Nestled in Seacrest, this charming cottage for $381 per night is a great choice for your next break. Cancellation options available, see contract for full policy prior to booking. Stay in the luxurious Tennessee by the Sea in the community of Magnolia Cottages by the Sea. You are only 1 mile to “The Hub”, 1 mile to Alys Beach and 1.5 miles to Rosemary Beach when you stay in this newly renovated one level pet friendly home. Enjoy exploring the area in your complimentary 4-seater Golf Cart or 4 adult bikes when you are not enjoying the short 300-yard walk to the deeded beach access! Inside the home you will find it recently remodeled with new bedroom furniture and new flat screen televisions. The living room is the perfect place for rest and relaxation with couches facing a large flat screen tv. This area has been expertly decorated by the home owners to provide the feeling of peaceful comfort. The room has an open feeling and encompasses the dining and bar areas as well--the perfect place to enjoy your next meal or entertain friends and family. The Owner has just added an all NEW Kitchen Aide Dishwasher, Stove, and Fridge. An extra ice maker is included as well so that your beach cooler always has plenty of ice available. For sleeping arrangements you will find a King bedroom with a private bathroom, a Queen bedroom with a private bathroom and a bunk room with a set of twin bunks that shares a bathroom with the living room. It is the perfect arrangement for couples with children and the couch converts into a sleeper sofa as well. All of these sleeping areas and bathrooms have the same high level of care put into them with the decor as the rest of the home. You will feel truly at home at Tennessee by the Sea. For those who enjoy the out of doors you will find a screened in porch with plenty of seating for everyone with new chairs, couch and a new porch swing and an additional television. It would be the perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or a quiet place to read a book or to watch television in the evening. String Patio lights with a dimmer allow you to customize the light at night. Outside you will find a gas fire pit with seating for four and outside lighting. For those who enjoy grilling you will find both charcoal and gas grills. The four-seater street legal golf cart is included for your use as well to explore 30A and four bikes are included complimentary too. The heated community pool is a short 100-yard walk from Tennessee by the Sea. This home also participates in our duvet program where all duvets are replaced with freshly laundered duvets after every guest stay, making for the coziest nights sleep you can imagine. 8 complimentary Tommy Bahama Beach Chairs and Umbrellas are included for your use as well. The beach access is directly across from Magnolia Cottages and is a short 300-yard walk or 1-minute ride on the golf cart. Dedicated Golf Cart parking is available at the entrance to the community. The home was comfortable and we enjoy the neighborhood and beach access. Also very nice that the home came with bikes and a golf cart.
Only suggestion is to have a few basic kitchen supplies on hand such as salt and pepper and plastic wrap or foil.

The home was well-equipped for our beach vacation. It was helpful having the golf cart, bikes, and all of the beach chairs that we used every day. The home was furnished well and the convenience of three bathrooms was a big plus. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking as a family. Would definitely recommend!

We've tried a few different locations along 30A. We selected Tennessee by the Sea because it is not in the high traffic areas and the golf cart and bikes were a plus. We rode bikes to breakfast every morning and the golf cart helped get us, and our gear, to/from the beach every day. We will keep this one on our list for next year!!
The battery on the front door deadbolt stopped working on our third day and they sent someone over within an hour to replace the batteries. Very responsive, thanks!

Amazing house. Golf cart made it very easy to get everything to beach. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues and they were resolved right away.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is wonderful. We especially loved the screened in porch with the swing. Having the golfcart and the beach chairs were wonderful. The proximity to the beach was perfect. We hope to stay there again in the future.

Tennessee By the Sea was great. I loved the large screened porch with the swinging bed, so did my dog! The house was beautifully decorated, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had such a wonderful experience the first time that we booked it a second time. Guess what? Same great experience, so we will book it for a third. We are a family of 5 (the 5th being our dog, Tippy, who has been with us both times).
We love having the use of a golf cart, bikes, and beach chairs/umbrellas. These amenities make getting back and forth from the house to the beach very convenient.
The house is cozy and comfortable. Definitely a home away from home. We loved starting our mornings with coffee on the screened in porch. I love that the developer preserved as much of the natural setting instead of clearing it out completely. As a result, there is a lot of privacy and it was quiet. One morning I noticed a couple of turtle doves perched quietly near us. I thought they were statues at first because they were so close!
Thank you to the owners and management for taking care to provide a great place for a vacation.

