With its reverse floor plan and wrap-around balconies, the only tough choice you’ll make once you arrive is which views to enjoy and where. Thyme & Place not only captures stunning views of the St. Augustine Green from every level, but is also in a great location. There’s a water park with a splash pad for the kids, or adults, to cool off just beyond the front door and the St. Augustine Green is across the street!! Not to mention the dining and shopping of Rosemary Beach’s town square is a short 3-5 minute walk or quick bike ride away. Thyme & Place is light and bright, decorated in neutral colors and illuminated by natural light flooding in through the many windows. The rustic modern fixtures throughout complement the gorgeous dark wood floors beautifully. This lovely 4-story home is equipped with a private elevator and accommodates up to 15 people with 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, plus an additional bunk room; great for multiple families with over 3,500 sq ft of space. There are two guest suites & a wet bar on the first floor, each room complete with a king bed, private bath with custom tile shower only, and a large closet. Another guest suite, as well as the master suite, can be found on the 2nd floor, each with a king bed, private bath, and walk-in closet. The master suite features a private balcony, a small wet bar, double vanities, a large soaking tub with treetop views, and a custom tile shower. Continuing upward, the kitchen, living, and dining are located on the 3rd floor with an open concept, ideal for the cooks of the group. The kitchen is full of upgrades, including granite counters, a wine cooler, stainless steel Decor and Kitchen Aid appliances, and a custom backsplash. You will also find the powder room on the third floor. There’s another wrap-around balcony overlooking St. Augustine Green off the living room furnished with patio furniture, where the grill is located conveniently close to the kitchen. On the 4th floor, you’ll be pleasantly surprised with another living room with a flat-screen TV, sleeper sofa, and an additional bunk bedroom with three twin beds and a smaller flat-screen TV. Our favorite feature of Thyme & Place is the wrap-around rooftop balcony. This is one of only 13 homes in Rosemary Beach with a tower designation, so the view over the hundreds of other homes is incredible! I was traveling with a group of 10, for a New Year’s holiday. We found time and place to be lovely. The beds were very comfortable the kitchen was well stocked, pots and pans and dishware. We are huge fans of Rosemary Beach, and it never disappoints. The management was very responsive, we had to issues one with one of the bikes and the other with the heat. They came to the house the day they were called to address the problem. The heat was never fixed but it was tolerable it seemed the heat worked fine on the first and second floor just not the third floor . The only other complaint was it seems that there was not a lot of hot water, perhaps they had the water heater turned down a bit. Otherwise the house was spectacular would definitely stay there again.

This was our first time to go to rosemary at Thanksgiving. We normally go in the summer. We loved it! The house was great!! Great living area!! We would definitely rent this house again!!

I have to say this house has seen better days. The pictures online make it seem so much nicer than what it really is. The furniture has been used and abused. Showers need caulking and a deep clean. The tub/shower in one of the master bathrooms did not drain and would fill up the tub while in the shower, yuk! The outdoor decks had some furniture with no cushions and furniture pieces seen in pictures were no longer there. The back patio was so uninviting, with no landscape at all. We stayed at a different rental last year and it was beautiful and clean. We were all disappointed with this house.

Rental companies seem to be pushing back check in times one hour each year. 5pm CST (6pm EST) is simply too late as you lose the entire day. This needs to change.

We were very disappointed that there was no bathroom on the top floor not sure why didnt know that. they people staying up on that floor had no where to go to the bathroom or shower unless they went down to floors and use other peoples showers. There was a toilet a floor down which was very inconvience.

Weekend trip to celebrate my daughter’s 16th birthday with her friends, and Thyme and place was a perfect setting. Plenty of room and comfortable beds made parents feel like they had a vacation as well. Elevator a big bonus and girls loved the bunk area and hangout spot on the 4 th floor.

