Featuring an open living, dining, and kitchen area, this home is ideal for large families. The living room is a beautiful place to entertain or relax after a long day at the beach. Decorated in creamy neutrals and beachy blues, the living space is a sight to behold. The gourmet kitchen is adorned with stainless steel appliances and a large island that will make cooking on vacation a pleasure. The dining area is a great spot for family meals or for family game night! In the evening, your friends and family can relax on the screened balcony off of the main living area. It has comfortable seating, a large flat screen TV and a table. Also on this level, the 2nd floor, is a king master bedroom with a private en suite. There is a half bath available for your convenience. The master suite, which is on the 3rd floor, has a king bed, luxury en suite and access to a private balcony. The master bathroom offers a large walk in shower and a spacious vanity. This private area is a great place to escape too! On the 1st floor, there is a king master with private bath, a queen guest room and it's own private bath. There is also another bunk room that sleeps up to 10 people! I would give this home more than 5 stars if I could. We had 10 family members staying there and had more than enough room. By the end of the first day, everyone in our group said we had to come back to this location. We have stayed in Seacrest four times and this was the best home we have every stayed in. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

The kids always enjoy the 30A area. This house was delightful especially for its close proximity to the pool and the yard adjacent which the kids made full use of.

Great house in a great location. Check in was promptly at 4, when we got the text. Check out is 9am on day of departure and that is a little too early in my opinion, but we knew it going in. Minor issues thru the stay, all handled quickly. Normal stuff. The home has an older grill and in my opinion needs a new one, but it worked for us.

Rules
All the ceiling fans had a big layer of dirt on them. The living room furniture and the patio furniture was worn out and 2 of the king rooms beds were very squeaky. They also had a lot of rules you could not be outside on your deck past 10 o’clock without the security team telling you to go inside. Then when you go to the pool you couldn’t have your drinks close to pool they had to be 6 feet away from the pool. You couldn’t have certain toys at pool either I felt like I was in grade school.

Camp David house and community is Awesome but…….
Camp David property is fully stocked with all amenities that could could use or need during your trip. We just loved this house and the community. House is close proximity to the beach and tram pu outside your door. We especially enjoyed the 3 decks and enjoyed family time on them.We rode bikes to get around community but you could also walk to local restaurants and shops. What we didn’t like was the beach! It is very restricted with only a small area for the community to enjoy . To get beach front you have to get down to beach by 6am and you still might be in the 3rd row. If you want to rent umbrella- make reservations before your trip. Rented umbrellas were 6 rows deep and very expensive and disappointing! Rented one first day and was on 6 row- could not see beach or feel the breeze. We asked for a refund for the umbrella rental next day. If you go for the beach this is not your community unless you want to walk 1 mile down beach or drive car to Inlet Beach. Again, the house is beautiful and we loved it.

The house was perfect for our trip! It was spacious, clean, and such a great location. Short little walk to the beach and right beside the pool. Getting wristbands and parking passes was difficult but check out was a breeze. Would definitely recommend this awesome house!

We reserved this home (for family) for our wedding weekend, and it was such a great decision. After scouring the site for the perfect home, we decided on this one and it did not disappoint. The home is in excellent condition (and so lovely) and check-in/-out was a breeze! We are definitely bookmarking this home for future trips!

And the pool complex was just across the green which made walking over for night swims after dinner very easy. The tram stop right outside the front door made our morning trips to the beach very convenient. We enjoyed lots of bike riding too. We had a wonderful week!

This beautiful home provided the perfect home base for the bridal party of my daughter’s wedding. We were all from out of town/state and traveled to Seacrest for the wedding. This house was large enough to accommodate everyone and in a great location, close to everything we needed. My daughter and all of her friends were so happy they could all be together in a house with a central living area and kitchen instead of different hotel rooms.

Perfect bridal party accommodations
This beautiful home provided the perfect home base for the bridal party of my daughter’s wedding. We were all from out of town/state and traveled to Seacrest for the wedding. This house was large enough to accommodate everyone and in a great location, close to everything we needed.
