Located in Rosemary Beach, this lovely house for $1,161 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. "Good Day Sunshine" is a gorgeous 5 bedroom (4 Kings!!) 4.5 bath recently renovated home (2900 SF sleeps 16) in the beautiful resort community of SEACREST Beach and offers 7 complimentary beach cruiser bikes! ABOUT THE HOME: This beautiful coastal home has all the comforts and luxuries you would expect. It’s outfitted top to bottom in Pottery Barn and West Elm furniture, brand new Helix comfort mattresses, and smart TVs in every bedroom. With 3 floors of living space, it’s perfect for large groups or multiple families. The first floor is equipped with a family room, dining room (with table for 10), fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, and ensuite master bedroom. There is a large deck on the front of the house for drinking your morning coffee (Keurig and drip) or spending the evening with your family and friends. There is a desk located in the master bedroom for any remote working needs. Wi-Fi should never be an issue with the EERO mesh network throughout the house with close to 1G download speeds. Behind the house is the back entrance; there is a full-size 2 car garage where you will find complimentary bikes, beach chairs, beach toys, coolers, and umbrellas - everything you need for a perfect day at the beach! The second floor has 3 King bedrooms, all with smart WIFI-enabled TVs and covered porches equipped with chairs for lounging. Two of these bedrooms also have private bathrooms (one with a tub/shower combo, the other with a shower). There is a bunk room at the end of the hall that sleeps 6, also with it's own TV, games, toys, and an Xbox which includes Fortnite, Rocket League, Madden football, and many others. NOTE: We also have a GRACO high chair and a pack n' play for our guests' use. Walk up the stairs once more and you will find an oasis to some of the most beautiful sunsets every night with a bar area with built in wine / beverage fridge and double doors leading to a large deck area with a high top table (seating for 6) and 4 Adirondack chairs. Relax and enjoy the game or partake in some cocktails each night while watching the sunset. There is also a couch with a trundle bed on the 3rd floor which sleeps an additional 2 guests. ABOUT THE AREA: It’s just a short walk to the majestic 12,000 square-foot pool or the private beach, or you also have the option of catching the complimentary tram that runs from 9am to 6pm, March through October. Also nearby are the resort towns of Rosemary and Alys Beach where there are first rate restaurants and shops. In addition to the beach and pool, there are lots of outdoor activities to enjoy. A bike path (Timpoochee Trail) runs the length of 30A (18 miles!) if you want a longer ride. Check out all the neighboring towns, coastal dune lakes and state parks along the way. You won’t be disappointed. We loved Good Day Sunshine. Fabulous, comfortable king beds, kitchen well appointed and we loved the rooftop deck. We had a perfect view of the July 4th fireworks from there. Large pool area clean and fun drinks available for purchase there. As should be expected July 4 th week, it was very crowded and 90% of the beach is controlled by La Dolce Vida chair and umbrella rentals. Be sure to reserve in advance if you want a view of the water. Property management was great and very responsive.

Pretty much all was great & as advertised…location, house, cleanliness, etc all excellent. The only item with the house was all the doors squeaked when open/closed…so with a large group you could hear that early morning / through the night. Also, the listing said 7 bikes and beach towels, which needed to be confirmed and beach towels no longer provided. That said, a great trip & great time for our entire family! Would definitely recommend

Absolutely loved this home. Plenty of space for our large group. Nicely decorated and appointed with necessities and nice -to -have items. Close to the pool and beach. Two of the bathrooms could have used more attention prior to our check in. Kevin was responsive to communications as were the 30A Beach Girls. Would definitely return to this area and likely even this house.

We spent Christmas at Good Day Sunshine with our 3 adult children and their spouses. The house was well equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. Because the area was experiencing an unusual cold spell, we were thankful for the family room and 3rd floor area to play games and watch Christmas movies. Once the weather warmed up, we were able to enjoy the short walk to the beach and viewed a beautiful sunset. We also used the bikes that were available on the property to explore the area. We enjoyed having a washer and dryer available so we were able to have a suitcase of clean clothes for our trip back home. It was easy to check in and check out. Would definitely stay again!

We had the perfect vacation at this perfect location. Our family enjoyed playing games on the beach, building sandcastles, and just hanging out together. So many amazing restaurants a short walk away. The location is perfect and the night time view was spectacular. Each night we watched the sunset from the deck. The house fit well with our kids needs. There was one minor issue with a bike. The property manager was quick to get a handyman out to fix it without disruption to our plans. The managers took such care to make sure their guests can just RELAX and enjoy. Highly recommend this beautiful home and managers. Thank you, we look forward to hopefully returning next year.

We come down every year for thanksgiving and we had a great time at the property. It was probably the most well stocked house we've been to and had plenty of space for the whole family. We had an issue with the dryer and it could not get fixed during our stay, but we were given a small refund to make up for the issue. We would definitely stay here again!

My extended family and I stayed at this beautiful home for my husband's 50th birthday. When we arrived, he was greated with a beautiful balloon display and yummy cookies, which immediately set the stage for our visit. The house is nicely updated and spacious, with everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed the beach and pool, which is easily accessed by walking, bikes, or free tram. I highly recommend renting this house!

We rented this house and it had plenty of room for the 16 of us to spread out. The kids loved the bunk room and the top floor, and all of the couples got their own rooms. Loved that there were bikes included, games, etc. Its a beautiful house and we would happily rent it again!

Great House for Multi Family Vacation
The house was great and worked extremely well for the 3 families we had stay there. House was clean. Great location. Owner was very responsive to our questions before and during our stay. Kitchen was stocked with many essentials such as spices, cooking oils, utensils. The bikes provided were awesome! Our kids would hop on and go get ice cream and the adults would ride to get coffee/drinks. Amazing area and we loved it.

Fantastic Memorial Day on 30A
From start to finish, our experience was wonderful. The homeowner was extremely responsive and an absolute pleasure to work with. The home itself was lovely! Great layout and tastefully designed. Also, the beds were all extremely comfortable. Random, I know….but our kids even mentioned that, so I thought it was worth sharing. The property location was perfect, and convenient to several of the most popular hotspots in the area. As a bonus, we were lucky enough to to catch the the Memorial Day Fireworks, and had an absolutely breathtaking view from 3rd floor balcony. It was the perfect end to our stay.

Beautiful Property in Lively Community
This is a beautiful home - all of the furnishings are brand new and gorgeous and it has a lovely beach feeling. We had tons of room for our family of five. It felt like a whole other family could’ve joined. The house has everything you need and it’s all brand new, including Beach chairs, bikes and a grill in the garage.
Seacrest Beach is a busy, super walkable community. The pool is a couple blocks away, and the beach is less than ten minute walk. The beach is not public but shared with several communities so it is very busy.
You can easily walk to both Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach, both of which have lots of shops and restaurants, in ten minutes.
Our communications with Kevin were great and they are clearly total pros at renting. Everything was very well organized and smooth.
