This home was absolutely beautiful. It was very clean and well equipped. It was spacious, even with 15 adults staying there. The outdoor upper deck was very relaxing and pleasant, esp during late afternoon and evening. It was a pleasant surprise to all of us. We would definitely stay there again and/or highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place for a big group.

This is our 2nd year at this location for our Annual family reunion. 4 families with children attend. The home is large and is furnished with everything you need. We love the pool, enjoy a trip to Veyo, the Ivins Reservoir, the Children's museum and Snow canyon. We plan to come here again next year.

We cooked almost all our meals here for a week long vacation. We ran out of trash bags and soap and the company replaced them right away. The layout was perfect. My only small complain was there were not enough seats to sit for meals. More chairs around the table would’ve been perfect. There was a lot of popcorn under the couch and in the couches. A deep clean of that area is needed.

This is wonderful property for plenty of family, friends or like us, workmates. Had a one week job in St. George. Fun @ Ledges was a great base camp for work but also having our own individual spaces at night and in between work days. Would stay again.

Nice place. Great location. Very well kept property. Beds in the bunk room are uncomfortable for adults. Gas fire pit did not work all weekend and given the weather on the holiday weekend not having that rendered the deck useless in the evening. Owner is supposed to give a credit back for that. Dish TV did not work on Saturday and we spent personal time on the phone clearing that up. Kitchen was well stocked for a family to have Thanksgiving. Overall good place and our family had fun.
