great House, Great Location and Great Communication with everyone involved. Our number one choice for anytime we visit Rosemary. We walked everywhere which was a definite plus with all the traffic. No reason to drive anywhere in such a great location.

The property was great for our all adult family. Plenty of room to spread out but also big enough to gather in one area. Walking distance to the beach and the convenience of a private pool was great. The beach service was great for chairs/umbrellas. It was also great to have some local restaurants and a Starbucks across the street was a definite plus for our all adult family. The only downside is all of the construction going on around the property and even though there are cones to say don’t park at the end of the driveway, the workers just moved the cones and parked there regardless. The noise level and banging early in the morning could be heard but tolerable. Overall this is a great property and we would consider renting here again!

That said, there were some pluses and minuses about this property. Having rented quite a few homes on this site and others over the years, I feel these minuses are fair without being overly critical.Pluses: location, proximity to beach, nice (but small) pool, great bedrooms and mostly great living space. Management company was usually responsive and always incredibly polite and helpful.Minuses: construction happening across the street was loud. Woke us up every morning. The workers played music so we couldn't play any, By the end of the week, we wanted peace and quiet which was what we came for. There was incorrect information on the app regarding beach chairs. Shane is no longer the person in charge. I called 3 times before someone could help me. The house is stocked like a hotel with mini paper wrapped soaps and toilet paper, only unlike a hotel they don't pay for replacement TP or paper towels or soap. The showers in the two downstairs bathrooms had these glass half-walls that made it nearly impossible to shower without getting the floor sopping wet. I couldn't turn the shower on for my young kids without getting sopping wet myself. Just a really stupid set up. We had a great visit and if you go to this house you will too. But bring anything you want for the house in terms of toiletries, kitchen spices, condiments, soaps, etc. if you don't want to buy them there. Have fun!

Coastal Vue is well located, close to the beach and Rosemary. The house is as appears in the pictures and as usual the rooms are a bit smaller than they appear in the photos. The house is well furnished with some new pieces in the den. It is clean and well maintained. We had a couple of small glitches soon after arrival, however, Royal Destinations fixed both issues very quickly and with great customer service. The employees were professional and friendly. We visited the property in late October. The only negative was the pool did not have much time of great sun. This may be a seasonal issue. We visited with 11 family members and felt very comfortable. We will certainly think about visiting this property again.

This home was perfect for our visit. We traveled with 2 other families. One family had twin boys, we have a boy and a girl and the last family had one little girl- boys were all age 6 and girls were 5. The home has 5 bedrooms so everyone had their own spot. The house has 3 floors so it was great to send children downstairs to play while adults spend time visiting on the main floor. There is an alarm on the door to the pool, annoying at times, but better safe than sorry. Because we choose to eat all meals at home, we would have loved a gas burning stove. We used the outside grill almost everyday. The pool was a great to have after the beach. It’s normally shaded so we didn’t worry with sunscreen. This house was perfect for 3 small families!

Our week at Coastal Vue was memorable! The house was perfect for our family. The location is so convenient to the beach & the amenities across the street. The ample sized pool was great to come back to after a day at the beach. With the Pandemic & Restaurants at lower capacity we did a lot of cooking. The kitchen was ample & numerous areas to dine inside or out. The rooftop patio was our favorite spot for sunsets. I’d recommend you call & reserve your beach chairs well in advance as they were sold out daily. Great place!

Great Place!
We stayed over New Years and had the pool heated. The property is located in a very safe gated section and the beautiful beach is only 2 mins away walking. Also within walking distance are bike rental, shops, restaurants, bars, all sorts of stuff! The grocery store is about 5-10 min drive. The house was well equipped and appropriated with a rooftop terrace overlooking the ocean. The living room/kitchen/dinning was great for gathering and the house is nicely decorated.

Over-all good, but there were areas of concern. First, we had roaches and couldn't get treatment until Monday when called on Friday and then only doorways were sprayed so problem continued. Second, the majority of the blinds are broken and need repair. Third, our child seat bikes and carrier were picked up a day earlier than scheduled and booked so it took away from our last nights ride. Fourth, we were led to believe we could use a canopy and our own chairs on the beach but instead had to pay over $100 +tip per day to rent chairs/umbrellas. Fifth, the main floor bed was a double and not a queen as advertised and the room was tiny.
