Nestled in Saint George Island, this charming house for $821 per night is a great choice for your next break. Tucked away at the end of this peaceful, gated community in SGI sits Casablanca, a 3 story pet-friendly home across from the beautiful Gulf. This beach house has everything you need for a romantic getaway or a vacation with the whole family. Here you'll not only enjoy beach access steps away, but you'll also love the private pool, bikes, grill, corn hole, board games & more. You DEFINITELY won't want to leave after soaking in the breathtaking sunset views on the top floor balcony. Here at Casablanca you are sure to have a comfortable stay. We have a spacious living room that includes a queen sofa bed, kitchen area, and screened porch on the main floor. Three of the bedrooms have king beds and there is a wonderful room for kids that has 2 sets of bunk beds. You will thoroughly enjoy the private pool! *Please note that if you would like the pool to be heated, you must request this with Reservations. It is a $50/day charge to heat the pool.* Take advantage of our bikes and enjoy a stroll through the beautiful community - you are sure to spot plenty of wildlife and beauty as you ride! You have access to every amenity at the house. The beach is just across the street. Please help yourself to our grill, private, pool, bikes, games & more! We hope you make yourself at home and make incredible memories here! * This property is pet friendly. There is a nonrefundable pet fee.This covers one dog under 50lbs. We will allow a max. 2 dogs under 50lbs. There is an additional fee for a 2nd dog.* *Please note that if you would like the pool to be heated, you must request this with Reservations. It is a $50/day charge to heat the pool. *The minimum age to rent and stay is 25. There are no exceptions. *No smoking is allowed. If there is evidence of smoking you will be charged $500, no exceptions. We only provide a starter pack of supplies. Message us with any questions! There is to be no smoking or vaping inside and/or outside of this home. If we find evidence of smoking/vaping, you will be charged $500. AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation. Thank you for understanding!

My husband and I drove down to escape some of the Midwest winter. The house was great. It was clean and in a great location. Everything we needed was there. The house looks like the photos. Some nice updates. Some things need to be updated. We would rent again. I wish it had some homey touches like throw pillows and blankets.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casablanca. The house was immaculately clean and beds were super comfy. House was a close walk to the beach and to The Cut. Check in and check out was easy and communication with the property owner was wonderful. The only thing the kitchen was missing a wine bottle opener so we bought one for the house! Outdoor spaces were lovely and the sofas in the living room were comfy. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Will book again soon, loved everything about this property the location was perfect!! Only suggestion would be new beach chairs and umbrellas, I bought two chairs and a new umbrella and left them there!

We had a wonderful time at your beautiful house. We especially enjoyed the screened porch!! We loved the bikes and riding around the island, loved the wildness of the area, loved the pool!! The beds were very comfortable and there were enough chairs for our party of 9. Can't wait to come back again next year. One word about access, if you have anyone in your party who is elderly and/or has trouble with mobility this is not the place for you. LOTS of stairs and walking but otherwise highly recommend staying in this beautiful house.

The house was clean and looks like the posted pictures. The property management was very responsive to all my inquiries. The walk to the beach was short and the pool and screened porch were just what my friends and I needed. I recommend this house for large groups.

We had a great time during our stay. House was spacious, well kept. Very short walk to the beach. I always like to cook breakfast on trips. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and silverware.

We were generally satisfied with our stay with one major exception and a few small issues. The price was excessive. While friends staying close to us had their house from Sunday to Sunday; we only had Sunday to Saturday--for about the same price. When we checked in, we found dishes still in the dishwasher (to our surprise, it had not been unloaded). Sheets for making our beds were still in the dryer. Shower curtain in the bath of the master bedroom was dirty. When we arrived, the door at the top of the stairs was very dirty. There had been no effort to clean it in quite a while, apparently. I scrubbed it up myself. We have stayed in this house several times and we have never found it this dirty.

Location, location, location!! Easy access to beach with quick return to house. Downstairs/carport area - sink/table for fish cleaning, grill area, outside shower, and nothing better than cooling off/relaxing in the pool!

Four old high school friends had a great girls trip. Plenty of room to spread out, inside and out. We really enjoyed the screened in side porch. Other than sun screen, I'd just say bring bar soap, kitchen dish towels and pot holders. They only had liquid hand soap and 1 dish towel. No pot holders But a great trip!!! We would definitely book again!!!

We arrived late on a Sunday afternoon and began to unload our vehicle only to discover that the place was filthy! The previous renters had left piles of dirty, wet towels, clothes, cat treats, dirty dishes, filthy sinks, toilets etc. Apparently the cleaning crew had not come. The rental company (who could only be reached through a phone tree time and time again) said they were sending a cleaning crew out that evening. They never showed. The owner was then supposedly coming. It never happened. My husband and I made a bleach spray (I should mention there were very sparse supplies on hand. We had to go purchase household cleaners, garbage bags, t.p., paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, clothes detergent) and we cleaned the whole house and bleached all the sheets (potato chips in the beds, etc.) We vacuumed and scrubbed until 11pm. The next morning a cleaning lady came at 11am. There was nothing left for her to do. She tried to help. The rest of the stay was fine. However, one bike had a broken seat and there were no beach toys. The house in general is tired. The kitchen needs an overhaul, and the grout/caulk in all the bathrooms is moldy and black, and the fixtures/tile is outdated. The house is in a LOVELY, perfect location. The island is gorgeous! The neighbors are friendly. The beach is a 2-minute walk away, and it’s a BEAUTIFUL BEACH! The owners gave us a refund of the cleaning fee and one night stay. They attempted to make it right. We appreciated that very much.

This house was excellent for a group. We had a great time ringing in the New Year here. The beach and the trails to walk, bike and run are amazing. The town has a yummy Oyster spot and Apalachicola (20 minutes away) has excellent shopping and places to eat. All dog friendly!! Our two pups had a blast!

The plantation at St George is a beautiful neighborhood, the house was clean, comfortable and large enough for our holiday family gathering. A very short walk to the beautiful beach! We had some communication problems that arose during our stay, but after further discussion with the property manager, I am confident that won't happen again and I was satisfied with the resolution of the matters.
