Situated in Saint George Island, this lovely house for $779 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Come relax at “Bay to Beach” located in the gated Plantation community on St. George Island, FL! Our home is the ideal haven for a private, serene get-away, where you can enjoy the fabulous sunsets over the Apalachicola Bay from the deck, stroll to the pristine beaches of St. George Island, or get cozy by the private, screened pool. Our lovely property offers two walkways, one to the Apalachicola Bay for fishing and one to the beautiful beaches of St. George Island. Our home has 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths for a maximum occupancy of 13 guests, NO EXCEPTIONS. The main living area is located on the third floor and includes a dining room, fully-equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, two living areas with flat screens, and a private master bedroom with a king bed and bathroom. The second floor includes a master suite with a king bed and private bathroom. There are also two additional king bed suites, as well as a kids’ room with 5 brand new twin XL bunk beds. Home Amenities include: -Flatscreens in all bedrooms -Elevator on the main floor with access to all three levels -Laundry facilities -Tesla Charging Station -Free Starlink Internet Service -Screened Pool -Fully equipped kitchen -Deck with lounging chairs -Fish cleaning station -Gas grill While staying in our home, you will also have access to all the Plantation community has to offer! -Gated community with limited access through security guard -Access to Plantation Clubhouse with pool and exercise room (located 1.5 miles from our house) -Resort Village pool -Paved bike paths -Tennis courts -Access to Bob Sikes Cut, a renowned fishing spot -Fishing Dock *Our property is cleaned with regard to the most updated VRMA and CDC recommended procedures between guests and before your arrival. *Travel insurance is recommended in case of natural disaster it events of nature. We do not sell or provide insurance, but you can use Travel Guard or Red Sky and ask specifically for “Travel Interruption Coverage”. *Maximum of 2 small to medium sized DOGS only may be allowed with OWNER APPROVAL only. Pets must not exceed individual weight of 50lbs. *Reservations must be 7 night stays during the Peak High Season months of June - July, Saturday to Saturday.

The property was exactly as described. The pool is great, and the elevator is a blessing for moving suitcases and groceries to the third-floor living area. We had two minor issues, but the host was super responsive and helpful. The paths to the beach and the bay were great, the island is lovely. All in all, a wonderful week for a family vacation!

We had a family reunion with four couples and associated kids (ages 14, 9, 4, 3). We all had a great time at Bay2Beach. The isolated beach was the best part. Very close (.15 miles along a dedicated path) and no crowds at all. After a day at the beach the covered pool kept out all unwanted pests and was great to finish up. The house itself was a great layout with a screened in porch and several other decks to enjoy our stay. The kids really enjoyed the five bunk beds in the same room (we did too) The dining table allowed seating for 10 people which was great for playing games in the evening. We will be looking forward to a return trip soon!

Our first time to St George and St George Plantation. The house was perfect for our family consisting of our three sons and their families. Loved the quiet and slower pace compared to Watercolor where we usually stay. Literally 3 1/2 minute walk to the beach and similar walk to the bay. We loved our stay and would come again.

The 3rd floor was perfect for our large family to spread out but still feel together. The beds were comfortable. Everyone enjoyed the pool and the short walk to the beach.

This was our first trip to St. George Island! The Bay to Beach property was the perfect place for our family! There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and bedroom/bathroom. The open kitchen and large living rooms plus two tvs (to entertain little ones) were bonus areas. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you need to prepare a meal (including a keurig & coffee pot). The multi level decks were so nice to sit and enjoy the bay view. We loved the convenient outdoor shower when coming in off the beach. The walk to beach from property was short & easy to do with two small kids. The beach is beautiful, quiet and the perfect place to let kids roam all over. The property owners were kind enough to check on us several times during our stay to see if we needed anything. Couldn’t ask for a better place! We can’t wait to go again.

As parents, we loved the home with both beach and sound access. Our kids on the other hand would have preferred to be closer to thw spring break action. We didnt mind the peace and quiet. We enjoyed bike rides theough thr neighborhoods and serene beach walks. The home was great. We had 4 familes with numerous food allergies so we cooked dinners everynight rather than eating out. The kitchen was adequately stocked for our needs to cook meals. The pool was wonderful and we loved to listen to the waterfall both at pool side and on the deck. Great friends, great location and great weather!

This was hands down the BEST famy vacation location and home. Perfect location that felt like paradise! The house was cozy and clean, with every thoughtful touch from soft sheets to extra beach towels by the door. We cannot wait to return!!!