Had booked a house through a different rental company and upon arrival,The house was in a state of repair that we were not told about! We decided to cancel our stay and luckily found this beautiful home last minute!! Could not have been more pleased with the accommodations and the rental company itself!! Would definitely stay here again! Great location. Pool nearby and walking distance to beach! 4 king suites with a separate bunk room! Elevator was so convenient for bringing supplies to third floor living area! Cannot say enough wonderful things about the property! Had a small issue with the toilet in downstairs bathroom not wanting to flush. Called management and they immediately sent someone out to take care of it!! Kitchen was well stocked and there is a lovely covered sitting area on the roof which was lovely!

So you pretty much lose that day bc you can’t really unload/do grocery/do much bc your car still full til 5. Beautiful home with everything we needed! Only issue we had was we were not able to access beach chairs. The code that was provided was expired and the property management company was not able to provide us an updated one. Other than this it was an amazing stay!

This was a perfect vacation place for our family trip! We love Rosemary Beach and this place had multiple balconies as well as a fourth floor with views! Each room was spacious, all king size beds, and the kid's bunk room was awesome. The living area was perfect, big table for the group and wonderful kitchen/gathering areas. Rosemary Beach is so walkable so we ended up just walking to the beach each day and loved being so close to downtown as well! The rental company was also SO helpful and responsive, we could text if there was anything missing that we needed and they were super quick! All-in-all I would definitely recommend :)

Great place, but not perfect. Space of the beach house was excellent for 5 adults and 1 toddler. It was clean, but not some scuff marks on the wall and bent blinds in the master bedroom. Only problem was during check-in, which we as delayed an hour. Told to wait and not come to the property. Received no notice the property was ready. Had to call and ask.

Despite the weather, we had a wonderful stay at Thyme and Place. The property was just as lovely as it looks in the pictures. The beds were comfortable and there were ample towels for each person. The location was really close to town and a 5 minute bike ride to the beach. The property managers were extremely responsive to our requests when necessary. We had a few issues with smoke alarm batteries being low and chirping, but the management company responded immediately. The only drawback was that the grill wasn't working properly which was a bummer as we like to cook at home.

The property seemed a bit worn, however. A guest of ours tripped on a loose brick in the back walkway and sprained her ankle. The steps in the back need to have a railing and there needs to be improved light at night...There was a light out over the stove, a light in the bunkroom was loose from the wall, the toilet paper holder in the master bath was loose from the wall. Some of the beach chairs were rusted and one broke when we took it to the beach while I was sitting in it. A bike had a flat tire. These things made me wonder why I had paid so much to rent this property.

Lovely property, great location. Really enjoyed every minute. Loved the outdoor space and the balconies. Had a few maintenance issues but the rental company was very attentive and took care of them right away. Only suggestion I would have is it would of been nice to have more cookware- pans etc. Otherwise, perfect family vacation❤️

Thank you for the wonderful Rosemary Beach vacation experience! Even being across the main street from the beach housing, we felt it was actually fun to walk or ride our bikes through the beautiful streets of Rosemary Beach. It is very family-friendly.
From the location right next to the amphitheater and a sidewalk fountain, the convenient elevator in the home, the child safety gates provided for the main floor, to the fun fourth floor crows nest to view the sunsets - it contributed to an excellent week at the beach.
The rental staff was also on-point with all my questions and concerns.
I will recommend 30A Luxury Rentals and Thyme and Place rental in the future!

I was not impressed with this rental like I thought that I would be based on the pics. It did not feel clean. I addressed with the management. Several things did not work - freezer door broken, none of the ice makers worked, could not get back door to lock so either left unlocked or had to use front door, none of the linens were like pictured, seemed bare bones, smoke detector battery kept beeping and had to take battery out, gas grill did not work so we couldnt grill out, master room did not seem like a master at all, elevator was a nice item but extremely slow so we rarely used. Other than the 4 bikes that were provided and the fact that maintenance was responsive, I would not rent this house again. We stay in Rosemary every year for the last 20 years and this was not a favorite.
