After the signed Reservation Agreement is received, Check-in instructions will be sent which includes check-in and check-out times, check-out list and other helpful information to make your visit enjoyable. + Max occupancy: Max occupancy 10 individuals including children and infants. (8 adults max) Adding additional guests after the reservation is confirmed may result in added charges. No additional guests are allowed at the home at any time, no gatherings, events. + Min stay: 3 nights + Parking: 2-3 cars max. in driveway. No passenger vans, RVs or trailers. Cars must not encroach into sidewalk. No parking on street. + City Mandated “quiet time” from 10 pm to 9 am. Very close to our venue. Property was clean upon arrival and plenty of room for everyone in our party.(4) Loved having the ability to each have their own bedroom for privacy! Would recommend window covering for that corner window in the kitchen to prevent the sun glaring in when you're preparing food. WE had a great stay thanks for bringing us a ironing board cove and quickly!

Overall the property was mostly clean and a good place for 7 women to stay near Disney for a couple days. A few issues, though: a lot of the clean towels were still damp, we were charged a fee for the heated pool but it wasn’t heated and there was no response from the property when I asked that it be turned on, and sort of a small issue in that there was no ability to use streaming services like Netflix. There was cable but that didn’t work (I declined an offer from the property to send someone out because we didn’t stay long) and there was a DVD player but no DVDs to use.
The kitchen was well stocked and the living area and dining area were nice places to gather.

We were in the area to go to Disneyland. Half the group has never been. With price of hotels in the area and needing 3 rooms we started looking into renting a house. This house was perfect for our group plenty of room. Has pool too if weather is warmer and time allows. Only downside took way to long for the water to get hot especially in sinks.

They had 2 strollers for use. The pool was too cold for us to use, which was a shame. It was large enough for our party of 5. 30 minute easy walk to Disneyland entrance. Very clean and nicely decorated.

House was great, clean and plenty of space for 8 people. Definitely not walking distance to Disney, but a quick drive if you have a vehicle. Would definitely rent this home again. Everything around was easy and convenient. Much better experience than a hotel. Pool area was a but disappointing lounge chairs were broken so couldn’t really enjoy the outside patio, but we were there in November and weather was t really warm enough to sun bath anyway.

Had a lovely stay here.
Pros:

+Decorated nicely and as shown in pictures

+You can see the Disney Fireworks each night from driveway (if they are doing them)
+Lots of appliances and dishes in kitchen
+Had coffee, tea, salt and sugar available
+Plenty of beach and pool towels
+Sweet, safe feeling neighborhood
Cons:
+Not allowed to have any visitors, ever
+Pool wasn't heated (it was hot during our stay, so this was actually no problem for us)
+There aren't basics for cooking like oil, garlic salt, Pam, foil, etc.
+There are very strict rules (this seems to not be the owners fault, but an Anaheim rental property thing: No noise before 9 am or after 10 pm... even being outside is not allowed, etc.) I believe these are posted so prominently not to make the renter feel unwelcome, but because Anaheim city requires it and they are helping tenants not acquire any costly citations.

Our issues were the very flat pillows on all the beds that had no support and a used tissue in one of the beds in the kids room upon arrival.From the time of booking up until the week just before it was very hard to get any response from anyone to answer any of our questions.Liked that we asked if there was a crockpot and when we arrived a new one was on the counter. Was enough room for 4 kids, and 4 adults.

We would love to stay here again. PLUS: Location was perfect for us Disney fans!!! Biggest Plus!!!PLUS: Rooms, kitchen and common areas had plenty of space.PLUS: Washer and dryer were great. Helped us to pack less.PLUS: Pool was great - we paid extra to have it heated - well worth it.PLUS: Neighbors were quiet and respectful.PLUS: Door security lock was user friendlyMINUS: LOW water pressure in all sinks and showers. Water pressure so low in guest shower that our whole group had to take turns using the master bedroom shower - which slowed down our daily prep time considerably. We assume the pressure is set to low because of drought conditions in California, so we didn't complain about this during our stay.MINUS: ANTS: There is an active ant colony somewhere within the garage/kitchen area. We were not able to leave any food out or throw away any rubbish with food residue, lest the item be swarmed by ants. To be fair, we did not address this with the owner during our stay because we spent most time in the park. The ants didn't bother us unless we left something out.NEUTRAL REMARKS: Guide book in the home didn't have a recycling guide, so we didn't know what items were authorized for recycle in California. We ended up throwing all items in the regular trash bin. The home temperature is pre-set. It was cold for us, but we're from Hawaii and it was cold in California during our trip. Temp setting probably ok for a summer trip.Overall: We would love to stay in this home again for our next visit if the drought conditions allow for adequate water pressure and the ant problem is solved.

This home was updated, clean and had good square footage for our large group. The master bedroom TV wasn't working properly when we got there, but Valerie was pretty quick to have that repaired. Although the pool was supposed to be heated the heater wasn't working properly and that was a big disappointment, but Valerie did reimburse me for the additional money that I paid for heating the pool. Valerie wasn't great at communication before my vacation, but during our stay she was better at replying. Walking to and from the park really wasn't a good option, as it is a little too far away and once you've been walking around the park all day, it's just too far of a walk back to the house. We ended up using Uber or Lift. All in all this home is very comfortable and nice.

This house was actually better than the pictures showed. Distance to Disneyland is fairly OK. It is about 1.5 miles of walking. The house is nice and clean, modern and convenient. Very well maintained with fully equipped facilities. They even has extra strollers and foldable playard for kids.The management give me great experience. We would definitely choose this house again and like to recommend it to friends.

You can't go wrong with this house. It was clean,comfortable, and had everything we needed for our family of eight to stay for our ten day trip to SoCal. The location was great, so close to Disney you could see the fireworks from the front yard. The house was clean and very well maintained. We loved the pool and the game room. For Spring Break this year we took a trip from the midwest out to California to visit with family. There were 9 of us travelling and instead of doing a hotel I thought I would look into house rentals. We are first time renters for vacation properties and I am sold! It was so nice to have everyone centrally located. The kids loved the pool and sharing a room. The adults got to visit and watch movies together after the kids went to bed. Overall it was about the same price as getting a hotel room with a LOT more perks. This rental in particular was perfectly setup for the 2 days we spent at Disney and just hanging out in general with family. One night we even hosted a cook-out for the entire family. The house was very clean upon arrival, had pretty much everything we would need and the kids loved the Disney dress up clothes and toys in the kids room. I would highly recommend this property to anyone travelling to the area.