This house was perfect for what my family and I were looking for. We wanted a location close to the beach, a pool for the kids, and enough of a kitchen and bedrooms to house everyone. In the evening watching the sunset over the bay and fishing with the kids was an amazing memory we won’t forget! It was so perfect and we can’t thank the amazing host enough!

The Bay to Beach house was the perfect vacation spot for our family! The house was clean, and we loved that they provided beach towels and a few toiletries to get us through the first night! The house had more than enough room for our family to spread out, the kitchen was fully stocked for us to be able to cook, and the pool was an amazing place to relax! The bay and the beach were just a quick walk and easily manageable with a 2 year old and a baby. We are definitely booking again for next year!

This home is beautiful. Absolutely the quietest vacation I have ever been on. Just a short walk to the beach. Literally a short walk to the pier on the bay. It is an awesome place to unwind. The pool is amazing. If you like peace and quiet, this is the place to be. Just make sure you stop and get groceries. It is a bit of a drive to get to the Piggly Wiggly

We had a really great time with all of our family, the house was the perfect size for our group of 9. We all had our own space with plenty of room to spread out! The pool was amazing, the dock/bay and the beach were all a very easy walk and we enjoyed all of it. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Baytobeach offered just what my family needed! It was the perfect place for our family to call home for a week. It offered ease to get to both the ocean and to the bay. The home was very spacious, updated nicely and Mark was excellent to address any questions we had. 4 star on cleanliness was only because there were some caterpillars when we arrived that were throughout the home due to being vacant for renovations prior to our arrival, and Mark quickly addressed the issue and had pest control come right away! Excellent appreciation for his customers. Personally, I highly recommend this home if you are looking for a glimpse into paradise for your time away from home. This home offers the ocean, a pool and spaciousness to kick back and embrace the tranquility of the forgotten coast. ~Cindy

Entered the home to find none of the cleaning had been done and could not get a response from the property manager. I was contacted personally by the owner who was very apologetic and will make an effort to correct the situation. He offered to come down the next day to clean if he couldn’t find anyone else who could. We cleaned the home and washed all of the linens ourselves before sleeping on the first night. The home was very nice and well stocked. The screened pool is a plus due to the mosquitoes. Other than the first night, the home really added to our vacation.

House was nice but the fact that it wasn’t ready when property manager said it would be cleaned. Food left in fridge and pantry, beer and booze left. Beds were unmade, linen left in washers, there were bugs (caterpillars) all over the place. One of the toilets was clogged! Text the property manager about cleaning and he said guy had another house he had to clean and was on his way…1 guy to clean a 5 bedroom house and property manager suggested we should go out so he could clean….good thing we already had plans. Later that week, pool guy came out to clean pool and turned off filter and didn’t turn it back on, never came back to fix it. I don’t usually give bad reviews but this needed to be said.

I liked the location and the house layout was nice. The upkeep was bad. Towel Bar broken, floors dirty, no light in the elevator , Had to re clean the house when we got there. But we would have done that anyways with COVID. But we did enjoy our stay. Also our names were not left at the gate. But no problem getting in.

We were in town for a family wedding and had multiple houses in the neighborhood. The “bay to beach” house was nicely designed and comfortable for the amount of people and bedrooms listed. Relaxing pool and short walk to the bay. The only unfortunate part was check in was at 4 pm, however the house was not cleaned until 8 pm on day of Check-in. Thankfully most of the family staying was arriving later but this would have posed an issue otherwise. I would certainly recommend and/or use this property again though.

No access codes sent till an hour after arriving House had not been cleaned No towels in bathrooms One bedroom had no sheets No dish towels in kitchen Barely any toilet paper in bathrooms Kitchen is not well supplied - nothing to use for removing hot things out of oven had to use towel from bathroom Booked this location because of elevator as I have knee replacement surgery scheduled in several weeks. Elevator did not work the entire time and I am still paying for the stress due to stairs for 3 levels In asking for an adjustment I am receiving 300 not even the cost of cleaning which we did not receive The house is very nice but not worth dealing with all the issues and lack of response to take care of things. Never did meet the manager as he never came even though he said he would

The house was better then the pictures. Small things could have greatly improved our stay. All the bedrooms are in great need of new pillows. The kitchen could’ve been equipped a little better. The elevator was working for us and was a great plus for me! I rated four stars on the cleanliness because although house was clean it’s in need of a deep clean of the bathtubs and the water spicket coming out of the refrigerator. All in all we enjoyed our stay!

We were looking for a place to accommodate three couples and three children, with an elevator. This was the perfect layout for our group. We also were trying to find a place that would not put us in danger from the Coronavirus and the private pool and uncrowded beach were just what we were looking for.