Tennessee by the Sea was absolutely perfect!!! Tucked on a quiet cul de sak minutes to the beach. We rented chairs & umbrella for the week and it was SO convenient! The golf cart was a treat! Just hop on and within minutes you can find cart parking and walk to the boardwalk. The screened porch was a delight!! We all commented on the comfortable mattresses. Cooks kitchen- found everything we needed. Loved the convenient outdoor shower for hosing off. Kids went to the pool a few times. Bikes & cart were utilized daily. Fire pit was an added bonus!! We came down during prime spring break season and really kicked out staying here. The kids could ride to the chaos and we could hide from it here:)

We LOVED this property! Wonderful neighborhood and setting. Layout of home was excellent and we enjoyed the screened-in porch during inclimate days. Amenities beat expectations! Both kitchen and grill were impressive. Highly recommend this property.
Word of caution regarding the management company's App. This App was not reflecting current passcodes, garbage pick-up days, etc. You will need to refer to the email communications and the notes at the property from the owner.

After a long drive from Tennessee we were pleasantly surprised to walk into this home! Super clean and so much space for the whole family. It was especially nice having three full bathrooms! Super close to the beach and extra nice having the golf cart to take our gear to the beach! We will be back!

We had a lovely extended visit to the Emerald Coast, thanks to our stay in the cottage! The location was perfect allowing quick access to 30A and just blocks from a private beach access point. We loved having the golf cart, too! We brought our 2 pups who also had the best time exploring and looking out the windows of the beautiful screened porch. Had a little snafu with the dishwasher due to broken glass that was left in there by a previous user, but the leasing company and property manager were responsive and got the problem fixed. There’s so much to do in the area - you just cannot go wrong here! We would definitely return!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Tennessee by the Sea during the Christmas holidays. The unit is clean and a great location. Our one frustration was the limited amount of hot water for showers. There were only four of us staying and we never got a full length hot shower. The unit has a very small hot water heater and there is no way it can accommodate the unit effectively. We were there during cold temperatures but again even the first to shower had limited hot water.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Tennessee by the Sea house. The neighborhood was excellent. The house was clean and near perfect. The walk to the beach was great. Proximity to activities was very good no matter the choosing. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking tools. We only have 2 things that might be considered negatives - 1 - the water heater is small and we had to plan ahead for hot water use for an adult family of 4 - 2 - dogs need permits to walk on beach and only residents of county or property owners can get them. We are not sure if it is possible for house owners to share permits with renters.
We did not take advantage of the bikes or gold cart because the weather was unseasonably cold for the week, oh well.
We really enjoyed our vacation. It is a peaceful place this time of year (December) and the house is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood to help with that feeling of seclusion.

We had a great time in the house. It was clean and comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the back porch watching tv. Perfect for watching the World Cup with coffee and football with a beer. Beds were super comfortable and the bathrooms were comfortable- and everyone had their own which was nice. Didn't need the golf cart but it was nice to know it was there if we did. Great neighborhood- nice and quiet. And great location- easy to get anywhere for the time of year. Highly recommend!

Fantastic stay in a beautiful home!
We had the best week in Tennessee by the Sea! The home was very clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed for a perfect week at the beach. Sand Dollar One was SO quick to respond when we needed two bikes repaired. They were out within hours and brought bikes to replace the two that weren't working. We couldn't have asked for better service or a better home! We hated to leave, but will definitely be back next year! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Love this little beach house
This is our 2nd time staying here and we absolutely love it! Will be back again! (Note to owners- there is only 1 lightbulb working in the master bath, 3 or 4 of them are out and the fridge/freezer doesn’t seem to cool to maximum capacity). An amazing home and you will not be disappointed!!

We've been staying in Seacrest in various neighborhoods for years now and this house was up there with one of our favorites. It was clean, in great condition, felt beachy yet also homey (very homey for us, we're from TN!) There were tons of towels and the kitchen was better stocked than many rentals we've stayed in. There were also lots of extra pillows and blankets! All the extra beach chairs were a huge plus for us but some of them had broken straps so we had to carry them and not use them as backpacks (still better than having to buy some!!)
The golf cart was AWESOME and so so so helpful being closer to the back of the neighborhood.
One disappointment was that the beach "access" only means you can get TO the beach right there, you can't actually SIT on the beach right there. The condos or whatever right there on the beachside won't allow you to put your chairs down, you have to keep walking down the beach beyond the signs to the public beaches. I thought maybe this was incorrect but everyone in the neighborhood was having this problem. We decided that it was faster just to go further down the street to the public access that goes straight down to the public beach. It's a little further walk down the street but not terrible. Just wish the listing had been more clear (or maybe this is new, it wasn't the case last time we stayed in Magnolia).
My other disappointment is that the price of this house (and most others in this neighborhood) have DOUBLED for the same time next year. So we'll be booking somewhere else, which makes me sad because we loved this house so much. HIGHLY recommend you check it out if its in your budget!

Family Beach Getaway
Well located house in a nice neighborhood, which made for an overall very fun trip. The golf cart stopped working early in the trip, and there was lots of confusion over our access to the beach, which added some stress. Safe, clean and well located though!

We had a wonderful time. We’ve always stayed in seaside but we love this area. We also very much enjoyed the golf cart. We had a couple of problems which we’re quickly taken care of. Overall our stay was exceptional.
