Queen sofa sleeper 3rd floor: master suite..... King 3rd floor: guest room...... 2 twin beds (bunk) & computer desk/office chair Experience the vacation of a lifetime at Seacrest beach resort. This is a family oriented community, with palm tree-lined paved roads, nestled between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach and just a short drive to Seaside, Grayton State Park and Watercolor. There is a selection of golf courses to choose from, including Tom Fazio's Camp Creek. The award winning quartz sandy beaches of the emerald coast are second to none and the 12000 sq ft lagoon pool, with waterfalls and fountains, is spectacular. Coola boola (gaelic for 'awesome, fantastic') is located at the front of the resort. It boasts 'awesome' sea views. It has the perfect location, being a 1 minute walk to the pool and a 3 minute to the beach. There is also a free tram service if you need assistance with all that beach 'stuff'. Located on Trigger Trail East, you can enjoy watching the world go by on the front deck, or head to the top deck and admire the gulf views. It has 3 masters, which is ideal for multiple families. It is very spacious, comprising of over 2500 square feet. There is a total of 4 decks, complete with outdoor furniture. So plenty of options for everyone. 'Coola Boola' has been professionally decorated, with comfort and convenience in mind. The dining area has a large table, seating 10-12 guests. The large kitchen is fully equipped, along with stainless appliances and granite countertops. There is a unique live edge wood counter for additional seating. The living area has 3 leather sofas and additional chairs to gather in comfort. There is a bedroom with a king pillow top bed, which has its own private bathroom. A separate powder room completes this level. On the second floor, we have a kids room , which has 2 sets of bunks (twin over full), a queen sofa sleeper, and their own bathroom. This room is very spacious, so the kiddos can play here and not disturb others. The laundry room is just off the hallway. There is a master suite on this level. The master bath has a walk in, pebble floored shower, with 2 shower heads and double vanity. You can enjoy spending lazy evenings on the private deck, with sea views. Finally on the third level we have another master bedroom, with king bed (pillow top) and ensuite. There is private access to the top deck. At the back of the house there is another bedroom, with 2 twin beds (bunk) plus a desk and chair when you need some privacy for a work call. This room has a private deck to relax and get away from it all. Or... Head to the front of the house where you will enjoy fantastic sea views. This top deck is perfect for entertaining. It consists of a wet bar and full refrigerator and gas grill, for your convenience. There is plenty of patio furniture so you can dine or relax, in comfort, and admire the view. 'Coola Boola' has TVs in all the bedrooms and a larger one in the living area. There is a home entertainment center in the living room, complete with surround sound. We also offer wifi and digital cable. There are several beach chairs, floaties and beach towels provided for your convenience. Cead mile failte (a hundred thousand welcomes) to our house. The house was very clean, very well stocked with kitchenwares; including items that are normally not supplied in a vrbo home (ex: coffee, filters, dish washer pods, garbage bags, etc…for the whole week!! This was an added bonus for a home that you travel by plane and not car. Lovely home…

This was our 3rd year staying at Seacrest Beach, and this house has been our favorite! Perfect location to beach, pool and restaurants! Tram is right across the street, if needed. Appreciated the staples in the pantry. Kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of bath and beach towels for all! Owner was also very quick to respond with any questions we had. Beach was very crowded. We recommend renting beach chairs and umbrella from La Dolce Vita. Would recommend staying at this property!

The area is perfect for a large group. Great walkability to restaurants and shops. Also, the property isn’t a far drive from PCB. The pool in the community is great and the kids/teens/adults all enjoyed their time there. We were all perfectly comfortable in our sleeping arrangements. I would recommend bringing your own pillow if you have a preference. Otherwise, that’s my only complaint. Both kitchens fully equipped to do your thing. You don’t need to bring much if you plan on heading to the beach. Note that tents are not allowed on the private beach you’ll have access to and the beach gets crowded quickly and we are only allotted a certain amount of space. You do not have free range on the beach in that area due to the private properties flanking either side of our area. That was a bummer but we survived 😊 We will definitely bring the family back.

The perfect house for our group. We were a group of seven adults, four teenage boys, and a 3 year old. Coola Boola was fully stocked and had everything we needed. The kitchen, family room and third floor deck are more spacious than the pictures reveal. Our morning coffee on the 3rd floor deck, with the ocean view was perfect! We appreciated Shelley’s quick response when we had a question about check-in and the grill. Thankful for all the beach chairs and beach towels! We were sad to leave and hope to be back!

One of the more well stocked rentals I have stayed in. They have almost everything you need from kitchen supplies to beach gear. Great location with an easy walking distance to the pool, beach, and local shops. Didn’t use the tram but they were readily available. The bikes were a great addition and we used them a lot. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The one and only downfall for me as nothing was given in an email about tents cannot be used on the beach also the beach was very crowed like sardines packed in a can which made it complicated and not desirable to go to the beach. The place itself was extremely nice and the view was excellent and very spacious and ample parking for up to five vehicles made it nice.

Loved the home. It had everything we needed to have a wonderful time. My only negative comment is the company that rents chairs on the beach occupies too much space, limiting the beach area. A little annoying but we didn’t let it slow us down! We had a great family vacation.

Our family had an amazing week of Florida sunshine at Coola Boola. The house was very clean and seemed well stocked with everything we needed. Shelley did a great job communicating everything we needed to know including .pdf's. The shed was well supplied with beach chairs, floats, and beach toys which kept the kids busy at the beach. The beach and pool were an easy walk away and both look better than the pictures show. This was our first trip to the 30A beach area of Florida and it did not disappoint.

We had a nice time as we go to Seacrest Beach every year but this house didn’t live up to our expectations based on our previous stays at other properties. It didn’t feel clean, there was no shampoo or extra toilet paper and all of the towels were hidden in one bathroom. We had some issues but the owner was very VERY responsive to them. The front door battery died and we were locked out, the side door had no safety and my 2 year old could open it because it didn’t lock from the inside and the dryer was making an awful noise. The owner was prompt and had everything fixed as quickly as she could. I do understand that things happen it is just that you don’t want to deal with those things on your vacation.

Location, location, location!! This property was everything we hoped for and more! It was clean, cozy and had that all around homey feeling. The location was convenient to the beach, pool and restaurants! The owner is quick to respond to questions and the house was fully furnished. The neighborhood pool was spectacular and the area itself was awesome! This was our first time to the Seacrest/Rosemary beach area and it won’t be our last! This trip was everything we hoped for and more!!

Coola Boola is a great house for family vacation. Location to the pool, beach and few steps to the shops is perfect. We really enjoyed the bikes and third floor balcony for some family fun. Our only disappointment was the beach is very limited in space. The crowds were very large and we truly did not enjoy time at the beach during the day.

Coola Boola is the best! We stayed there over Easter weekend with extended family and had an amazing time. The house is lovely with PLENTY of space, comfortable beds, and the location can't be beat. We were big fans rooftop deck and balcony with water views. The property manager was very responsive. We will definitely be back!
