Nestled in Naples, this lovely condo for $415 per night is a great option for your next vacation. This 2024 Renovated Unit is located across the street from Naples Beautiful Beach and one block from fabulous dining and shopping on 3rd Street South. The condo offers 2 beautifully beach theme decorated bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Master Bedroom offers a king size bed and the Guest Bedroom offers 2 twin or a King sized bed (upon request). There are large flat screen TVs in both bedrooms and a large TV in the living room. Premium Cable is offered in this unit with Wifi. The remodeled Kitchenette offers a brand new cooktop, microwave/convection oven and an apartment sized refridgerator. The Dining Area offers beach style dining with bench seating. The pool is located a few paces from the front door. Designated parking is close to this first floor unit, making this unit one of the most convenient in the building. There is a laundry facility on the premises, located on the second floor with an elevator for easy access.

We got this place to celebrate our "youngest" 21st birthday near the beach. Mary, the host, was exceptional. Easy to communicate with and very attentive. And the location, OMG!!! Could not ask to be in a better place. Walking distance from the beach, the pier, restaurant, shops. Anything you could think of. 5stars!!

Amazing time!
This condo was wonderful very clean and walking distance to everything. Mary was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The bedrooms do not get a cool as the rest of the unit, but she provided fans so that made it comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent Trip!
Mary is so deserving of all of the excellent reviews of this property! We had an absolutely wonderful time, and Mary was a fantastic host. She communicated check in procedures and explained everything and made it so easy. She was so helpful in allowing us to use the baby items that are available, and being able to utilize those items made traveling so much easier. The property is exactly as described and pictured (maybe better, actually!) - it was so clean, the location was incredible and our family had a wonderful stay. There was a small issue with a neighbor’s renovations while we were there, and Mary got in touch before we even realized the issue, and offered a solution immediately. She is truly a wonderful host and we hope to return in the future!

We had a fantastic time here and we were so sad to leave! The condo is beautiful, the furnishings and decorations are lovely. The location could not be better, so close to the beach and in downtown Naples. The condo was incredibly clean, the kitchen had everything you need! We were free to use beach towels, surf boards, toys for the kids. Mary made us feel so welcome! This was definitely the nicest place we stayed at during our Florida trip. The only regret is that we could not stay longer but had to go back to Germany. We will definitely be back!

We had a fantastic time here and we were so sad to leave! The condo is beautiful, the furnishings and decorations are lovely. Great Stay in a Great Part of Naples

The fact that we rarely took the car out was really nice. Accommodations had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable with nice linens, as well as the towels. The Naples area provided great options for restaurants, shopping, and the beaches are very clean and absolutely beautiful and breathtaking. Great opportunity for those of you that like walking on the beach and collecting shells.
We enjoyed renting bikes with Beach Bum Bike Rental’s with delivery and pickup services available made it very convenient. The area has great biking options available.
We would definitely consider renting condo again soon.

Spectacular!!
I go to Naples each year to visit my adult children and have stayed in many places. By far Mary’s place has been the best! The condo is beautiful with such attention to detail! It’s well stocked and so conveniently located! One block to shopping/restaurants and 1/2 block to the beach. All I can say is WOW!

Perfect Beach Trip
Annual girls trip to Naples was perfect. The condo was very clean, well decorated and had everything, including all the little things like toiletries, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, coffee, etc. All the linens were nice and the beds were comfortable. The best part - it’s only a block from the beach (comes with beach chairs, cooler and fishing poles)! And two blocks from numerous restaurants and shops. You can walk to everything you need. The community pool was a great alternative when the beach was busy (it's quiet). Mary was great to work with - she reached out before check in and was able to accommodate an early arrival - we also received a welcome bottle of wine :-). Already booked for next year and looking forward to it.

We had such a great time
We absolutely loved our unit, it’s adorable and cozy. It’s a corner unit that opens right to the fenced in pool. Bedrooms are great size, and sunny. What we loved the most was Mary, who was more than accommodating to us. She was in touch with us before we checked in, answered all questions promptly. We ended up leaving much sooner than originally planned and Mary was more than understanding of our circumstances. Thank you for a great stay, we cannot wait to come back!!!

Lovely two bedroom condo near beach and Old Naples
My husband , our two young adult kids, & I enjoyed a brief stay. The condominium was very clean, attractive and comfortable. The owner was very welcoming and helpful. The location was top-notch: one black from the beach and one to two blocks from Third Avenue restaurants and shops. The swimming pool was attractive and clean

Wonderful family friendly condo
First of all, Mary was wonderful! She was quick to respond, accommodating and so sweet! We enjoy our stay in the condo. It was perfect for our family and provided many amenities which meant we didn’t have to pack as much. When traveling with a small child that is PRICELESS! The location was perfect and just a short walk to both the beach and downtown. We would definitely come back to Naples and stay here again!

Perfect!
We have gone to Naples for the last 5 years for the Thanksgiving Holiday and have always stayed at a resort property. That has all changed after our last visit this past Thanksgiving. Not only was Mary's condo so tastefully decorated and clean, she was an amazing and accommodating host who made you feel at home. Thank you Mary we will be back.
