But let's do a little walk though…just to make sure! Coastal colors and classic furnishings greet you as you enter the main first floor living area. Open and spacious with upholstered seating and a friendly chalk-painted dining table seating 8 plus 4 bar stools nearby, the first floor also opens out onto a lovely and serene screened porch with additional seating for 4 more. You will find the well-appointed kitchen to be fully stocked with all the cookware, bakeware and small appliances you will need for any gastronomical creation you dream up. Also located on the main level is one of the 3 King bedrooms, perfect for that someone who does not want to do stairs. Up we go to the second floor to find 2 more King suites with private decks plus a common sitting area with a full-size pull-out sleeper sofa. But don't stop here…the walk up to the third floor is soooo worth it! Here you will find lots of surprises including a bunk room with 2 bunks sets with trundles, accommodating 6 in all. Two more sleep spots are nearby in a common sitting area featuring a Queen-size sleeper sofa. It's the perfect entertainment zone with its own mini-fridge and wet bar. Open the doors to discover yet another outdoor gathering spot for catching a lofty breeze and the panoramic rooftop views. With three levels, 5 outdoor sitting areas/porches, 8 TVs, DVD player downstairs, outdoor gas grill, outdoor shower, this beach house is great for multiple families. Situated just minutes from the heart of Rosemary Beach and Peddlers Pavilion in Seacrest, visitors will enjoy access to the wonderful Seacrest amenities while here. Including Seacrest Lagoon, the largest private community pool on 30A sporting 378,000 gallons of refreshing water in a 12,000 square feet area complete with lounge chairs, umbrellas, and covered eating areas. This fabulous amenity is open year-round 9AM – 10PM for residents and vacation guests only. Walk to the town center where you will find bike rentals, cute dining spots, shopping, and live music seasonally. Golf cart shuttle service is offered from your driveway to the beach or you can opt for a 12-minute leisurely walk across Hwy 30-A, through the Sunset community using the pedestrian boardwalk. Additionally, from March through October, the Seacrest Tram Service provides a fun-filled ride to and from numerous designated tram stops to the beach or the Lagoon. Walk to the nearest tram stop and then call for pickup. The tram should magically appear in about fifteen minutes. I have never been to a rental that is so stocked with everything you need! Birthday candles, scissors, tons of pots and pans, parchment paper! things you don’t even have at home! A million towels, I had probably 8 pillows in the closet that weren’t even used, tons of blankets and sheets. It was great!

Tons of space for our two families over the holiday break. Upstairs terrace with TV was the perfect spot to ring in the new year. Will certainly consider for future trips.

We booked this house as a last minute thanksgiving get away that was dog friendly and this house fit the bill and checked all the boxes. It was the location we were looking for, had plenty of room for our family, was well equipped, and allowed us to bring our dog along for our vacation. Overall, it worked out really well for our purposes and we enjoyed a nice thanksgiving holiday at the beach.

This property is very well maintained and in a great location. The home had plenty of space to entertain and have our own space. We never felt on top of each other even with 11 of us in the home. You can walk to the beach which is about a 12 minute walk but they also have tram access which is very convenient. We did have a slow leak into kitchen area. Nothing that ruined our trip but we did have to come back from the pool to attend to the guys fixing it. Overall it was a great stay and the home had everything we needed!

Loved the house! Tram dispatchers were horribly rude, drivers were great but not enough of them. Beaches and public areas way overcrowded. Wish we could move the house to a calmer location.
